Hello everyone, I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and haven't even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Don't waste your time here.
I agree with other rewires that fragrancenet sell fake counterfeit fragrances. If your review is negative they don't even post it. I ordered Creed Aventus & knew how good it is. First I ordered the sample to check. Sample was fine so ordered the bigger size. To my utter disappointment that larger size was fake. I realized it as soon as I opened the packing.
But to my surprise they refunded me full amount with out even me starting a refund request. I just wrote the review in which I mentioned that I will ask for complete refund.
I have now placed 2 orders from them. Both were late and were gifts. This order is Christmas gifts for my daughters. It is now 5 days before Christmas and the carrier can't get the package to me without misrouting it. I reached out to the carrier OnTrack (completely HORRIBLE COMPANY) and found they got my order into my city only to misroute it back out 3 hours away. So now having to wait for it to come back. Tried reaching out to FragranceNet and was told to reach out to the carrier. Both of these companies are HORRIBLE. If you are ordering from them please order 2 months before you need it or you won't get it in time and they don't even care.
I placed an order through fragrance.net and used after pay. I paid extra for express shipping for Father's day and fragrance.net did not even process the order. It's definitely an issue with fragrance.net and not afterpay. Needless to say no Father's day gift!

I ordered 4 perfumes from fragrancenet - 3 I purchased on reviews of other reviewers so i cannot comment if they smell true as i have never smelt them before but I won't be buying them again. The 4th was one I was getting low on and is hard to find so I do know what it smells like. I can tell you the perfume I received from fragrance net is totally different to the one I have. It is called Cassini and anyone who knows this perfume will know how devine it is and that the perfume lasts all day and all night. What I received was a perfume that smells nothing like the original I have, the colour of the liquid is a horrible dark brown and the perfume lasts about 1 hour. It also had the word Elixer on it which it didn't say on the website. I emailed them but got no reply and I put a review on their website which has never appeared. I have learnt a lesson to never buy from this company again. I am very disappointed with their products and service.
Duhahi Merci, jar of very beautiful and comfortable, a jar with them written "Mersi Mersi" in the hands of very nice keep it as mâgenkaâ felt themselves simply exquisite perfume smell they cannot pass it such as freshness, pleasant, and have enough pretty for a long time. Beautiful design, jars, beautiful packaging, different scents and colors. Recommend them for lovely ladies!
I am reading all the reviews and have to say that I have had only good experiences with this company so far. In the past I ordered Aqua Gio for my son and Romance for my niece. Both came in authentic sealed boxes and both were top quality products. I am now waiting for my order of SpiceBomb to ship. I am anticipating the same excellent products and service.

I ordered perfumes with the total of 555$ and after 3 days they canceled my order.! Because they don't ship to SA.
I don't believe them because I say people from my country ordered before and they don't have problem. But because I used free shipping coupon they decided that they don't ship to SA...

The first time I ordered from them, I ordered Euphoria, 2 of Lamb, Obsession, and Escape. The bottle of Lamb leaked, they exchanged it with no problems. I've ordered twice, all of the above, plus Alien, by Theirry Mugler. I still get compliments hours after putting it on.
Please do not buy from this fraudulent company. Their items are counterfeit garbage. The product is so bad, they don't even try to hide it. I can support this with photos if you want.
The tool said I would get the package in 5 to 8 business days. Now it's almost 3 weeks and still no movement. When I asked for to cancel the order, they said they cannot cancel it because the fulfillment process had already began even though there is no movement on the tracking website. It appears the package is lost but they refuse to acknowledge. Starting a charge back dispute ASAP.

I have been purchasing from FragranceNet.com and I have always been happy with my purchases. I have been lucky in receiving merchandise in a timely manner and the Eau de Parfume purchase's were the real thing and my husbands cologne's are authentic also.
I made an order over 2 weeks ago it has not even arrived even though it told me I would only wait 3 to 6 business days in the package is still somewhere in Ohio not even in my state of Texas much less my city and I'm going to be disputing this with my bank and getting a refund
I made a purchase for Idole. Received my product promptly. Later made another purchase sent wrong one. Update::: Finally heard back from the company about my order. Their response was they were out of stock and I was refunded before I received their response. It would have been better if I was notified before they shipped what they sent. Because the vials they sent smell awful. Like detergent or soap. So I couldn't use it. Would have nice if I could have chosen a different fragrance.

