I had never used them before so was slightly worried purchasing online and not really knowing anything about them but I ordered a lovely coffee table and took a chance. The service was fantastic from start to finish updates by email and telephone calls every step of the delivery. I then with confidence purchased a breakfast bar and yet again excellent service. I'm just wondering what I should order next
Horrible experience with these clowns. I bought a dining table for my mother, who sadly died before it could be assembled. FiF wanted £30 to collect a £90 item, which I baulked at. I wrote them a TrustPilot review reflecting my disappointment. They rang me and we agreed a £10 collection fee. They were a no-show, so I had to cart it all back to my home and rearrange the collection. DPD turned up this time but were only expecting one package rather than three, sigh. They took it, thankfully, and FiF acknowledged receipt and agreed that the items were in perfect condition. However, they only refunded me £59.95, keeping £30 rather than the agreed £10. They have since ignored my emails. Total crooks. Avoid at all costs.
We ordered a single mattress that was almost a £100 cheaper than we were quoted from a local store. We had no problems with the order or delivery. We have been very pleased from start of order to delivery.

I like how everything is neat and is clean. I also like the amount of furniture the store has and different designs. It was a great experience.
Don´t buy anything from them. Furniture is bad quality and after spending 400 on bar stools they just collapsed after 7 months. And we are event not overweight. I am 54kg and I my husband is 70kg...
Their response was - no warranty sorry. We can sen you replacement at your own expense... Like i would buy anything else from them!

My Parents brought me a coffee table for Christmas, they had it delivered end November to ensure it was delivered in time. Upon receiving the coffee table seemed fine, no damage to outer packaging nothing rattled. When i opened Christmas day the bolts / screws to assemble the table was missing, after contacting them the day after boxing day they advised I needed to fill out a form for after sales to investigate but I could only do this on the 2nd Jan as they were closed, just received there reply advising I need to pay £14.99 for them to be sent, or to return the table back... the table is glass so knowing my luck it wouldn't be received back in one piece, just paid the £14.99... Buyers if your buying as a gift double check all fittings are enclosed.

Unfortunately I didn't think to check this company before purchasing our chest of drawers. It arrived in 69 pieces of wood and 377 screws, etc. Was disappointed by the quality having spent £269.95. Husband and I spent 4 hours assembling this (still not finished by this point) to find the drawers were too narrow so fall off the runners. Completely unfit for purpose. Company's response - the 'assembly specialist' says we misassembled it and need to re-do it. 1. No way they could tell that from the pictures I sent, 2. No information about how we've allegedly misassembled it, 3. The smaller drawers do fit which wouldn't be the case if we'd misassembled it. I can tell from the reviews here that we've got a battle on our hands. Very frustrating... I should have got one for a 3rd of the price from ikea!
We purchase goods on 30th June. The wrong goods were supplied. We raised the issue immediately and 3 months later they have our money, we have goods we don't want and have no resolution. You cannot speak to anyone and there response times by email are appalling. I am so upset and shocked at their behaviour. Finally they asked for numerous photos by email to prove it was boxed before they sent a courier. They said the phots were fine but now will not send a courier. We have to arrange and pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered CAPRICE GLOSS BAR TABLE WITH 4 STOOLS and received yesterday. The product is very POOR QUALITY. The stool does not function (it does not go up or down). The stool bottom part is so light, that it surely is a health and safety concern in that it probably can not withhold human weight! The table is very cheap, it is not thick as it seems on picture, actually very thin and hollow underneath. Also table is held up by 4 thin metal wires making it not fit for purpose and deceiving to think it is held up by the thick silver legs. Asked for a refund. However they want pictures - how on earth does one provide a picture of the stool bottom part being light in weight or picture of lever not working? Explained this but then they revert to the send back the items (this would cost consumer over £100 to return). Misinformation, unfit products, do not believe images and avoid at all costs.

What is the point in me spending £150 on a gorgeous sideboard that I want that was on sale at the time for them to then email saying I wouldn't receive it until April when they restock, not bad paying for furniture you aren't even getting, what was the point of putting something you dont have in stock on a reduced price sale.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!. They got £1500 off us nearly 11 weeks ago and still no undamaged bedroom furniture. Have had two lots of deliveries and all damaged goods! 25 emails numerous phone calls to both the courier company and to FIF. Hours... days In fact waiting for damaged items to be picked up including twice not turning up Im at the end of my patiences Still no furniture other than the damaged goods Ive had for two months sitting in my livingroom and no refund to order more as not giving them a third chance. They dont care! They just send out sorry emails with an offer of less than 2% discount to keep the damaged goods. No thanks!
Furniture Fashion, Operates in UK, they are dealing with costumers like they operate in a third country world. A scam of scams only on line ticketing system to provide with all non-sense answers. They answered that I failed to comply withing a 14 days of complain date, I did write to them on time (within 10 days), and asked me to follow a Ticket system they have on lie-only. I did all of this for my lamp table damaged legs, and no one to respond or to inform that they are going to proceed with exchange or refund. I tried to call an costumer service but only answer machine. This is one good organized scam company, I will not rest until I get replacement product or refund, It is mater of principle and costumer rights,
I ordered a bar table and 4 stools one of the stools was damaged it wouldn't stay up very badly designed, the bar table was very high it looked ridiculous, contacted these people to tell them one of the bar stools didn't work,I sent photos of this,please I would not advise anyone to buy from this company,they only just got my refund and they took £79.99 off what they owed me which is disgusting, would never buy from this company again,so please anybody who wants to buy from this company dnt as your wasting your money,the table was so high it was touching my drop lights it would be good if your a giraffe lol but to deduct £79.99 is disgusting never known a company like it,if you want to buy anything go to furniture box it's alot cheaper and well made.trading standards are involved,as I've read the terms and conditions and it states if its faulty I should have got all my money back,not happy at all
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. After having direct dealings with them and since reading the appalling reviews I cant believe this company is still trading. They sent the wrong item to me & 2 months later I am still waiting for an exchange / refund. It is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone & you have to use a ridiculous ticket system to raise a complaint. I have given up trying to get my money back from them & now going through credit card company. Save yourself time & money & don't use them

Awful sevice, all of the reports you read are correct. Furniture arrives damaged and they use every trick in the book to try and not allow you to return. They suggest they want everything as it was when it arrived, within the same packaging, they charg you £40 for a return after offiering you something like 5% for you to stick with it. Then when yo're trying to return they are asking for photos constantly that you've already sent. After accepting the return they will then try and suggest its an assembly damage so they want to charge you and ask again if you wish to proceed. They are rude, bad at getting back to you also so each layr of conversation is 48 hours.
Absolutely awful customer service and definately not worth the risk for the perfect adequate furniture.
