FIF were at all time misleading and telling me lies from the very beginning. Even before I bought the goods from you, I was told that you check and double-check all goods before they are sent out A LIE. You told me the goods would be delivered during a cetin time of the day A LIE. I was told that once I checked the goods and if there were a problem, you would resolve it immediately A LIE. You told me that you would have the missing parts delivered the next day A LIE. You gave me a consignment number that I could use to check on my delivery it turned out to be incorrect A LIE. I was told that this kind of think never happens A LIE. I am sent email stating that the issue is solved and the status is closed A LIE. When I call, I am told someone will call back after making enquires A LIE. I COULD CARRY ON….

I have bought so much furniture from Furniture in Fashion. The Price is great the service is excellent, and they deliver when they say they will deliver. Would highly recommend them

Issues:
- The delivery
The provider they used was awful, they expected to be able to deliver Monday to Friday and there was nowhere to collect the goods from. The driver didn't turn up the day it was meant to be delivered after my partner went through the stress and effort of getting 11:30 to 15:30 off at work.
- Missing parts in the product so couldn't be built
Two parts were missing and therefore, we had a half built tv stand in the living room. In the instructions there is no count of parts so there's no way of knowing if you have everything until you start building it.
- Reporting the missing parts to be sent them
You have to call their customer services to be sent a link to their 'ticket system'. Then you have to report the issue on their separately and give them every bit of information you can imagine- order number, price of the product, name of the product, date you ordered the product. It takes forever... Then you receive a ticket number and they insist on you sending them a copy of their instructions! I. e. You have to scan a copy of their instructions?! Every time you 'communicate' with them you have to login to their ticket system which doesn't work.

All of this is not worth the furniture, trust me.

The customer support specialy nick is most valuable asset for furniture in fashion after receiving the damaged item he just given the support for the damaged part at the earliest

Furniture looked nice online, lead time was 5-7 days until delivery, I ordered bar stools and table, after 7 days I had not received any delivery, used online tracker and asked for an eta but no one replied, after 10 days I called up and got told they had no idea when I would receive the delivery as the company who deliver the table had a van crash and would be delayed, i waited another 5 days and called again, I was told I would receive the delivery on 26th Feb and I would get a text from FIF and delivery firm, I only received an email from delivery firm, on day of delivery they attended and left all the items on the ground floor of my building and refused to carry them up (via a lift) to the 3rd floor even although I had a back injury. The girl who was delivering was extremely rude and not a good representation for the company. Item arrived and has a scratch in the chair leg and the table top is not flush. My advice is avoid this firm, poor company, poor service and poor quality products. I did feed this back to someone at their help desk but he didn't want to know. AVOID.

OMG what an awful company to deal with if theres a problem. The worth of a company is not shown when things go well, but how they respond when things go wrong.

I have an email stating that they will send parts when i leave review - told i wouldnt review until sorted. After numerous calls, and umpteen circles of going round - they tried to re-start the process of their ticket system - despite me already havign email saying parts would be sent.

Not surprising i was not happy by now, and decided to leave negative review. Within 2 mins of the review being posted, I had a chap on the phone telling me that if i did not remove the feedback, or put it as 5* then they would not send the parts at all.

Needledd to say - I have informed Trading Standards of this, as this is called 'unfair business practice' and id not legal in the uk. I informed FIF that i was contacting trading standards. Needless to say - i got an email 20 mins later - telling me the parts have been requested from the manufacturer... They still have a 1* review thos. And now this neg. Obviously I will NOT be changing my review, as this is fact of how I have found them as a company to deal with

Let you part with your money knowing full well they don't have it or can't even source it for a couple of months. Disgusting.
