Hello everyone, I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and haven't even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Don't waste your time here.

Placing order was easy enough. Shipment was ready for pickup the next day. It sat for 2 days before Fed Ex picked up. NOTE: I live in KY & in 2-3 days was in KY about 3-4hours away... package was then sent to St Louis MO, still about 4 hours away but these 2 cities were over 5 hours apart... and now the package has not had any updates since 10:47PM yesterday. But notes sending to a local post office and allow 2-3 more days for delivery (this shows at the last 2 stops for order). Called Fragrance.net CS dept on hold over 15 mins no answer, tried chat on web site, was kicked out before a rep came on line to help. I've sent an email... but based on reviews, doubt I'll hear back. Also based on the quality of product on some reviews probably been best to buy EC rip off at a Dollar Tree. 1st and last order with Fragrance.net... Hope I at least receive my order... don't want to have to pursue any other source to get this settled... but there definitely options to consider!

Tip for consumers:
Don't recommend.
Can't get anyone to help with questions. Tracking Info is weak at best

First time buyer FragranceNet bought two high end fragrances one made me nauseous caused red rash on arm sprayed with scent! 3 weeks have passed since I was given return instructions finally I decided to post reviews to warn others about this slick operation that is expert in playing games like stalling! It is infuriating &despicable! Their promised return policy is non existent! I spent $153.55 money and involved PayPal to investigate the validity of my complaint! Some reviewers are not honest & may be offered money to write glowing FragranceNet reviews! I can promise all who read this review that it is honest & reliable! My suggestion is if some reviews appear to good to be true they probably aren't same for great prices on FragranceNet remember this is a sophisticated slick operation! I hope my review will help you before you spend your money on FragranceNet!

I went online to order a cologne for my son (Dec 2) and the site presented me with the chance to gain %40 off my entire order so I made the purchase. It reassured me that the discount had been applied. After I had an order number, I immediately checked my bank statement because I never saw the discount applied to the total and I was charged the full price of the cologne with no discount. On top of that it's a $9 charge for standard shipping. I'm just asking FrangranceNet.com to honor what they say they will do and apply my discount to my order.

This place S. U. C. K. S.!
Waiting three days for tracking info to find out there is a hold on my "Confirmed" order. Called to find out why. Was on hold for 46 minutes. Then I get a B-atch who eventually hangs up om me!
WOW! Customer service? More like F-you, we got your money, now piss off!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

I can not speak for anyone but myself, but my experiences have been great. The prices are amazing, the cologne has been real and my experience with customer service went great. Ordered an 8.5 oz. Creed Vetiver, very expensive item. Received a message from FedEx that my package had been damaged, contact seller. So I called Fragrance Net and they told me the following,
"FedEx has not yet contacted us about this, but we will ship you a new package, overnight shipping."
It only took them 5 minutes to send out a new, $500 package. My experience was great every time. I'm sure some of the quarrels on this site are true, but my experiences have not gone this way.

I recently placed an order with FragranceNet.com, I have ordered previously without any problems. However, my recent order September 2023, was a joke. I received three different dates for my package to be delivered. The message indicating the package was delayed! I attempted to contact the customer service department but they had me on hold for hours. I will never order from FragranceNet again. And, I wouldn't recommend them to my family, friends or you! Please be careful with this company.

I am a cologne connoisseur, I have been since a kid and im very familiar with fragrances. I recently bought 3 colognes from fragrance.net recommended from a friend of mine because of there low prices. Boy oh boy was this a horrible buy. They are all alcohol and water based, the scent is there but won't last 20 min. They should be shut down for stretching out scents and selling them as if youre getting authentic cologne.

I placed an order a few days ago, but it hasn't shipped. I do not understand that at all. Nothing indicated that the product was out of stock, so, I would rightfully assume that it would be shipped within a couple of days at most. I even paid another $9 for expedited shipping, which is great, but, it makes absolutely no difference if they don't do their jobs and send me what I ordered and paid for. Frustrated. Two stars for the price, although I did find the same thing cheaper somewhere else. However, my money is tied up in this mess instead. There's nothing I could find that even gives a shipping timeline. Is it two days? Is it five?
Anyway, I shot them an email very politely, albeit bluntly, asking for an explanation. We'll see if FragranceNet.com comes through on the customer service end. If that doesn't work out, I'll come back and remove that second star.
Good prices; quite lacking in the order fulfillment department.
We'll see.

I spent over 250 dollars on Dior, and Lancôme fragrances. Although they looked legit, the boxes had Arabic writing on them. The bottles were filled with nothing close to the original scents. It's a scam, and they charge top dollar for fake bottles of basically water. CS is non existent. Stay away!

My recent purchase of Creed Green Irish Tweed was a complete letdown. Despite ordering a brand new bottle (not a tester) for a birthday gift, the package arrived with a torn box, no paperwork, and visible fingerprints on the cologne bottle. Upon inspection, I inspected the bottom of the cologne where "Creed Paris" should be etched. To my dismay, only the 'S' of Paris was visible. For a high-end fragrance like Creed, one would expect a more secure and impeccable packaging. As if that wasn't enough, they overlooked including the birthday note I had explicitly requested.

Customer service offered a return, but the remedy involved waiting for them to receive the faulty item before initiating a refund or replacement. Was told the estimated timeline is up to two weeks or more, leaving me without a timely birthday gift. I was offered to return the item and order another one if I needed it sooner! This experience is unacceptable, and their lack of quality control is disappointing. I hear the return takes a very long and at this moment I am not sure what to do. I am stuck with a used, probably not authentic very expensive bottle of cologne!

