When we asked about a return, they told me we have to pay for shipping back to china! They suggested we sell it to someone! Are you kidding me? Idiots! I don't recommend buying from these goofballs

Processing took a bit time due to the end of the year so they were busy but they tried their best to ship my package out ASAP. Sent me pictures before shipment so I can see the quality beforehand. Very happy to find out such a honest vondor. Will order again for sure! Oh yes they can also do small MOQ logo service which is very attractive to me! I will try it for sure with my next order! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE THIEVS! Ordered over 1200 euro on merchandise. ALL of the merchandise was TRASH! THE WORST QUALITY, DAMAGED, DIRTY, COMPLETELY FALS STYLE THEN WHAT IT LOOKED ON THE PICTURES!. On top of all the mess they dont even take the clothes back or even refund you a dime back! We just wanna stated what was happened
1. Customer contacted us after March 15th, then we reply the customer's email but no reply from the customer.
2. Customer opened PayPal dispute, We expounded our views and submitted evidence to prove that the customer's request does not fall into the scope of quality issues. PayPal finally judged that we won the dispute.
3. There is a clothing item with quality problems, and we admit that we are willing to make compensation. At the same time, because the customer is very dissatisfied with the order, we uphold the utmost sincerity and are also willing to give the customer a partial refund to compensate her mentality,Money more than the quality problem clothing. But the customer no any replies until we win the PayPal dispute.
4. Customer waited another month to email aggressively asking for our first offer of partial refund even though PayPal clearly stated that we won the case.
5.At the same time Customer left bad reviews everywhere and threaten our customers.
6. Considered the customer relationship we still refunded the partial payment since it was covid-19 everyone was having a tough time.
7.We contacted the customer again few days ago, of course, completely no reply at all after we refund the payment.
So the story was that,

We won the PayPal case
We refund some payments even though we DO NOT HAVE TO.
We knew it would be like that before we did the refund.
