On October 16th I placed an order for Coach cologne and lotion. I received an order confirmation within minutes. The purchase was for a birthday gift. I waited and waited and waited and finally after a week or so I received an email asking if I am happy with my order—-I never received my order! I emailed and asked for an update and the response I got a few days later was that the order was cancelled and they can not tell me why! Don't bother. Their rating is a 1.97 and I know why. They are awful! Go to the mall or Amazon.

Sad. I can't believe I got fake stuff. I immediately knew the stuff was not authentic! I received it and within 10 minutes I was sending this junk back! I should have known better! My fault for ordering this stuff! Pay and get the good stuff! My stupidity and they make it tough to send back! Shut this place Down! Sorry but true!

I ordered a product that I wanted to give my wife as a birthday present. They said it would arrive in 2-4 days. It did not arrive when they said and I was not able to give my wife the present I planned to give her. Furthermore it was being sent to my vacation home and we will not be back there for at least 2 weeks. I emailed the company and they said my shipping choice was 2-5 days and not guaranteed and then they sent another email that said 2-3 days but still not guaranteed. If it's not guaranteed they should state that CLEARLY. Please see the attached photo which shows 2-4 business days. There is no NOT GUARANTEED after the 2-4 days. They are dishonest.

I have ordered a two times from this site. The discounts are great how ever when I order CK it was the right bottle but not CK smelling cologne. I messaged them the refunded me but nothing said about a fake cologne.
I ordered one other one and was ok. I dont really trust this site and there CS is horrible.

Don't buy from this website/ business. Everything leads to fraud. I ordered something for my wife over a week ago, but hasnt shipped. I'm embarressed, because some international has robbed me. They dont respond to email or phone calls. STAY AWAY...

I placed an order a week ago. Express shipping 1-3 days and order still says "in warehouse" I have reached out multiple times and called although I was on the phone for over an hour and NO ONE ever answered. I still have no status updates on my order and don't know if it will arrive before Christmas or even this year. I will NEVER order from this company again. I found them through American eShoppg portal and am going to write them as well because that gave me a false sense of security this was a reputable company. It is clearly NOT! Buyer beware!

I ordered Dolce Gabbana Light Blue Eau De Toilette on May 21st. Received the product on May 24th. Compared with my bottle from Sephora and it is a dead on match (packaging, bottle, product, scent). Would recommend.

Free shipping with any other company even mail is faster then FedEx. My order went out the 27th of Oct and says now it won't be delivered till the Nov 11th. 10 working days that's crazy! Won't be ordering ever again from this company.

FragranceNet used an inferior shipping service On_Trac, which kept first package, marking delivery with false signature, FragranceNet sent out new package, which was signed delivered and left face down at an empty suite. Which gift recipient had to walk through the building for package, since they did not bring to her suite listed for delivery. Awful shipping service.

Beware of purchasing at fragrancenet.com bcz they are dealing with a cheaper Lazership On Trac, shipping vendor, at the expense of quality. On March 15,2023, I bought three items at Fragrancenet.com and extra for faster delivery, yet the package was not delivered as scheduled. I tried to no avail to make a phone call with Fragrancenet.com or On Trac. A very poor customer service. I advise all those concerned to be careful when considering doing business with these two businesses. I really don't know how pertinent US authorities allow them to do business. I am uploading a photo showing how the On Trac dealt with my package. They kept changing the delivery date inaccurately with no explanation.

I ordered over$100 in this site.The official email said my credit card didn't support this payment. They asked me to transfer funds via EFT. Howerer after I'd done this the order
Status was still remain 'hold on' then I emailed to marketplace department. They no longer
Reply me as if they pretend couldn't see.

