I purchased 2 items on G-star raw and they took 10 days to deliver. I recieved a notification on delivery and checked for parcel but found nothing. I contacted G-star raw for refund, and was told to contact USPS to file a claim. I reached out to USPS and was told i can't file a claim since i didn't have insurance. I contacted g-star with this information and was sent back to USPS. These people are thieves. I told them, it was their responsibility to check with carrier they ship with not the customers and even till now, still haven't received my refund. Advise, do not shop with them. I will post this on all website possible with this information
Ordered from them, the last sweater in my size. They screwed up the delivery address so I asked for it ti be resent. They said we don't resend so I lose out on the sweater completely. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! NEVER EVER AGAIN! WISH I COULD'VE GAVE NO STARS!
I have returned an order I have received on the 7/12. The order was picked by DHL on the 9/12 and arrived G-STAR on the 13/12. I sent many ememails to inquire about my refund and on every occasion I received a notification from G-Star acknowledging receiving my emails yet they never responded. I contacted DHL to inquire about my parcel to be told by the investigation supervisor that he contacted DHL Holland and was told that my shipment among many others was hold by the Dutch customs because G-Star owes them a lot of money. Now I don't have the items and G-Star didn't refund me and are not responding to my many inquires. Theives! With the worst customers service. I will report them to the proper authorities

Never trust them. Once they have your money you are under their mercy. No way you could reach them. You send emails and they send your emails backnowledgement of receiving your but never respond

They listed product in their website as if the product is available they charge your credit card so far you are waiting for your product, then 3 o 5 days later they they you oh I sorry they product is not available and they already charge your credit card. I am failing to understand what is going on. My sneaker was taken back on the 13/7/23 and I have not received any communication from Gstar until I wrote my review here yesterday ( 4/8/23) and now I'm being told that the sneakers I bought are "missing" and they are launching an investigation. What nonsense is that. The first time I called (21/7/23) I was told that on the system it does show that I had returned them and only then I was informed that it will take 10-14 days for the refund (instead of the 3-5 working days stated on your website).Now all of a sudden they are missing! I want my money! And the service is so bad that I am yet to receive a phone call from the last time I contacted you (ref:*******) when your agent told me had escalated the matter to your "specialist" department (because he too saw the items I had returned on the system- he also promised me a discount of some sort because of the delay from Gstar! This is very uncalled for and very frustrating. You do not have a proper system in place for returns. On your website you state that the refund will take 3-5 working days and I have been waiting for almost a month now! Worst online service EVER!
Ordered sandals. I received a huge box that could've fit 10 pairs of shoes. When I opened the box the shoe box inside was cut and no sandals inside. SCAM!
Every Jeans I buy a gole starts appearing in the same spot, I dont exercise in my jeans and I certainly dont do splits. It happened to a few jeans and ignored it, then decided once to even stitch it up by a professional tailor. It never use to be like this but last 5 years the quality if Gstar is absolutely rubbish.
The T-shirts are even worse, such cheap quality, primark have better quality and that is not exaggeration, I am dead serious. After 1 wash the tshirts start losing shape and go all stretchy and the way the neck area of the tshirt sit is like a newbie has just sewn a top for the first time. Its so poor!
Over the last 15years I have probably soent thousands of pounds in Gstar and now I think it's time to accept that Gstar is incapable of making good quality clothes or they are taking shortcuts.
I have nothing against them and have previously left an amazing 5 star review and now I feel it is a huge MINUS 5 starssss!

@GStarRAW our beloved brand is worse than AliExpress. Worst service ever. They made a mistake when sending the package and refuse to help correct the delivery address. Live person never responds to Support requests.
I have ordered $500 worth *******@GStarRAW merchandise, immediately noticed *******@GStarRAW made a mistake in the delivery address (100% their fault), and for 2 weeks been trying to contact their Support. Zero reaction.
Instead of correcting the delivery address I was receiving only automated messages *******@GStarRAW
If anybody from the management *******@GStarRAW reads their Twitter, you will lose all your shoppers with this worst ever service.
You are not able to create a simple mistake made by you in the delivery address. When I order something worth of $500 I expect a decent support service. But instead — *******@GStarRAW makes a mistake when sending out an order and then just fails to respond to any Support requests, only automated responses.
And not even mentioning *******@GStarRAW constantly sends email advertising non-existing discounts.
I used to buy a lot from you, but after terribly long shipping times and zero customer service — never again.

I order on the 4th of December still has not, received at this present moment, dont want to refund my money, had to call my bank, never me again.

Because GStar is ALREADY making "jumpsuits' reminicent of a classic coverall... WHY NOT MAKE THEM FOR MEN TOO.or AMPLIFY the Anemic, Oatmeal "Genderless" Collection that has NOTHING i would classify as DESIGN-forward (looks like gap in the 90s)
Just from a business standpoint- WHY? GS cut out half of their potential sales... NO SENSE!

Very slow service. Today is 6-th day after my order. Order #*******547.
The first day after the payment I received an order confirmation and a promise to inform me soon about the details of the shipment. The problem was that I couldn't correctly specify my phone nomber in there on-line form. This form simply doesn't work properly. Then after payment I sent them a message with right number.
In reply I received this -

This email is a confirmation that we have received your request. We have created a file for under the following case number *******
We will try to provide a reply within one business day.
We hope to have informed you sufficiently.

2 days passed. No information.
Then I go to my account and see the mark that my order is shiped.
My order is shiped but there is no information about the tracking number.
Then again I go to the contacts. And again send a request about my order.
No reply. Sorry, there is reply, this reply
" Dear customer,
Thank you for contacting G-Star.com... We will try to provide a reply within one business day...
Kind regards..."
For 6 days I sent about 10 requests in all deparments. And received 10 аutomatic answers - "We will try to provide a reply within one business day"
I really began to doubt that I would receive something finally.
But at least on 6-th day I got the shipment details.

Toen ik hem binnen kreeg en paste zaten er allemaal losse pluisjes langs de rits! Kwaliteit was ver te zoeken! Melding van gedaan en maar 10% korting gekregen! Ik was het daar niet nee eens en dat mailde ik terug! Zonder antwoord terug?
Dus voel me niet serieus genomen!
Bestel hier nooit meer! Was eerder altijd een tevreden klant! Als je als zo'n groot merk zulke kleding durft te verkopen met prut kwaliteit en maar zo'n korting geven is dat een schande!
