It is disappointing that estimated delivery times displayed after purchase is made are much later than those provided at the time of purchase. This means my goods are now likely to arrive after we leave for an overseas trip.
Do not use Fruugo if any problems with your order dont expect any help from the so called help center.
My order was sent to wrong address, I have sent over 10 messages to the help center with no response.
Thay dont care, I have been ripped off.

Do not order anything off this website they are crooks! I ordered something recieved a confirmation email but never got the product. I went into my account only for it to say that the order was canceled but no refund and never heard back from them.
Brought a item from them got sent wrong thing when email and asked they told me i have it wrong. I sent photos to them and even item Description of their page. And they say they are right

Very disappointing product and service. The hat I received did not look like the advertised product and the ad had misleading product description details including a link to a completely different hat brand. When the hat arrived, it was a stiff felt hat which had been flattened like a pancake inside the thinnest courier bag. The hat is so mishapen, damaged and creased, it is actually unwearable. I will not be purchasing from Fruugo NZ again. Below is a photo of a model wearing the advertised product vs what I received.
Update 2 June 2023: I complained to Fruugo and received two responses from the supplier - Akking Industrial Trading in broken, incoherent English.
From what I understood, they apologised for the product being damaged in transit and promised to improve the packaging next time. It sounded like they were offering to pay 5% of the courier cost for me to return the damaged product from NZ to China and tried to talk me into accepting the damaged product. This is not good enough. Don't buy from Fruugo.
Update 28 June 2023: After my last comment on this post, on 5 June 2023 Fruugo NZ promised by email to fully refund me for the damaged product within 5 working days. But 17 working days and another feedback email later, I still have not received a refund. This company only ever responds to public reviews but does not follow on through its promises. Be warned this company cannot be trusted.
Update 30 June 2023: Finally today I have received a full refund from Fruugo NZ.
