Today 8/16/2021 I visited the Merrimack NH Premium Outlets for the first time. I was in search of a wedding dress since I will be a guest in just a week. The associate Alyssa helped me so much! She helped me find the perfect fits, sizes and styles. I ended up leaving with two dresses because I couldn't chose but without her help I would of just gave up and went else where. I wish more stores had associates like Alyssa. I can't wait to shop at Francescas again!
I received an email about a coupon for $10 but it didn't show up in the rewards section of my account. When I called she was like you must have a different account. I don't - I only use one email address. She said I just put it into your account it should be there - while on the phone with her I refreshed the page and said no it's still not showing up. She finally just kind of gave up and said just order something and then call and we'll credit it the $10 to you. I didn't trust that at all - went to store and told my story and she was able to use the coupon at the register even though it still wasn't showing up in my online account. I just put my email in (the same one as my online account) and she said yes you have a coupon. I have also heard horror stories of people not getting their items when they order online, not receiving refunds, etc. Buying in store is the only way to go. However I also had a problem with that, got my mom a sweater with a gift receipt in my city, she wanted to get a different size. Went to her local Francescas in her city and they didn't have it in that size and told her they couldn't get it from another store. Other stores are always able to accept an exchange and locate it from another store!. Like, Talbots didn't have something she needed in a different size and they right away said no problem we can either have it delivered here from another store or have it shipped to your address. Francesca's is just cheap and lazy and don't want to help customers.
I ordered an item from Francesca's online boutique and looked forward to it arriving. I did recieve a tracking number stating at first the item was being delivered by the USPS. Then later when i recieved an update on the item delivery i saw that it was being delivered by FedEx. On the day of the delivery i saw the last update on my package was that it was being returned to sender. I called Francesca's and they stated they didn't know why the package had not arrived and that once it comes back to them i can start the return process. They gave me the FedEx customer service number and i called FedEx only to be told by them that it was actually USPS that was delivering the package. I got the USPS customer service number and have been going down the rabbit hole ever since. I have yet to recieve my package or a definitive answer or resolution to my package not arriving. I have learned my lesson. I will never order from them ever again.
The entire site is not on sale under $25. Take a look at most of the coffee cups they have advertised. Make it clear which products are an exception. False advertisement.
Order my purchase on April 22nd 2020 and today Is May 1st I go online and check daily to see if they posted my tracking # on it and nothing Called at-least 5 times already they keep confirming that they are working on sending out 22nd -24th day out... soon! So then today i got email with order update. I got excited and said YESSSS it was worth the wait BUT no even worst news, they ran out of stock of two items that I order and put in already. I order from different brand on the 24th and got it within 5 days free shipping so this is pretty upsetting they seem overwhelmed and will have to cancel my order and get my money back and its sad because I was really looking forward to it.

The Societe Have no skills never She treated me horribly I noticed before me she told this customer only credit cards we don't take cash because of COVID-19 that you might be caring I couldn't believe with my ears hurt but when it was my turn I touch some thing a simple Pam and she said don't grab it you could have COVID-19 I told her are you having a bad day I told her call another associate to help me out another associate approach her and said let me help her and she told her off and said move I'll finish it I told her no you won't let her finish $#*! you're being rude and disrespectful not to me but to her and the previous customer you should not treat people horribly and their employees no respect for them in front of customers I do not recommend the store in fashion Valley Fries Road
Never order online. I have pictures of earring being deluvers with no jewels attached and a 40$ hat that has missing gems and a tear. Will NEVER order here again.
For some reason when I tried ordering, their website only accepted 1 of my 2 orders. I sent an email to ask about the first order, since it wasn't showing up in my account but they'd still taken my money, and got no response. I eventually called customer service, who picked up after about 20 minutes of waiting, and was told that it was a system order and that while I could replace my order, one item was now out of stock, so I wouldn't get the discount anymore- which was the whole reason why I ordered. I asked them to make an exception and to allow the discount on the second item since it was their system's error, but they denied my request, so I told them to just not bother replacing the order and to cancel the 2nd order as well. They told me since the 2nd order was already on its way that it couldn't be cancelled until it reached the store, and agreed to call to have it cancelled upon arrival. That never happened. I went to the store today to see what needs to be done and they informed me that they never received a call or email from customer service, and that since I paid with PayPal, even if I do a return, I'll be ineligible for a refund, only store credit. I have NO interest in shopping her anymore, so I have no desire for store credit. This entire process has been insane. I'm so upset at the level of miscommunication and errors that have occurred with this process. I'll now have to contact their customer service AGAIN to try to get my money back for clothes that I've never even held in my hands.
I have always enjoyed the cost and quality of my purchases from francesca's. Reasonably priced merchandise for fair quality. Excellent salespersons.
Customer service is ridiculous! Completely SUCKS! Never dealt with a company with absolutely horrendous service online and on the phone. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
Answer: You can't. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Social media team might answer you, but they have no info and won't help with anything.