This site usually has great prices, but my experience with there shipping has ALWAYS been an issue. They often do not send out updates with your tracking information unless you reach out to their customer service department, which isn't very helpful. When they do reply, it is with a very generic response. It should never take two weeks to receive a package of in stock items when you only live three states away from the distribution center! I wouldn't suggest ordering from them if you want to receive your purchase in a timely manner. If you choose to, pay for shipping (which is barely guaranteed).

Tip for consumers:
Opt for paying for shipping, stay in communication with them via email so you have documentation of the process, and if you choose free shipping, be ready to wait on your purchase.

I just received my order of Dior "blooming bouquet" and Ariana Grande "thank you" and I can tell that both of theses perfumes from this site are fake. I purchased both of these in the past from Macy's and the bottles were a little heavier and the scent would last on me for at least 2 hours. The scent fades within 30 minuets, so I wouldn't suggest buying perfume from this website. A waste of my $$

On a Saturday I purchased a very expensive perfume from them. Got a confirmation email, then that Monday they sent me another email telling me my order was canceled and email me a coupon. Long story short, when utilizing the coupon they would've got me for 30 extra dollars. When I complain they said they had to cancel it because my mailing address is a UPS box. I've never heard of that and I have no other problems ordering from anyone else. But that's fine they will never see one cent of my money! They should be ashamed, trying to play people out of their money at a time like this with the pandemic. God have mercy on them!

I highly don't recommend this company for loyalty in customer service. I've been a customer of theirs for about 10 years I recently correspond with somebody in chat to try to see if they would work with me on a large bottle of a particular cologne for men. This was going to be a gift to my uncle that is on his Deathbed. Their lack of customer service and empathy is truly disgusting.

I placed an order on December 14th with 1 to 3 day shipping. Today is the 19th and according to my order number (*******) it has not even been shipped out yet. The website said everything was in stock. Why advertise the express shipping right before Christmas if you can't get the orders out?

L initially did read other reviews of this website but decided to give them a try. Since it was an International order l was surprised it arrived in 16 days which is not bad to Southern Hemisphere.
They will NOT answer any e-mails re complaints.and of the 3 items l orderded 2 did not have the cellophane on them to show they were sealed and brand new although they are the correct weight. Time will tell whether the items are fakes or not.If anyone is looking for cheaper perfume but an original not copy read reviews posted on the Net re this site as they are not crash hot but l took a chance.

I purchased a gift card as a birthday present; this order was confirmed, and the amount was pulled from my credit card. Just some minutes later, I received a mail from this vendor that the delivery was "put on hold for security reasons", and the mail consisted of an interview, asking all I had already typed in for the order, plus was asking for the phone number of the credit card issuer and much more, certainly not helpful if there would be "security reasons." Best of all - there wasn't even a tiny hint where and how to send this bs to. I tried to call them to no avail, so I sent a complaint by e-mail. Now, days later, I am still waiting for a response, all I received was the very same "your order is on hold" e-mail again.

Omg this site is poppin. It's the real deal and they have so many discount codes you can use. I ordered four perfumes and they sent me two extras for free plus a mirror as a free gift. Definitely recommend!

I had my doubts about this company but decided to give it a shot. Although the perfume smells exactly like the original, the smell does not last at all! I purchased one perfume and received another as a gift, both perfumes I have owned and used before. Both perfumes, Chloe and Gucci guilty intense are strong, long lasting perfumes. When ordered from fragrancenet, the scents did not last even an hour. This site is horrible. I would rathe pay more and know what I'm getting is legit. Do not make the mistake I did!

I ordered 4 different perfume for Xmas present for friends, when I got the order one of them was smell terrible, that make you throw-up. Too old for what it looks like. I tried to call their numbers, none of them exist. Those people said are happy about their purchased probably dont know the real thing. I will definitely return all my purchased. I Thot I gave them a try. Very disappointing

I have tried to call for months to get to a person. No one has ever answered. To return you need to communicate with cust serv. Couldn't return my cologne. I have waited up to 2 hours on hold 3 times. I now use fragrancebuy.ca. Its from Canada but offer a free shipping coupon. They have colognes that fragrancenet doesn't and fragrance buy is much cheaper.

It's been 10 days since I ordered. I talked to customer service earlier this week and they said that they're waiting for the product from the manufacturer.

With all of the bad reviews and the feel that I got when I called this company, I get a feeling that this is a scam that seeks to hold on to your money for as long as they can.

It's very difficult to get them on the phone too. I called once and stayed on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and then called from my office phone and stayed on hold for approximately 40 minutes before someone answered.

I finally cancelled my order. I actually found both Lancome products for much cheaper on Walmart.com.

I ordered a perfume that was never delivered because it was "out of stock". I reached out to them via email to find out if it would be delivered once back in stock and all I got back was a response of, "You have a discount that can be used to buy it". How am I going to repurchase an item that I already paid for? Where is my reimbursement? Never got a response. Last and final purchase from them. They lost a long time, loyal customer.

Send product when in stock or a reimbursement.

I ordered 3 bottles of cologne. They sent them to the wrong address. No one answers their support line. Then they sent me only 2 bottles because they increased their prices since my order was placed.
The worst company I have ever ordered from. Don't order from them.

I had an issue with my order so I tried to contact them. Of course it took forever to actually speak to someone and when I did they hung up in my face. Called back and couldn't get anyone so I tried the next morning and spoke to people who kept transferring me. These are inexperienced idiots. I asked to speak with a sup and she acted like their behavior was ok. She also told me that she couldn't do anything because I could have broken the bottles... Horrible customer service. Basically I wasted my money
