I purchased 2 items on G-star raw and they took 10 days to deliver. I recieved a notification on delivery and checked for parcel but found nothing. I contacted G-star raw for refund, and was told to contact USPS to file a claim. I reached out to USPS and was told i can't file a claim since i didn't have insurance. I contacted g-star with this information and was sent back to USPS. These people are thieves. I told them, it was their responsibility to check with carrier they ship with not the customers and even till now, still haven't received my refund. Advise, do not shop with them. I will post this on all website possible with this information

The quality of the trousers was shockingly poor, and to add insult to injury, I was required to cover the return shipping cost for damaged goods. I strongly advise against buying from them, as the overall experience has been far from satisfactory. The decline in the quality of their jeans is evident, and the customer service only added to the frustration.
Very expensive clothes and the poorest quality ever. New jeans that are torn at the 4th time you wear it, buttons that break leaving holes in the jeans, defective zippers and a handful of nightmares.
Where is located the factory?
Really one may think that the quality department is non-existent. If not, they should be fired immediately

I order from official e shop,I paid but one item (belt) missing.I communicate many many times but the customer service doesn't care about my issue.The parcel was re closed fluting transport and my paid belt missing.NO one cares.Never G STAR again for me.
I bought a pair of jeans online recently, I already own 4 G-Star Raw jeans so I know my exact measurements. However the new jeans were like a bag of potatoes so I returned them the next day. Three weeks later, still no refund and every attempt I have made to contact them has so far failed or received no response. I have now made a claim via Pay Pal and if that doesn't work I will have to go to Fair Trading Authorities. I will never buy from them again.

I was looking to get a nice pair of jeans from a sustainable company for Christmas, and came across G-star. They had an advertised sale (pop-up ads on-line) on Cyber Monday. I clicked on the ad, and the jeans I liked were 120$, down from 160$. While I was filling in the size info, the price flipped back to the original 160$!. I called Customer Support and spoke with Matt. He said those jeans were not on sale. All while I was still looking at the ad claiming the 120$ price! Matt offered no explanation, just kept repeating "not on sale". I then e-mailed Customer Support, but they never bothered to get back to me. The sale ad kept running the following day, Tuesday, as well.
Would never purchase from this company, with it's rude customer service and fake ads. I'm sure their claims of sustainability are as good as their ads.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is beyond horrendous.
I ordered a pair of swim trunks on 07/10/23 but that date doesn't even show up because their system is so inaccurate.
The amount of hours, phone calls that I spent trying to correct the errors that G-Star made is beyond unbelievable!
And they STILL have not refunded me after receiving the return WEEKS AGO!

I would like to write a scathing review about G-Raw clothing company, a brand I was once a loyal customer of, having purchased numerous items from them over the years. However, my experience with their shoes has been nothing short of horrendous, and I find myself questioning why their customer service team failed to assist me. Let me emphasize just how awful these shoes are! They are incredibly hard and uncomfortable to wear, making it essential for anyone considering a purchase to try them on first. Unfortunately, the company's customer service and return policy are abysmal, making it nearly impossible to seek assistance or return the unsatisfactory products. It is utterly regrettable that I have invested so much money in this brand, only to realize that the company couldn't care less about their customers. It's truly disgraceful, and I am filled with anger towards a brand that used to occupy a significant portion of my closet.

I placed different orders - toke forever to receive the package. One item has to be returned - I followed all the instructions printing the return label online, sent back by USPS with tracking number. It's almost a month since the package was sent and they never refunded. Every other week I call customer service and they say something different or ask to wait one more week to investigate. It's seems to me a very ease way to their customers lose the money. They do not deserve us as their customer. BUT if we call our credit card with proof of our loss because they are not honoring the return police - our credit card can refund us. Good luck!

