Hello everyone, I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and haven't even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Don't waste your time here.
I've never experienced such poor customer service until I had to deal with fragrancenet.com. I ordered a perfume on 11/30/15 and I was told it would be delivered BY 12/12/15... well, it's 12/15/15 and I still have not gotten it. Worst of all, I cannot get in contact with anyone if my life depended on it. I've sent 4 emails so far and I haven't gotten a reply to any of them.

On Thursday 02/07 at noon, I ordered 5 items for Valentines Day gifts. Website said 3-5 days so I assumed a week was plenty of time. It should have been but they didn't ship it out until 5 days later on Tuesday 02/12. So I have no gifts to give for Valentines as package wont be here for another two days. I am very upset and when I called they were extremely unhelpful, said I should have done expedited. I said a week should have been enough and was told they must have been busy TH and FRI so didn't get to shipping it, are closed weekends and were not sure why it didn't go out Monday. Bottom line they finally shipped it Tuesday and it is 3-5 days from the day they sent it (five days after I ordered it.).
I will never use them again. They ruined Valentines for us and didn't care and there are too many other companies to give my business to.
I have ordered men's colognes and women's perfume multiple times, and never had a problem. I find them cheaper than anyone else, and then service is great. They do offer a money back guarantee. I am a very satisfied customer from Fort Myers, Fl.
When I tell you these women that is giving customer service is Rude... Their mouths are very smart... I called about my order I ordered a week ago and paid for 2-3 day shipping... I called looking for the order they don't even show a tracking number for it... The representative requested a refund to me her name was Mary... She was rude on the phone... I will never order again... A whole scam!

Fragrancenet pretended to have sent my order and then received it back only to refund my money (all within 5 days). This was an international delivery (one way takes at least 2 weeks). I order regularly worldwide and everything gets here. They just didn't have my order in stock and covered their sloppy business by pretending to have sent it. Not good. I will never order again.
After almost a month of ordering a perfume from this site, it finally arrived today. Recently a friend got me the same perfume from an authentic store in the UK. And I couldn't but help notice the visible differences in the two of them. There one I got from fragrance net was lighter in color, like it's been diluted, the initials on the caps are totally different. Lol, it's really awful!
I have been suspect of this place for a while. Now I know! I'm not buying another bottle of cologne from these people.
I received a bottle of Armani Code recently. What a joke! A scent that is know worldwide. But there was a slight smell for 10 minutes and it faded. Pitiful that people are being ripped off like this. They should be SHUT DOWN!

I ordered 2 men's fragrances, Christmas 2013. My purchase was originally $61.90. On the right side of the order page was a notice "included with your qualifying FragranceNet purchase is a magazine subscription valued at $19.95. If you prefer not to receive a magazine & receive a rebate for its stated value, please print & return this form with a copy of your order,"... blah, blah, blah." I sent all the required documentation in immediately. I should have received my rebate in 6-8 weeks, instead I received "Living" magazine. After multiple phone calls to FragranceNet.com, whom then gave me multiple other companies to contact for the rebate, I still have not received my rebate and no one can help me. Beware, of this scam. I also only received part of my cologne order because they ran out of stock on the other one.
I signed up for the monthly subscription, I got my first order it was dolce Gabbana light, the ingredients were listed on the tiny bottle it smelled like pure alcohol and believe it or not that was the first ingredient, the bottle was easy to open so I actually think they made it themselves. Very disappointed!

I contacted your company and received no apology for your mistake. You sent out a new shipment. From now on, I will pay a little extra and order from a different supplier.

I placed an order with fragrance net almost 10 days ago, And $133 was deducted from my PayPal credit line. Unfortunately I could find no Order confirmation or history of my order. I reached out to them 3 times via email asking about an order number, where my order is, etcetera and received no response. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. So obviously I can not provide a picture of proof of purchase.
Seems authentic so far, but shipping and customer service is ridiculous. The first time I ordered, I never received purchase after waiting for a very long time. They refunded me with no issues which is why I was willing to give them another shot. I've ordered a cologne my husband wanted for his birthday & paid the additional$19.99 for overnight delivery (Ordered before 12pm & on a Monday, so no "next business day" delays. This was over 3 days ago & still have not received it or even any notification that item is out for delivery; Only an email stating that the order was processed. Email support is very slow. Tried calling & I have been on hold for 30+ minutes now. Looks like I will not be receiving this item on time, after paying the extra costs to ensure I wouldn't run into this issue. I'll order from somewhere more reliable next time

I ordered my product to be delivered to Australia and clicked on free international shipping.
My order confirmation online was for $35 but then I was later charged $35 for shipping?
Not to mention that the package was damaged when it arrived

Never again! Read the myriad bad reviews posted and they all confirm my bad experience. This company took days to even bother processing the order. A week goes by and THEN my two orders were shipped. Two weeks later and they're still not here!
Other sites promise orders are shipped the same day received and you get them days later!
So I bought 1 bottle. It was fake. I did not know just curious why fragrance did not stay. I bought same thing again. Whole different product. So no returns if you open packaging. Who would know? So I have paid for 2 bottles and only 1 is real. Would you EVER be a customer again? No way. I matter. So I will not be returning.

Tried numerous times calling to talk with someone in customer service. They have no such department. Tried contacting them by email numerous times. No response. Go somewhere else to purchase other than this website.
They told me I get free 2 day shipping...It is 8 days now and I still have no items. There is no one you can speak to over there at their company and the shipper is of no help of course. Now I need to go through the process with my credit card of cancelling the order. This is a scam. Do not order from them. Better off paying more to get from a reputable company like ulta.

Despite ordering a brand new bottle (not a tester) for a birthday gift, the package arrived with a torn box, no paperwork, and visible fingerprints on the cologne bottle. Upon inspection, I inspected the bottom of the cologne where "Creed Paris" should be etched. To my dismay, only the 'S' of Paris was visible. For a high-end fragrance like Creed, one would expect a more secure and impeccable packaging. As if that wasn't enough, they overlooked including the birthday note I had explicitly requested.
Customer service offered a return, but the remedy involved waiting for them to receive the faulty item before initiating a refund or replacement. Was told the estimated timeline is up to two weeks or more, leaving me without a timely birthday gift. I was offered to return the item and order another one if I needed it sooner! This experience is unacceptable, and their lack of quality control is disappointing. I hear the return takes a very long and at this moment I am not sure what to do. I am stuck with a used, probably not authentic very expensive bottle of cologne!
EDIT: A member of customer service just reached out to me, and offered a replacement. I will update my review if receive the confirmation email.
