I previously reviewed a perfume bought on this site, and I was wrong about it. I ordered the same perfume from the Bay and it was the same perfume, I originally though it was a fake but it is not. Go ahead, very good price, around 30% off
Hello everyone, I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and haven't even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Don't waste your time here.
Got my first order it only took one week. The package came in good condition by the way I was able to track the order. The Fragrance I bought is SUNFLOWERS from Elizabeth Arden. I applied inmediately. It was about 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. and still the next day I can smell it. I use it to work and it last. So my first experience was good. I keep ordering from them. Plus the appreciate the customers sending them samples and discounts in the next orders.
Terrible customer service. No update on my order for 6 days. Finally called and was told makeup and skincare takes longer to be shipped. Rep says it could be another week. Then she begin to blatantly lie about my order date.
I requested to speak with a manager, the rep ressponded "there is no manager". She then hung up the telephone in my face. I requested the order be canceled. Still no response.
Package of cologne never arrived, upon contacting customer service they could not be replaced due to being out of stock, extremely frustrating
I really like this company! I've ordered from their website on 4 different occassions with no problems. I originally ordered from this company because they carry "hard to find" fragrances. I've never had to deal with the customer service department because I've never had any problems, so I really can't comment on that. I like that they enclose samples of different fragrances with my order, and they email discount coupons to me for future orders.
Placed my first order with Fragrance.net and was given a promised delivery time of 3 - 6 business days. It is now the 7th business day and there is not yet an assigned delivery date from FedEx, and most likely the shipment will not arrive until the 9th business day at the earliest.
The package is on FedEx Ground and the 3 - 6 day commitment was not a possibility from the get-go because it is coming cross-country, literally from coast to coast.
Packaging and bottle all look like the real deal, but my cologne smelled like rubbing alcohol. Ive been wearing Pleasures for men for 15 years(yeah, I like it) anyways I know what it smells like, this crap smells nothing like it. Bottle of Pleasures at Macys $70 came out to $50 from this place. Really dumb not to spend the extra 20 for the REAL stuff.
I liked shopping here at first. I finally splurged and bought some full size perfumes as well as travel size from the brands themselves. These are definitely not the same as the decants from fragrance net. I don't believe fragrance net uses the real perfumes. If they do, they are definitely mixed with something. Really sad and won't be shopping here again.

Spent $200 on perfume. Was stated the product was in Melbourne Australia. I'm in Adelaide. After nearly a month and numerous emails now I'm being told the product is in America and waiting on dispatch. All emails seem to be automated think I've been scammed
This is the first time I've ordered from this company and after reading the bad reviews, was worried that I'd been scammed... of course I didn't read any reviews until after I ordered:-(. I received the order today, 1 week after I placed the order. I got the perfume I've worn for over 10 years and can tell it's the real stuff. I also ordered cologne for my husband and it's the real stuff! Both packages were factory sealed. I don't know if I was just lucky with this purchase but I'm 100% satisfied.
This is my first order, snd I couldn't be more pleased. I purchased three of my favorite colognes and they are definitely authentic snd smell just lovely. All items in original boxes. Even one tester which sppears tp have never been used. Products arrived three days before estimated arrival date. Used a 30 percent off coupon.Am thrilled with the discount, products, and the efficient delivery. Highly recommend. P.s. Maybe people write reviews more often when they are dissatisfied? Negative reviews very surprising.
I have been a loyal customer for a very long time spending thousands upon thousands at fragrantnet, i have recieved damaged goods yet i never bothered them about till my last order and all i got is too bad you only get $8 refund and that's it... i was deeply upset as they could treat a loyal customer like that! So now they have lost a great customer and will always deal with fragranceX... they are the best and deal with any issues the right way!
Also fragrancenet do sell some fakes which people must becareful...

They use FedEx number one (the absolute Worst carrier who takes the term "snail mail" to a whole new level). I ordered something on the 15th and it's now the 27th and the last shipping update was the 22nd. Still no package. I'll never buy from them again. I get stuff shipped faster by private Mercari individuals. It's like, do you Want people to buy from you or nah? Fragrancenet is a JOKE.