The customer service is bad. Really bad. Like don't bother reaching out unless you like receiving automated emails. I'm on day 21 since I returned a product and there is no update on my refund. Is there any way to contact Customer service? I've been overcharged by this company, didn't get refund for cancelled order (cancelled by them) and I am trying to get in touch with anyone for the last 2 weeks. Byers, beware! This company has HORRIBLE Customer Service. Plus, they seem to steal money from their customers.
My order was stolen and I never received. When I called about replacing or refund I got the complete runaround. Filed report with usps and sent it to them but they say they never received even though I sent it numerous times. Horrible customer service!
The G-Star Europe Support Team is responsible for the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Based in Japan, I have purchased over £2,000 worth of G-Star items over the last 5 years and not experienced any problems until I purchased a Christmas present for a relative from their UK site in November. The item was not delivered and the G-Star customer service team has constantly ignored my emails reaching out to them to resolve the issue. I first contacted the G-Star customer service team on November 27. It is now December 22 and I am still waiting for a response. I think G-Star is going bankrupt because there is no other way a company of this size would just ghost all its unhappy customers.
After 700 australian dollars in purchase I needed to exhange sizes. Return box was more expensive than the purchase. Several emails were sent. DHL doesnt recognise the return pick up. 3 months later, no communication was done on G star end. I would never purchase anything from this website. Shame on you guys
Very bad selected delivery carrier. I am a loyal customer of G-Star for years and I really like their products. Have been spending a lot of money with them. In NL they use DHL as a carrier. It used to always be 24-48 hrs delivery. For the last year almost every time I place a delivery there is always a problem with DHL delivery rerouting, redirecting my delivery and it takes forever. When I call CS they apologize and say they are not aware of any root cause. Worst case I had, a delivery that was supposed to be at my home address was delivered to a home address DHL depot without even trying to make a first delivery to my home. No note no nothing of a missed delivery. This depot was located far from my home so had to travel and chase for my delivery which was nicely paid to be delivered in 48hrs at my home address.
Advice to GStar, change your carrier! Post.nl is 1000 x times more reliable than DHL last years!
I purchased a pair of culottes on 11/6/2021 through Paypal (unfortunately). The charge went through on 11/8 and the package arrived in 6 days. It didn't fit or look right on me so I looked up returns. I was supposed to have a return form in the box the garment came in. There was no form, and the company cannot guarantee that it receives a return if you don't use their form and/or label. I tried to reach the company by phone multiple times on different days. The line is busy at all hours. I tried to chat, but the agent didn't come on. When I closed the chat window, the message came that it's not available (this was during the store's business hours). I clicked the link to Facebook Messenger, which is supposed to respond in 24 hours. The link didn't work. I emailed and received a generic response directing me back to the site, where nothing works except placing an order. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to reach this company. I've started a dispute on Paypal, but am not hopeful about the result.

I want to return the garment I ordered. This company makes it impossible to contact them. They didn't include the return label as promised, their phone is busy 24/7, the chat doesn't respond, the link to Facebook Messenger doesn't work, and the email offers only a generic reply directing me to the website, which I've already tried. When I try to do an online return, it doesn't accept valid credentials.
It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. Never received part of my order. After multiple emails and bad reviews on Trustpilot (Gstar responded within a few minutes on Trustpilot saying that someone will get in touch with me but it never happen. Basically the response is purely to maintain good PR) finally after about a month I got an email that basically says "too bad the tracking says it was delivered, file your complaint with the delivery agent. You are on your own." Absolutely no sympathy or any effort to help. So I basically just lost money and never get what I paid for, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Very slow service. Today is 6-th day after my order. Order #*******547.
The first day after the payment I received an order confirmation and a promise to inform me soon about the details of the shipment. The problem was that I couldn't correctly specify my phone nomber in there on-line form. This form simply doesn't work properly. Then after payment I sent them a message with right number.
In reply I received this -

My order is shiped but there is no information about the tracking number.
Then again I go to the contacts. And again send a request about my order.

For 6 days I sent about 10 requests in all deparments. And received 10 аutomatic answers - "We will try to provide a reply within one business day"
I really began to doubt that I would receive something finally.
