I had never used them before so was slightly worried purchasing online and not really knowing anything about them but I ordered a lovely coffee table and took a chance. The service was fantastic from start to finish updates by email and telephone calls every step of the delivery. I then with confidence purchased a breakfast bar and yet again excellent service. I'm just wondering what I should order next
Horrible experience with these clowns. I bought a dining table for my mother, who sadly died before it could be assembled. FiF wanted £30 to collect a £90 item, which I baulked at. I wrote them a TrustPilot review reflecting my disappointment. They rang me and we agreed a £10 collection fee. They were a no-show, so I had to cart it all back to my home and rearrange the collection. DPD turned up this time but were only expecting one package rather than three, sigh. They took it, thankfully, and FiF acknowledged receipt and agreed that the items were in perfect condition. However, they only refunded me £59.95, keeping £30 rather than the agreed £10. They have since ignored my emails. Total crooks. Avoid at all costs.
This company sold me good that were not anything like the items advertised and I have now spent hours and hours online and on the phone to their "wonderful" Customer service and someone called "frank". Have you ever wanted to just reach down the phone and absolutely go crazy with anyone. Well this is what happens every time (and I've had to call hundreds of times).
They sold me nearly £500 worth of goods which were advertised as grey and the colour showed a lovely light grey but when they arrived they were dark grey, almost black.
We asked for a return and collection and was told we had to pay £80. This is no fair as the product is nothing like what we ordered. These clowns are just cowboys and need to be stopped.
We are going to report to trading standards and continue to leave reviews until we get a refund.
Absolute disgrace. Do not purchase from this company. They have said the colour is variable and within an acceptable range. Please see photos of items advertised online and the actual colour. They have told us that this is the inside of the unit but it's not. We have sent photos and videos of both inside and outside. They just keep asking for one more photo of this or one more photo of that. Criminals that's what they are stealing my money.
After six months of emailing, writing, phoning, complaining of my faulty goods. Also threatening court action I have just got my money returned, BUT not from F.in F.My banks fraud people managed to claim it back from there bank, I know I have been very lucky.DO NOT TOUCH THIS FIRM.

Ordered a dining table and chairs, arrived damaged but despite contacting "customer services" within 20 mins of delivery, 20 days later I'm still waiting replacements. Their first recourse of action is to offer minimal compensation, £30 in my case for a damaged table top that cost £800! Thereafter the returns process is incredible, not only do you need to take a photo of the damage you also need to find the parts list, highlight the part, scan it then email them the details before they will even "consider" your request. Once they agree to replace they then also demand a photo sent showing the items packaged up ready for return before they progress further. They take 24 hours to respond to an email from a "no reply" account making conversations extremely difficult. Once they agree to exchange the damaged part(s) they hand off to a delivery company who decide when best suits them to deliver irrespective of you're own circumstances. No choice on date, time etc. In my case they turned up minus the replacement items and had to leave. A further 4 days have gone by and despite my best efforts, I am still none the wiser on when I will receive the replacement parts.
I have given the review one star for two reasons, 1. The product had it not been damaged is actually pretty good and reasonably priced, 2. Because there wasn't an option to select zero stars!
Honestly, if you have an alternative option, use it. Save yourself the grief as I promise you, it's not worth it.

