After a year of testing this service, what I can say is that it is a complete disaster. I do not recommend using it. The hosting has been migrated from server to server (upcloud, contabo), and the support service is non-existent, they do not respond to tickets and will close them after three days. The company that they mention as responsible appears on the Internet with three or more different offices in London, USA and Canada. The truth is that it is managed from Nigeria (not native English speakers). The domains are registered to their property and I have seen reviews that clients have had problems in their return. I had to request the help of NameSilo to get my domains back. They do not know proper web development, they create sitemaps without content, offer SEO services based on Alexa, and services that are not going to be used they do not cancel it but keep them to discount the payment of the wallet (which is the only way of payment they offer). Certainly a disappointing experience.
