Yeah, horrible experience, got a direct flight to Lax and they changed my reservation to another airport without notifying me, when I checked my reservation was the only reason I saw it. Horrible customer service too. They couldn't give me a reason why they changed it, I had all my reservations a car, hotel and flight. I will never use them again. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get a refund and make the reservation with someone else which will now be more money cause it's close to my departure date and the other airlines are booking up and costing more. Thanks for screwing my trip. Look where I started and then ended up. Wow not even close.
Honestly, after reading many reviews, I was terrified of flying with frontier. This was only the second time I have ever flown and had an amazing experience. The only complaints I have is the seats and leg room, but sounds like they plan on upgraded that soon on their planes. Thanks for a great experience.
My friend and I booked our vacation thru Price Line to Dominican Republic from CT. We had one connecting flight each way. Delta was our flight out and was great and comfortable. Our return flight was thru Frontier with a connecting flight in San Juan P.R.
Our flight on Frontier was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight. I watched my flight take off without me. The next available flight was in 24 hrs. I had already been up 18 hrs and asked Frontier for sleeping accommodations as it would not be healthy to be up for almost 2 days due to their delay. They offered me space in the terminal no blanket no pillow no bed. They said it was not their fault since i left from another airport. I said that doesnt make sense since they were both frontier flights. I then proceded to ask for a manager. I waited an hr and no one came. Hotels in the area were over $280 a night and i was exhausted. I then went down to the bottom floor and asked to speak to a manager. I finally got one whom said I will get you a voucher to the San Juan hotel at the airport. I sat waiting for the vocher for 4 hrs. A man on the same flight said he was told he could sleep in the terminal. I told him to keep complaining and he to finally was able to get a room. I also asked for a food voucher and was denied. They took my alcohol and would not give it back because the airport didnt seal it properly so I lost out on that as well. We still had to check out at 12 even though our flight did not leave until 4. This was the worst customer service experience ever. My flight was almost four hrs. No drinks, no snacks, no TV no leg room. When we were about to land the piolet said bare with me not explaining anything and did loops in the air with much turbulence. He then landed and we had to sit on the plane an additional half hr. Due to no gates being open. Frontier is by far the worst airline I have ever flown with. Also you need to pay an additional $70 for your carry on and not one person offered assistance to anyone putting their bags up. Never again.
