G2A.com is a pure scammer and thief. DO NOT BUY from G2A.com. Purchased PC software key does not work. They do not want to solve the problem and do not give money back. They keep asking me for proof and have sent more than 10 proofs and screenshots. It is club of thieves and scammers
I purchased what I thought was a Game Pass key, but it turned out to be an Xbox account. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I requested a cancellation and refund immediately. G2A ignored my requests and instead, the seller claimed they couldn't help. I was forced to open a chargeback via PayPal, but PayPal sided with the seller, allowing them to keep my money. On top of that, I still haven't received the product I paid for because it's on hold. It's been a frustrating experience with no resolution. I do not recommend G2A due to their terrible customer service and unfair practices.
