Ordered furniture and was told it would be with me in 5 days. Was given estimated delivery date but they then changed it. Waited for delivery date and the day before was told delivery date changed again 😡. More time booked off work wasted. I am now on my 4th attempt at delivery and to be honest I don't have much hope it will appear at my house as promised. Every time I phone the lady I speak to just talks over me and does not listen to a word I say. Absolutely awful at refunding money they are owe me. Keep being given all sorts of useless excuses and everything has to be done via email. NIGHTMARE😡😡

Horrendous company and customer service. I am still missing items from a delivery for a wardrobe from over a month ago. Keep getting a repeated response email saying they are chasing vendors and still unable to build it.
I would also strongly not recommend the fitting service as there is no confirmed date. Was promised fitting on day of delivery and no one knew what was going on (luckily they didn't come as they couldn't build it anyway, as much of the stuff it missing)
Will now be contacting my credit card company to help with missing items.

WOULDNT REFUND HAD TO GO THROUGH BANK COMPLAINT PROCEDURE TO GET MY MONEY BACK
