So I ordered two pairs of colour changing pants, both in the same size. One pair of blue-green size medium and one pair of orange-yellow size medium for me boyfriend for Christmas.
They send me two pairs of size medium BUT the one pair of pants is a vastly different size from the other, both of which were supposed to be sized medium.
The one medium fit my 40 year old boyfriend and the other medium didn't even fit his 10 year old nephew.
Apart from that, the colour on the small-sized medium pants was wrong. It was purple-pink and not yellow-orange.
Now I asked them to rectify this because the sizes were different and the colours were wrong. But they kept telling me that if I wanted to change them that I would then have to PAY EXTRA for them to send me the correct order.
AND THEN when they eventually agreed to send me the pair of pants (in the right size and colour that I had ordered from them) then the shipping dates of the order they sent were before the date that we were even messaging. Like the shipping dates were in the past?
I've tried to ask them what the issue is but they keep telling me that they're shipping me the correct order. That was December. It is now February. I think it's safe to say that I'm NOT going to get what I have ordered and paid for.
Wouldn't recommend them or JIEYING if you're expecting to get what you paid for.