I ordered twice and all good. Unfortunately the third time I order all perfumes are leaking and smells like alchohol. The spray head connecting to the bottle looks like its being refilled with knock off perfume... I thought its just the nina ricci perfume but when I open its actually all perfumes. The worst case it all smells the same... with strong scent of alchohol comparing to the left original bottle we have here.
I think whats happening is the first 2 order, they will send you original one but at the third time they will start to screw and fool you if you will notice sending you fake one... Just dissapointing, you really cant trust online perfume store.
Not going to buy again on this site.
Ordered L'EAU Bleue D'Essey. Paid on 11-15-2013, received on 11-18-2013. Is original and in original packaging. Priced for $62.00 + tax at local department store. I paid $40.00 delivered from Fragrancenet. I saw the reviews of the company after I ordered, so I was concerned. I'm happy with the transaction.
I've never shopped at this site, but I am a cosmetology student and I know for a fact that you cannot get real (or good quality) Pravana, Matrix, BedHead... salon quality brands from anywhere except a salon or a salon professional store. You cannot buy it online or in a Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid... only a licensed cosmetologist can buy these.
Placed an order on 17th Dec 2013, and still waiting for the items. Got an email on 24th Dec saying that the items have left warehouse via Australia Post with a tracking number, but the tracking never worked! Always displayed 'Invalid Tracking Number' on Aus Post website. Wonder have they ever sent out the products or they just gave me a fake tracking number?

I purchased for quite a while from Fragance.com but lately the perfume smell do not last and have a heavy alcohol fragrance, even the eau de parfum. In my last order, they did not have the perfume I ordered and they took the liberty to sent me a female perfume that I have never heard of. I called customer service and told them they should have notified me first so I can make a decision. So they told me to go to delivery company and return the perfume I NEVER ordered. Well, I am a handicap person that can not walk and I live alone. So all my needs have to be done by someone else that I have to hire. I explained their customer representative that I was going to give the box to the delivery company when they returned to my house and I did. I placed a dispute on my credit card for their fault. Never buy from the, Beware of rude and selfish policies by FraganceNet.
I cancelled my order in time. The company even asked why I was cancelling my order. I was honest with them,but they were deceitful. Saying I did not cancel in time lie. I have documentation of contact and dates. BBB will be contacted.

I have been a long time customer of FragranceNet always purchasing from the same product line, Lolita Lempicka perfumes. It is my favorite line, so I know what they smell like. I recently ordered a bottle of Lolita Lempicka Minuit Noir and was so disappointed, the scent was awful, not like anything I have ever smelled. I hate to think it's a fake. I recently gave fragrancenet info to some of my friends but am warning them to look elsewhere. I don't know where they obtained this perfume from but it is definitely not Lolita Lempicka Minuit Noir.
They inflate their prices... check their flowerbomb perfume you'll see the 1.7 ounce at $149.00 and they'll offer you a coupon. Sephora, Macy's and other big retailers sell this perfume at $115.00 for 1.7 ounce.
Recently having several poor experiences dealing with this UNETHICAL ORGANIZATION!. First, extremely rude and arrogant customer service reps. Second, incorrect billing errors on multiple transactions. Third, not able to contact upper management for dispute adjustments. Fourth, shipping product never received and being billed continuously. Fifth, appears employees have negativity and PMS towards the entire retail world!
Delivery of my order was quick but I had doubts about the product right at the get go... I purchased Jean Patou 'Sublime' and Jean Patou 'Joy' eu de perfume. The 'Joy' smelt different to some I already had and the 'Sublime' smelt stale immediately. I'm trying to use the Joy quickly as I'm worried it might go off and the Sublime... well I can see that one going in the bin.
Although the prices were better than say Myer or David Jones, in the future I will return to these stores to purchase (they generally have specials at Christmas), that way at least I know I am getting what I pay for. I've unsubscribed from Fragrance Net but they still keep sending me emails.

I ordered a 200ml men's perfume at the late April, and after two weeks I received a 100ml women's perfume! When I emailed the customer service of fragrancenet and raised the issue, they said we don't have a free return policy, you must mail the wrong item to us at your own expense! I asked them, I already paied for shipping and now you sent the wrong one, why should I pay for it? They said we do not have return label you have to pay post cost and we make it up by credit or buying coupon next time, I asked, are you the only one worried about returning your wrong order that you sent me? So what about my order that I still haven't received after three weeks! But nobody cares!

I have not received the perfumes yet so I don't know whether they are genuine or not. But I do know that their customer service lied about the shipping date. I ordered it 10 days ago. A few days later, they sent an email that it was ready to ship. It took 3-4 days for them to create a label, and it was still not shipped. I emailed the customer service and they answered that it was shipped already but the package was just not scanned. It turned out to be a lie.
Finally I saw the package leaving the warehouse, and it was 10th day. I need to sent it to overseas as a present and needed it sooner. I am unhappy that it took so long and that they are dishonest.