Brought a coffee table and after a few months the top has come off - explained very clearly this is due to the unequal distribution of weight on the MDF wood. The customer service representative anthony ignored most of my emails and I had to repeatedly chase him for any reply. When he did respond he just kept saying he is waiting for a response from the supplier. They then offered a replacement top after 5 weeks of me sending emails chasing this matter, this only happened because I called 'customer services' which actually does not exist as this department is WFH - why is this line still open to waste customers time further when it is redirected to sales? Anyway the replacement top means the whole coffee table needs to be dismantled to screw in the new top, which I raised to them. No surprises, I get a reply from anthony saying they have contacted the supplier for more information. Considering the supplier has not been in touch with them once in this whole process what makes them think they will get a reply now. I am yet to receive any satisfactory resolution after 6 weeks and literally just want the item collected so I can buy a simple functional coffee table! Only brought this item off this company as it was sold out on Wayfair at the time. Most of the items are sold on wayfair or elsewhere - shop there to avoid having to deal with the frustrating, pointless and time wasting customer service provided if you have any issues.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, bought a table £190, came beg of jan, never opened because I have been very ill, opened and was faulty, contacted company to explain my situation, all they keep saying is it's gone past 14 day consumer returns, I have sort legal advice so will comment again when I have got further with situation, I have given 1 star because it would not let me submit with No stars
I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience with Furniture in Fashion. I have purchased many items throughout the last 2 years and have been very pleased on multiple levels, from the service, ease of ordering, ease of returning, and quality of product and last - but not least - the price.
Very pleased with the pricing and service from Furniture in Fashion. Kept me constantly informed by email and telephone of progress towards the delivery date. Would certainly use them again.
Bought a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables.
Draws are all misaligned, screws were missing, and obviously on complaint I was told it is my fault.
Return policy is a joke as well.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with from the CEO right down to the "after sales service department" Took 7 MONTHS to resolve my claim / Never answer any of the questions in your email ( just the standard pre worded apology text). They try to fob you off with insulting offers of compensation for product faults that are clearly a manufacturing fault (WRONG COLOURED PART) then offer £20 then £50 to accept and keep the product like a cheap ill reputed scam company. I lost the will to keep continually arguing with them and settled to get them out of my life. Like others have said if i could give zero I would. Lastly I believe that this company must pay for most of the positive reviews to clear the negative ones from being seen. I would hope that most would see these for what they really are. After numerous phone calls my dining room table arrived over three weeks late. On arrival the delivery team were reluctant to deliver into the dining room which has four steps due to the weight. The self assembly seemed straight forward apart from the sheer weight of the table and legs which took three people to assemble and try and guide together. After several long attempts over three days of assembling and dismantling to retry the support rods which hold the table together do not align with the ready made holes. The table is now left in a dangerous unstable condition. The chrome is also peeling from the cap covers of which some are missing. This item should NEVER be self assembly as it's simply too heavy. I logged complaint through their ticket system and after several failed phone calls and promises to call me back I am still waiting on this being resolved. Extremely poor service, extremely poor quality of product which cost £1100. I have contacted consumer advise and will be taking this further. Unhappy ex customer!

Stay away from this company for your peace of mind! I had ordered for a dining table and 6 chairs. First of all the whole order took 2 months to arrive for which they were good in terms of keeping me posted. Once the products arrived; the chairs we received were not of good make/quality hence we decided to return or exchange it against other chairs. We were shocked to know that we have to bear the return charges. This was never told to us. We were always told by their customer service rep. That we could try the chair and return it if we are not comfortable and the return should be within 14 days. Also; there are no reviews on a particular product on their website so how can anyone buy a particular product just based on a picture and description given by company?
Finally; i had also demanded for call recordings of our previous conversation which they declined very rudely stating they cannot share with me. This company is good in misleading. I also asked them to refund based on "Sales of goods act 1979" but they kept repeating the same thing that i have to bear the return charges; which i am not willing to.
You will not find a better company to deal with online than Furniture in Fashion. Their products are top notch, delivery is quick and their Customer Service is outstanding. Thank You so much.

I was put off this company before I made my purchase - one of those websites where you must create an account before even finding out the postage charges. I made the order only because I could find nowhere else that sold the same product. Big mistake!
The item arrived damaged and I then tried to contact the company. The only way to contact them is through their website and that website is only available during office hours! You cannot send a message or read their response outside of office hours! Unbelievable.
They told me they would send a replacement and collect the damaged lamp but the driver came just to collect with no replacement. I had already taken 2 days off work and was now fed up with dealing with these incompetent people so I asked for a refund.
After about 2 months of arguing with them they finally refunded my money after taking off £40 for delivery and collection. £40 to return a damaged product!

Dire customer service and even worse product.
Delivery showed up three hours late at 7pm, with damaged packaging. The person I hired to build the huge two door wardrobe had to leave. I rang the next day and complained but they have since denied the conversation happened.
Eventually when the guy did come come back days later to again try build it he found pieces of wood in the delivery that were warped and other parts that had damage on the surface layers, but it was either press on, or he would charge us twice for the work.
The quality of the back panels in the wardrobe is atrocious although not surprising for flat pack rubbish like this.
I have tried to talk to them to complain, but they are taking no responsibility for the botched delivery or the issues, telling to dismantle it and send the damaged parts back, ignoring everything I have told them.
If you order from this company, don't accept delivery if it turns up late and expect the parts to be damaged or broken as the quality is dreadful and the company they use to deliver it are incompetent.
