O wow! Should have read the review first before making my purchase. I do that all the time unfortunately I didn't with fragrancenet.com I bought Versace Bright Crystal and it don't smell like the one I bought from Costco. It's a rip off and I need my money back.

I ordered The La Prairie Anti Aging Eye and Lip Porter. At a greatly reduced price from Retail. Arrived in very sophisticated packaging for shipping and the product was brand new with all the original boxing, inserts, etc. Also, received three samples, nail file and coupons... I picked the slower free shipping option and it arrived a ahead of the promised date.

There is obviously no customer service. When you call them it says that their office hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern standard time but they tell you to call back after those hours when it is during those hours you get the recording. That shows their level of stupidity. Also they tell you you will get a prompt email if you have a problem with your order but there is no prompt reply. I'm going to fix their wagon and have nothing else to do with them. If you cannot offer decent customer service then your business needs to be shut down. Do not waste your time because it is nothing but a disappointment. There are plenty of other reputable sites that will help you but don't trust this one. Run from fragrance.net!

Went far downhill.

I was a customer for years. Probably about 5 years, at this point. I never had big issues, and the ones I did have were easily resolved. The fragrances were authentic. However, recently I was charged twice for an order that was never processed, and it took days and being extremely pushy to get my $124 returned. They have great prices, but I'm loathe to ever buy from them again.

Wish they would contact us, we have been trying to reach them, and the tracking information is inaccurate, stating they delivered but "out to delivery" for days, and then giving a past date for delivery.
Items are well priced and we were getting a lot of gifts online today.

Awful customer service!

This company is stealing people's money! Never buy from them. I cancelled my order and didn't even get a full refund. Spoke to a customer service agent named Roslyn and she was very rude with me and ended the conversation before I could even reply to her. Never again!

Horrible

I will never order again! Order took for ever to arrive still today haven't received…and was on hold over 1.5 hours still never talked with a customer service rep! Than tired chat it never could hook me up with a agent not busy! So basically they have my money and no product for me! Terrible way to run a business!

Long time customer

I'm not sure why there are many negative reviews here. I have used Fragrancenet for over 10 YEARS and I have never *once* received a fake/dupe product or had an order arrive slowly. I have literally always gotten my orders on time or early. On top of that, I have never had to even contact their customer service about one of my orders because there has never been a single issue.
I trust them and you can too.

Worst customer service
December 30, 2017

I ordered perfume for my wife a week before Christmas and paid extra for shipping to get it before Christmas. Checked the status each day after the order and all is said was Order Pending. Never got the product. Tried to call them and automated attendant said due to call volume agents are not answering calls. Don't use this vendor. Terrible customer service. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Fist off there is no one to make contact with. When you send a return good $#*!ing luck. They will keep the return and you're money. They say to email, and when you do, you'll get a reply on how we can help, and then you'll never hear from them again. Really tempted to drive to their physical location. Fragrance X is a much better option.

Never Ever Again.

Amazing how this people are. Please always read the reviews from others. This company is terrible. They are sending my order from a carrier that I never heard before (Ontrac) and they said that they tried to delivered to me but it was not true because I was home the whole time. Also, I wrote to the carrier giving them instruction how to deliver my order and get in contact with me and I never heard from them.
Tried to contact their customer service to get some answers, I waited 45 minutes on the phone and I finally spoke with someone. She was supposed to send me an email confirmation of my refund an nothing yet. This whole experience it was terrible and I am still waiting to get my money back. Hopefully I will. I will keep you guys updated in this. Never again.

Cool water for men

DON'T make the mistake of ordering from this company! It takes months an a fight IF you even receive your order! Two shipments always stop in Houston Texas an never get to you. Called this company was placed on hold for 30 minutes an then they hung up. Two phone tried, tried on line chat. Be aware an avoid this place. You have to file a refusal on your credit card for results!

Poor Seervice

For two days, I have tried to call this company regarding an order that I placed on 9/24 and today is 10/6. Today, I was on hold 15 minutes with nobody answering the call. My order shows no details about shipping or tracking. Well, I sent an email as described on the hold.
I just called again to hear an announcement that the phones were closed due to management training.
In the past, their service was prompt. However, the experience with this purchase is very poor. I cannot find how to cancel the order?

I had ordered perfume Alessandro Della Torre, and they delivered me fake perfume which did'nt have packaging. They made fool out of me. This is not genuine website. It's not trustworthy website and should be closed

I've never experienced such poor customer service until I had to deal with fragrancenet.com. I ordered a perfume on 11/30/15 and I was told it would be delivered BY 12/12/15... well, it's 12/15/15 and I still have not gotten it. Worst of all, I cannot get in contact with anyone if my life depended on it. I've sent 4 emails so far and I haven't gotten a reply to any of them.

I spent $50 thinking I was getting a good deal on Burberry Brit. Doesn't last more than ten mins and no authentication whatsoever on bottle. Getting my money back. Don't shop there unless you want knockoffs. Adding photo of no name on bottle proving that it is the real. Where's the name? Fraudulent website and don't recommend.

Find another retailer

On Thursday 02/07 at noon, I ordered 5 items for Valentines Day gifts. Website said 3-5 days so I assumed a week was plenty of time. It should have been but they didn't ship it out until 5 days later on Tuesday 02/12. So I have no gifts to give for Valentines as package wont be here for another two days. I am very upset and when I called they were extremely unhelpful, said I should have done expedited. I said a week should have been enough and was told they must have been busy TH and FRI so didn't get to shipping it, are closed weekends and were not sure why it didn't go out Monday. Bottom line they finally shipped it Tuesday and it is 3-5 days from the day they sent it (five days after I ordered it.).

I will never use them again. They ruined Valentines for us and didn't care and there are too many other companies to give my business to.

When I tell you these women that is giving customer service is Rude... Their mouths are very smart... I called about my order I ordered a week ago and paid for 2-3 day shipping... I called looking for the order they don't even show a tracking number for it... The representative requested a refund to me her name was Mary... She was rude on the phone... I will never order again... A whole scam!

I have ordered men's colognes and women's perfume multiple times, and never had a problem. I find them cheaper than anyone else, and then service is great. They do offer a money back guarantee. I am a very satisfied customer from Fort Myers, Fl.

Did not deliver order
February 25, 2016

Fragrancenet pretended to have sent my order and then received it back only to refund my money (all within 5 days). This was an international delivery (one way takes at least 2 weeks). I order regularly worldwide and everything gets here. They just didn't have my order in stock and covered their sloppy business by pretending to have sent it. Not good. I will never order again.
