The designer on their website is great, one of the best I have found. Has a lot of functionality and ability to customize. A little wonky on finding "Standard" artwork/designs.

The website says that orders take 3-6 weeks to deliver with 4 weeks being average. I have placed 3 orders and EVERY one of them took more than 6 weeks to ship. If you try and call them no one ever answers so you get a system voicemail that no one ever calls back when you leave a message. If you email either of the posted email addresses no one ever responds.

Because of the lack of communication and orders always being late, unfortunately, I will be looking for a new company to order my sublimated gear from.