Fragrancenet.com has sent me open/used frags then refused to take them back. They sent my sister the wrong fragrance not twice but THREE TIMES. And were absolute jerks when she contacted them to ask for a return label so she could return the MEN'S fragrances they'd sent her, thrice. She sent them all back on her own dime. Then they wouldn't issue a refund, so she finally got her credit card company to dispute the charges. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Fragrancenet.com. (I've had good luck with Fragrancex.com. They'll take open fragrances back & refund completely as long as it's not half-used and you're not abusive of their generous policy - - i. E., habitual returning of used juice.) (Note: I'm not affiliated with either company - - I work for the Dept. of Defense.)

I purchased twice form Fragrancenet.com. Other than their fast shipping. Their customer service sucks and the prices are overdriven. Let's say Jo Malone for a 3.4oz/100ml perfume, at Jo Malone
And on high end websites like Bloomingdale's, Saks 5th ave, Nordstrom, Macy's its $145. On Fragrancenet.com it's $291.99 regular price and $218.99 special sale price like mom's day. This is only one example. I can bring proof of a list of colognes overpriced at Fragrancenet.com.

I placed an order with them for Jimmy Choo Blossom & Escada Sentiment to receive 2 bottles of perfume I've never heard of. I then contacted customer service for them to tell me in order for me to receive the correct items I had to send the order back that should have never shipped out to me to begin with. I then emailed them & they tell me as a Courtesy we'll refund you your money back. How the heck fragranceNet mess up my order,however,state as a courtesy I'm giving you your money back. The freaking Nerve of them. They will no longer get my business.

I ordered some perfume and lotion and I was happy that the packaging protected the expensive contents. I will definitely order from them again because the order arrived early and they did follow-up to make sure everything arrived in good condition.

Ordered 3 bottles of cologne and 1 bottle of perfume from this company. When my package arrived I was missing a bottle of cologne I ordered. I contacted customer service and they took care of this issue and shipped me my missing bottle of cologne the next day. I am pleased with the helpfulness and response by them to fix my issue. I will use again as the products I bought are legit and at a good price.

I just bought the toning lotion for sensitive and night skincare of Sisley here. The sipping is ok. But the stuff all is fake.The smells are not plasant. Afer using.my face turns red and uncomfortable. I would like to refund, but they said the skincare can't be refunded. So Never shop on this net.

I bought a clogne for my father which was written in the website that has an off and gonna be 16.24 and then the shipping will be 6.95 and my total gonna be 23.19 I have an sc of the website and even the confirmation of my order that emailed me but they charged me for 31.31$ for NO REASON I mean I don't get that where is my additional 8$?

Outstanding service! I ordered perfume for my wife and it was shipped promptly, communication was excellent. It arrived from New York to Perth really quickly. The perfume was authentic and just what my wife wanted. I was a little worried when I read the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I ordered from them, as my experience was perfect and they sold perfume that I couldn't buy anywhere else. I'm not sure how this company is allowed to operate but I placed a few orders with them, and I'm sure I'm not the first or last person to say this but they sell old stock with a majority mix of fake frangenaces. Some of the perfumes were completely fake and some of them were just Old stock that lost their smell. To be fair they refunded me for all after I return the product but just going through the process of finding out that it's fake why you had planned to give these as a gift was very disappointing. BUYER BEWARE I suggest going to a legitimate retailer and paying the premium price. At least you're getting peace of mind that the products are real. Alot of these online discount fragrance sites, are all the same, fake goods mixed with old stock. In this situation you get what you pay for.

I bought two tom Ford fragance for my husband, they look original at first sight ans after looking on the details we find out that they don't have the batch number like the original has. After trying the fragance it fades away after 30 minuts. Do not recomend buying crom this website 1

I purchased a product and felt it did not smell right and put it down to Covid. However a recent visit out into London, where I saw a display bottle. I used it and it was as per my memory of the scent and not I have bought from This company. I have tried to get into dialogue with them but they are not being cooperative. I will be approaching the brand direct as I strongly believe that the contents of my bottle is not genuine.

This site is very genuine, received a tracking order -uses Fed EX -package came promptly -their warehouse is in NJ so package arrived for me in 3 days. The light blue by Dolce and Gabana is the real thing... I would recommend this site 5 stars
