This company has stolen a copyrighted photo to use in advertising on their website. I was searching online for a new collar id tag for my French Bulldog puppy. I was shocked to discover my dog, who died in 2019, photoshopped to wear one of their tags. I used their contact form to inform them that they did NOT have permission to use the photo. They have not responded and the photo is still there! They claim they are all about honesty and integrity- ha!

I ordered a Rhinestone Frenchie keychain one outfit for my French bulldog on 7/27/24. After waiting 2wks I sent a text asking where my items were? They wrote bk allow 5-7 business days. It's 8/21/24 still nothing yet. I reached out to PayPal to take care of it as I never received anything. My account was credited. Wish I'd seen these reviews b4 I tried to order.
After 2 weeks I had not received items I purchased. I wrote and wanted to cancel. Then they sent a fake tracking order. The link said USPS and the next day "delivered." But no package was delivered. I get updates every day from USPS showing all things being delivered and this was NEVER mentioned. So I knew for sure they were lying. I called Chase and got a refund. This is a scam company.
We ordered $200 worth of items from this company. The items were poor quality and sizes completely off from the inches they included. The only way we can return the items is to send it back to China. They stated a return is simple. This return would cost more than the items bought. The return is not simple. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAM!
Clothes are way smaller than the size charts so garments are not fit for purpose

Clothing was too tight and i ordered per measurements. Also bought 2 harnesses. When you tighten them to fit they just loosen right back up. Complete waste of money. They would not let me return them and get my money back. Don't shop here!

I would like to know where my order is. The tracking number I have, says I put in an order in July of 2023 and it was in transit in Nov 2023. What? Hasn't even been delivered. It is a 5 month order? That's just now in transit? An order I never even did.
I ordered, from your shop this Month January! 2024. I have ordered from bark box, chewy and yeti and have gotten all of those orders, and I ordered them after I ordered from the frenchieshop.
My tracking number is a fraud. The information is saying I have a 5 month order still in transit.
I bought a harness and leash set and have heard nothing. No tracking, no shipment information, no texts, no emails, nothing. Zero. Then when I try and track it, it's bull$#*! information.
I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.

I ordered a harness with built in retractable leash on 10/4/23. Got email saying it was received then a second email saying it was sent on 10/5/23. No further correspondence. When I checked on SHOP on 10/27/23 it says delivered on 10/19/23. I never received it. Sent merchant an email requesting info but no response. Disputed with my credit card
And Chase immediately issued a credit to me. I should have read these reviews before purchasing!

Do not expect much from this company - I paid ~$43 for a door mat that was so cheaply made and the decals were iron ons' from the 70's. Same with the T-Shirt, it was not even dollar store quality material, also an iron on decal, I will be surprised if it makes 2 washes without peeling off. The mugs and the socks never showed and after 7 days of emailing them and arguing about the mugs and socks never arriving - I reached out to PayPal for assistance.
As you guessed there is nowhere on their site to leave reviews, now I know why. They show very cute items and sucker you in, but don't waste your money the items I purchased that did actually arrive were of terrible quality.

the rug and shirt were the only items received - the doormat has been out for less than two weeks (not a high traffic area) and already print is illegible. Shirt was too embarrassing quality to give as the gift it was purchased for.
You would think this was coming from the USA, nope... China. Takes months to get and then its the wrong size. Try to get a refund - you have to pay to send it back and thats $$$. Horrible company, terrible customer svc. Filing a complaint with whoever will take the complaint.
I order 3 items for a larger size French Bulldog. What I received was only 1 item (tiny, tiny boots) that wouldn't fit the smallest Chihuahua. While I received communication in email right away, the order took more than 2 months to receive. My complaint was not favorably dealt with as they claim that they outsource the purchases to China so there is no getting a refund. I do NOT recommend anyone buy from this company. It's really bad and you'll lose your money.
I should've read the reviews never will order again from here I order my dog leash and harness never in my life ordered something that took this long! But I got what I ordered and it was really bulky sigh I will keep it and sell it to someone else

I bought an item from this seller and it never gets delivered while their shipment tracking showed delivered. I filed a case with Paypal and Paypal said they review the shipment tracking and refused my case...?(transaction Id 1LB*******L*******P)
Before i contacted Paypal, i contacted both the shipping company and the seller the themselves but they blaimed to the shipping company.
I even provided screenshot from security camera showing that there is no parcel as well as any sign of delieverer at the time of the item marked as delievered from the shipment tracking.
This is either a scam or irresponsible seller that doesn't care about the buyers after you paid. And there is no guarantee for the items you paid that delivered to you. Beware of the seller, I hope that no more people would have the same experience as I did.
DO NNOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First, you think you buy from a company in USA, but they're located in China. For both pieces of clothing that I bought, I received the wrong seizes. I am waiting for my refund since the month of October. I keep writing to them and receiving an email saying that they will take care of my request, but no one writes me back. Never had a worse experience ordering anything!
Update - PayPal investigated and refuvddd our $. So glad we didn't deal with this scam company directly ….
I purchased 2 bowls ($156) as a surprise first gift for our daughter's Frenchie and it's been a jumbled mix of conflicting emails, delays, and tracking links.
First we receive an email with a link that indicated the order was delivered! After alerting her to check for the package (and it wasn't there) I contacted them to determine why.
Received another email / tracking link stating shipment is still in China! And again checked today 6/3, still in China.
No telephone customer service telephone # so it's a mess of back/ forth emails. I've asked to have the order cancelled, the package recalled and money refunded. We'll see how long it takes for that? And be prepared for the onslaught of solicitation emails (several a day!)
The site appeared to have high quality merchandise but it's been 8 days and numerous conflicting emails later and the shipment hasn't yet left China
Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and find another site for your merchandise!
This a first time I leave a bad review, I always try to work with the companies first as I know how a bad review can hurt a business
I bought the shark bad, "L" size. I looked on their size chart to find the best fit for my dogs.
Unfortunately their size chart is not accurate and the "L" size I asked is actually with the "M" size measures
It is being over a month that I am communicating with their customer service and when I confirmed that I want I return or a refund (I was ok with a refund of 40% of the product just to close this nightmare) they just stop to answer me.
Please be careful before to buy from them!
