I worked with Chris Marsiglia at Fundera on a business loan for several weeks. He was great until I rejected the approved offer. We decided to switch to a lower rate SBA loan. Then after not getting back to him after a few emails (2) he closed my account due to inactivity. Very off-putting. Fundera is after short term commission. They are not a good partner for your business loan needs.
Tried to sign up for this service and was funny that I noticed all females only were allowed to signup for these accounts, and all the males were complaining after filling out the first form, that the application refused to even let them apply. Well I had the same trouble and despite the emails that come after this saying they were ready for my application, they would not let me apply then told me because of that (because they refused my application) that I did not qualify. This is a complete scam and it is clear that they are looking to stalk females. Now today I'm still getting emails about this from a year ago, still telling me about my "account" with you, but then today I get an email finally admitting that it is a mistake that I got the emails... I'm wondering how many other males got this email claiming it was a mistake to keep sending them information about an account they were DENIED ILLEGALLY!
I am a small business owner and during the Covid Crisis, I tried to apply for a PPP loan which seemingly was made out to be a relatively simple process if you qualified. I met all the qualifications and logically went to the major lender that houses all my business. I realized within the first couple of hours of trying that something was wrong and became doubtful my application would even get submitted. I made a quick educated decision and switched gears to Fundera. All I can say is that without Fundera and the help of Tom McNulty who was servicing my application, I would have never received a penny. He worked tirelessly to help me gather all the information I needed. He would contact me (even if it was late in the evening) to provide me with updates or if there was anything else I needed. I was confident I was in good hands and then hoped for the best. The evening before all the money evaporated at 10:00 pm I received a loan number.
I chose a company like Fundera over my big commercial Bank that I use for my business because after listening to my Bank's webinar I believed they would never help a small business like mine. But Fundera did help. It was a wise choice.
To Fundera and Tom, THANK YOU for taking a layer of stress off my business during this time.
