“Customer service?”

The customer service for this site is effectively non existent. We ordered some Donald Duck crocs but they shipped Rolling Stones crocs - not much attention to details in the shipping department. I sent a customer service request by email & they quickly responded asking for photos of what was shipped, which I sent ASAP. After that, nothing. For weeks. NO acknowledgement of the photos sent. NO response to inquiries about the status of my refund / replacement. NO refund. I give this firm the worst rating possible - because they are non responsive & obviously could care less about correcting their error in shipping. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LIKE I DID.

Did not share my receipt for purchase as it contains personal information that I won't share with others.
