I bought a TV stand and coffee table from them, they arrived and when I unpacked the packs there were several of the beams and wooden assembly joints broken or dented. Disgraceful and this cost me £600. I am contacting the company now to ask for a refund. I had been waiting for the furniture to arrive for a month and am now thoroughly disappointed and still have nowhere to put my TV or my brew! :(.

We purchased a table on-line. There were numerous problems - which resulted in 3 separate deliveries - lots of waiting for them - and loads of phone calls and emails. A total shambles is being as kind as I can be. If you want zero custmer service this is the place for you.

Furniture In Fashion has a large collection of trendy furniture. I was greeted by two salesmen who took me around the store. I am happy to have shopped at Furniture In Fashion; I bought the rectangular glass dining table. Supported by three silver-coated legs in the center and erected on a black wooden base, the table is simply beautiful.

Hi everyone I've been looking on furniture in fashions site and I've found some lovely furniture I really want, the settee looks soo nice and trendy, also a TV cabinet with shelves with led lights. I've nearly completed my order but just when I was about to put my card details in to pay £997 I stopped and thought... this shop is not in the UK how do I even know this is a real company? So I decided to look up the reviews and what did I find? So many bad comments and alot of negative feedback! There's also alot of 5*S which I find a load ov bull... that's obviously them! What shall I do?

I was slightly nervous about buying a piece of furniture online without seeing it first, but I needn't have worried. The bench is good quality, very solid with a beautiful finish to the wood. Easy to assemble, I managed it within ten minutes. Postage very reasonable and well packaged.

Table wouldn't go together because of poor workmanship. Customer services offered cash to keep the table and chairs on more than one email. Took the whole set back to the head office myself and received a full refund 3 days later. Awful and insulting customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Avoid

I ordered shoe cabinet couple of days ago and it arrived really quickly! It requires 2 people to put it together but I just about managed to do it all by myself. All together very happy with the purchase and the whole communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

Extremely happy with the solid wood wall-mounted stand; its a very useful piece and looks elegant with its natural wood color. The staff who attended on us said it was manufactured in Germany. They answered all my queries and my wife and I were very pleased with the shopping experience.

Fantastic price and fantastic service. I ordered a bed for my mum which was much much cheaper than anywhere else, with free delivery to Norfolk. They rang me to arrange delivery and mum tells me the delivery drivers were very polite and courteous. I would definitely buy from them again.

Why is furniture in fashion still trading. I've looked at lots of reviews and there all very poor. I have first hand experience of the joke company. Still waiting for my replacement parts 6 months. You would be better of going to the local pub and speaking to a bloke who knows a bloke who knows a man. Give him all your money.
And cross your fingers.
I bet you will have a better result. Rather than waiting for these cowboys.

Stay away from this company! I forgot to do research before buying from them. I recently purchased a bed frame from them and it is useless. I am slim built and when I sat on the bed for the first time, the slat broke. It looked dodgy anyway, only two slats made of chipboard - very bad and stupid design.
When I complained, they said: it has happened because of wear and tear and they cannot do anything about this.
How come it is because of wear and tear when I only tried to use for the first time? It was reported to them within 2 months of purchase, it took a while to assemble and find a suitable mattress.

How do they think that a couple of chipboard (very weak) would survive on an adult's weight?

The Order Number of this purchase was: ******* and the item was delivered in October, 2014. A complaint ticket was raised on 24th November, 2014.

Dont order from this company, Customer support it terrible! I ordered three days ago, they wont deliver for 7 days. The price on there website three days later is 25% less. They say they wont refund me the difference. I told them i will refuse delivery. They sais they will charge a restocking fee.! You can see how terrible this company is DONT ORDER FROM THEM!
