2 weeks later and I still didn't receive my package. No one to talk to or follow up with. They normally leave the package at the door and now they said they need signature which I was not aware of. The building needs a fob to access to and I of course work all week. They come during work hours and advise "signature needed" (no one called me by the way and they didn't knock on the door since they can't access the building without the fob). I called and emailed customer service, no response and when they replied, later on, they said we will advise FedEx to leave it at an office near by (no address, no info). FedEx finally called me yesterday and told me to pick it up today at a nearby office. I went today (Saturday) and my package was not there. They said come back Monday. So as of now, no package yet. It was supposed to be a gift and it's way passed the date I was supposed to receive it. Very disappointing. This is the first time this happened for one of your shipments and I'm not very happy with the experience and with the service.

Hey,
I've been a loyal customer of Fragrance buy for years now. However lately, I've noticed the quality of my experience has been diminishing. Started when I bought a polo blue fragrance and noticed the after smell was liken an Arabic fragrance, not only that, the box had Arabic initials on it, which is not representative of Polo blue at all, this confirmed that the fragrance was compromised. I figured maybe this might've been an honest mistake and didn't issue a complaint. But recently I bought a Mont Blanc explorer (which I've bought from Frangrance buy many times without any issues) but this time it barely lasts, and it smells different…. I'm very disappointed with my experience, especially been a loyal customer for years.

My first review mentioned how I thought I would be stuck with a fragrance I would not be able to return. However, a customer service representative reached out to me and made the return process extremely easy and was very helpful. Although I won't be blind buying anymore fragrances, when I find one I love, I will definitely consider buying from here in the future!

Shopify. Cloudflare. I've told you about my problems numerous times yet you don't change. I'm just a normal shopper, but I can't get through ANY session without one or the other blocking me! It's freaking ridiculous at this point! I'm ordering from numerous other websites, sometimes at higher prices, because either Cloudflare or Shopify won't let me put together a damn cart. I had to quickly get this last order in earlier this month AND COULDN'T PARTICIPATE IN THE BIG EGG HUNT DISCOUNT as a top-level shopper because I wasn't allowed to shop. I'm certain others are having issues but never write to you. They just leave. Permanently. I write emails to you and nothing changes. This is my last time. I just got kicked off AGAIN putting together a $600 cart today and will now buy those perfumes at Fragrancenet and Jomashop and elsewhere because I can't shop here! What good is having over ******* points when you treat regular folks as cyber criminals? Seriously, are hackers really attacking a tiny perfume seller from Canada? I think not. You are losing thousands in sales from just me. Think about how many others are pissed off too.
