AVOID this company.
I ordered something from them online and it was out of stock.
It's been two weeks and I have yet to see a refund to my PayPal account, even after four phone calls.
My husband has placed 3 different orders with this company. Each time we were sent a confirmation of the order... AND THAT WAS IT! Each time we waited about 3 weeks and received NOTHING! At that point I emailed the company to request a status update and the response was that the item was out of stock (2) or in poor condition and could not be sold (1).
I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY FOR A STATUS UPDATE AND IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO BE TOLD AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK!
We will NOT shop at this company again!
