I bought the miami side table - the photo on the website showed a one piece table, but with the words 'all items come flat packed unless otherwise stated'. I rang the customer service and the advisor said that the table was one piece. When it arrived, it was a cheap flat-pack item. When I told the manager about my experience, he suggested I was lying, said that none of his collegues would say that. I asked him to check the call recording and he said there wasn't one. He then lied and said they would pay return postage. When I asked for it in writing, he backtracked and said he didn't say this. He told me I would have to pay £30 to return it and I didn't trust them to refund me so didn't send it.

I put a one star review on Trustpilot. I then got a call from 'Mark Andrews' (unlikely to be his real name) bribing me to take the review down and saying they would pay the return postage and refund me as soon as the table reached the warehouse. THIS IS COMPLETELY AGAINST THE TRUSTPILOT RULES and I have a recording of him doing this. Unsurprisingly, they used a dodgy courier company who took THREE attempts to collect the item, wasting my Dad's time. They finally collected it over two weeks ago. I wrote 'Mark' an email and - what a surprise! - have had no reply and no refund.

DO NOT BELEIVE THE RATING ON TRUSTPILOT OR ANY OTHER SITE. The company ring up those who give bad reviews and bribe them to take them down. By the looks of it, they also put up fake good reviews.

I have ordered a tv unit from this company on 08/09/16 and paid an extra £30 for a Saturday delivery. I have spent the entire Saturday at home as the delivery window is from 8am-5pm and nothing was delivered. I have tried to call the delivery company and Furniture in Fashion at least 20 times but the phones don't work on Saturdays so the clients that need a Saturday delivery are left without any help or support. I called the company on Monday reporting the problem and asked the delivery for the following Saturday which again never happened. Complete waste of time and money. We spent 2 weeks waiting and 2 Saturdays at home for a delivery that never happened and that we have paid extra for it. I called then again the Monday after that and they offered the delivery for the next Saturday which I refused for no longer trusting this company and asked a refund on 19/09/16. They told me the refund would take 2-3 working days and after 8 days I still haven't got my money back. Apart from the issue regarding the money I just want to express how I am shocked with the lack of respect that this company treats their customers. I have spent the last week and a half chasing a refund that it was suppose to take 2-3 working days and they don't answer my emails, they don't give me a plausible explanation for this, they don't even take my calls as I have been trying to talk to the person responsible for this. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOU.

If there was an option of zero stars I would have used it!
Ordered my items 2 months ago and still have nothing, no contact from them at all to explain why except the rep (lies) to the emails and phone calls initiated by me with the last one being Saturday the 29th of July where the customer services representative promised me he would email directly after my phone call giving me the updated delivery time of beginning of August, guess what, it's now Monday morning and I'm still waiting.
Worst customer service ever!

Was contacted by them (first time ever) on the Monday after this review with the acknowledgment that 2 months was too long to wait and to give them 1-2 days to investigate, well here we are 5 days later from their email and yes you guessed it nothing at all from them!
This company has basically stolen my money and lied to me from the first contact with them, avoid at all costs!

The Saturday after the above happened I received a phone call from a them telling me that my order was in the warehouse and it would be despatched with urgency at the beginning of the week, here we are at Thursday and nothing from them!

We are now at the 27th of November (yes this has been going on for 6 months) and I have just cancelled the 3rd replacement table with this lot as the first two were damaged, obviously no quality control.
They told me 2 weeks ago it would be delivered by their supplier but as usual I have to go looking for info from them, they then tell me that their supplier didn't send it, no reason why and no answers to the questions i asked them particularly about my full refund and some compensation for the 6 months I've had to wait for a bloody coffee table. All they asked me was the old table in it's original packaging for pick up.

The WORST company I have ever had to deal with in my whole life, avoid like the plague!

2 days more have now passed and no reply back asking about my refund, only message I got from them was to ask to put a label on the package and to warn me that there will be a 35 GBP charge if I'm not in when the courier comes, after all I've been through with this company that is just brass necked at its best
