I had a very disappointing experience with FxPro. They are completely untrustworthy and appear to be running a scam.Poor Customer Service: Trying to get in touch with their customer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive and, when they did reply, their answers were evasive and unhelpful.

I opened trading account with this broker yesterday and to be honest, I'm a little worried. Because I'm going to trade on my own.
Although to be honest, I was a little calmed by fact that depositing account was without problems. I was just following instructions and at some point I saw my money on account. It was simple and I'm grateful to the broker for not complicating this process.

I agree, they have great trading conditions but there is more to trading than just the trading conditions. I like the alternatives that the platform also provides: You get to choose how you want to trade basically.

Despite successful transactions, the withdrawal process is an endless process. Funds are mysteriously frozen and customer service is shockingly unresponsive. Numerous attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. It is clear that they are not going to return my hard-earned money. This company is a clear scam, luring investors into a web of deception. Avoid this unscrupulous brokerage activity at all costs; they are experts at holding your funds hostage. The whole experience was disappointing, exposing the dark side of the financial industry. My advice: stay away and protect your assets from this predatory operation.
I was able to find a way out, although I didn't really believe in it. These guys were able to return my money finance (at) fast-recovery. Io, I recommend it to everyone and wish honest people around! Peace for everyone!

One of the features of this broker, as it seems to me, is that company gives you opportunity to choose trading platform on which you want to trade. As I think not all brokers provide such a choice.
I believe that this option is suitable for beginners, as they can compare several platforms in the conditions of one broker.

You have to follow the broker or to be subscribed to their newsletter because they change something all the time.
For example Fxpro added some assets in the commodities section, namely metals. So as a metal trader I have wider opportunities now. Which is good.

It's not a bad company, of course. But for me I, as for trader, it better to have even lower spreads, some brokers offer zero spreads... but of course, I have my doubts about those brokers, it is impossible to make such low spreads without cheating...
Here I am at least sure that the chart I see on the screen exactly the market quotes.
As for losing the deposit, I left that stage behind a long time ago! Take my advice, there r many working strategies...
Consider at least the working strategy VA-BANK. And follow that strategy. If u interpret the signals correctly, the profitability is up to 90% of all orders!
