Always pleasant experience, easy website to navigate, they product selection is fantastic which makes it that much easier to look for things, not overwhelming with too much choices which I always appreciate! Overall it's one of my goes to for any occasion!
Here's a review you can use: I do not recommend FWRD for international orders. If you need to return an item, not only will you have to pay expensive shipping fees back to the US, but they also do not refund duties and taxes. This important detail is not specified in their return policy, and instead, you're told to contact your local customs office for a refund, which is inconvenient and frustrating. I will definitely not be ordering from them again!