Hello future shoppers of this website. Let me warn you about an error I received with a recent purchase I made last month. I purchased a total of 6 items, and my purchase exceeded $200 after discounts and what not. I received my purchase and I was missing an item. I took a picture and everything in the event I was questioned. After 2 attempts to reach someone, i received a reply stating that the "weight" of my shipment was accurate. Not sure what the weight of 1 missing rollerball equates, but it was and still is missing from my hands. Im still waiting for a reply to this day, but needless to say I will never, ever do that again. I will keep my purchases for fragrances to my handy dandy local department store. Lowkey scammers... fool me once...
FragranceNet customer service is so $#*!ing slow. It makes the short bus carrying kids with special needs look fast I waited on the phone for an hour and a half. I never received my package.

Over 10 days ago, I ordered a Bio Lonic pro 10X straightening iron, I couldn't believe that it was almost $100 cheaper than other companies including the actual manufacture. The order still shows as in the warehouse and the company has not responded to email requests, I have been on hold for more than 50 minutes. While on hold, I found this website that confirms my suspicions, the customer service is non existent and the products are fugazi. I submitted a cancelation request but ultimately I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Had a problem but they helped me solve it &refund literally came on the same day. Good company indeed
Never ordered from them before but they were having a big holiday sale on hair products I use. When the stuff arrived I knew it was either bogus or old. There was literally No Scent at all & I use this brand specifically for the perfume & because it doesn't irritate my scalp. Also, FYI, no I don't have COVID but I do have 5 other bottles of product from the same brand that all smell like they should.
The return "process" is vague. They will send you an RMA with a huge list of specific instructions so don't miss a thing. They also send a return label that doesn't have the full address on it so make sure you check that too. Their return policy states no returns on certain products like hair care so I expect I'll have to dispute this directly with my credit card based on their policies despite the fact that they approved my return request.

Shipping department cannot read and customer service supports them! Ordered 3.4oz fragrance so I can take on plane, they shipped 3.7oz and they don't understand why I can't use it. It seems they don't travel either.
I have been using the same cologne for years and I mean years! So i know the smell! So i ordered CKB it came rather fast... however it smelled nothing like CKB! So I decided to look at the label and bottle including the packaging and everything was off! I guess the joke is on me for not realizing that the price was incredibly cheaper then usual! SMH Shame on this company!

Half the price for double the amount of "Man" cologne by Versace. I could not resist. I was excited when it was delivered within a week. The first time I used it the scent was the same as in the store BUT it only lasted for a few minutes. NOT NEARLY as strong as the product that was bought in the store. This is a cologne that is strong with minimal amount of application and can last a day or more until your next shower but not the item I received from this company. Packaging and bottle appeared legit. I tried applying double and three times (3X) or more the amount and it still only lasts for a few minutes. SAVE your money and only buy the store product. The store product is double the cost but will last so much longer and you will use so much less. The store product ACTUALLY works as intended!

Disappointing. I researched this company online before I bought 3.4 oz Hanae Mori for my Mom as a Christmas gift. I saw the numerous bad reviews, negative feedback, broken bottle complaints and such. I didn't listen, and I thought it couldn't happen to me, until I received a package with huge stains from perfume leakage. The FedEx delivery man said that denying the package was the best course of action, so that's what I did. No gift for Mom on Christmas Day. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE, because the low price isn't worth the huge risk.
I ordered a bottle of Hermes Kelly Caleche on Feb 22 and received the order Feb 28. I had bought a bottle in Paris at the Hermes store, and still have it. The bottle I received from Fragrance Net smells the same, and came in a box, with Made in France on the bottom. If it's fake, they fooled me, but I don't think it is. After I placed my order on Feb 22, I read all the bad comments about this company and wished I hadn't ordered from them, but I got what I ordered and a little earlier than they said, even with bad weather up north. I don't work for them, nor do I have any family members who work for them. I would use them again. Not sure what happened in the other cases I've read about.
If I could give 0 stars i would. They sent me two items, out of my 4. I called to see when I'd get my items and was advised they were out of stock. I asked when i would receive them and when/how I was notified but was told they don't notify you any way but refunding the money. I looked, 5 business days later, had not received a refund. I was told, wait two more business days. I asked to speak with a manager and was advised was one was not available. I let the associate know I'd wait and then was told the only was to speak with a manager is through email. All the week before Christmas, even though I ordered before December. First time and last time I go through this company. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
