This company does not typically respond to reviews
I read a lot of bad reviews on here that really surprised me. I have had no issues using the site. I tend to stick to sellers with good ratings however. I'd recommend it it's cheap.
I purchased a game from them a week ago. I never got to play the game one time. And they refused to give me any type of refund. They are shady when it comes to handling customer service. I would not buy from them. If there is a problem they will screw you over. There are tons of other companies that will treat you better if there is ever and issue.
G2A supports scammers! Key was used, i sent the proof, everything is clear but g2a asks for police report in order to start the investigation! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM G2A!
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything from G2A.

Game subscription key for WOW.
Sketchy website, and poor customer support. This is in no way a website like CDKeys or instant gaming.
I purchased Phasmophobia thinking it was a digital key and it turned out to be a Steam account. When contacted the seller he refused to give a refund (I didn't even use the account), when raised a ticked with G2A customer "Support", they refused to help as well.
I had to use the account but when Steam found out that the account was created by a different person (teh dodgy seller), they deleted the account and the game as well (thank god I didn't buy more games on that account) and they asked me to get a refund from the seller, who of course didn't refund, neither did the useless customer support.
Steam Customer Support advised that buying second hand accounts is against Steam agreement and if Steam finds out, they will delete the account and neither the seller nor the useless G2A customer services will help you. I can't believe G2A allow illegal practices on the website and when you flag that up to them, they just ignore you.
** DO NOT USE THIS SCUM WEBSITE AND DO NOT BUY STEAM ACCOUNTS UNLESS YOU CREATE THEM AND HAVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE OF EVERY SINGLE GAME ON THE ACCOUNT LIBRARY, OTHERWISE, STEAM WILL DELETE THE ACCOUNT AND ALL THE GAMES EVEN IF YOU'VE PAID FOR ALL OF THEM****

G2a has always been reliable. I bought few games there and never had any problem.
The games are cheap, and you get code in a few min.
Cheers :)
Company sells fake keys bought with stolen credit cards, will never refund for their mistake, will charge you money without you knowing it.
Key in use and no accountability for the seller. Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this site.
Ended up signed up to a subscription I was not aware of charging me more money down the line. I highly recommend not using this site.
This is the worst site to buy anything from. They will suspend and ban you account with out warning or why. Run far, far away from this site.
I have all supporting evidences to what I have written below.
This company is the worst end users fraudulent ever. I bought two Adobe products from a seller on their page, and the keys provided for the two products both were fake and did not work, and I could not even register them on my Adobe account. I have had many communications with seller, and he kept sharing fake product keys and I reached no were. When I reported to G2A for the "money back guarantee", I found out that G2A is a bigger fraud company, and probably a fraud partner with the fake seller. They started by asking for a purchase prove, even though I have purchased it from them, I submitted that, then they asked to show them screenshots showing that the product key is not working, I did, then, they said I must contact adobe support and get them some additional info, which I did. Simply every reply they come up with a different request, and multiple repeated requests, and all provided, and sometime a new fake key that also does not work, then back to screenshot inquiries, and finally they came up with the most ridicules request, asking my to report the seller (who is online and God knows in which country), to my local police authorities and send them a police report and the police must confirm that this is a fraud, etc.
Basically, I have no spent months without getting my money back, and clearly they have a systematic fraud process in place to make buyers give up and stop asking for a refund after they are tired of the months of back and fourth endless cycles.
Even some of the "good review", those are fake reviews for people working for them, this is what I found after I managed to reach to a person who used to work from them and he has quit after he found out about their fraud business.

Hello. Think before you work with the system G2A as seller. After 2500 Sales (1300 positive comments about my product) my account was blocked. For the fact that I have added one not corrected the product (loaded keys, which unfortunately turned out to be not working), after 2 sales (one I had to make a refund) my account was blocked. Yes, 2 sales are not correct keys, even though 1,300 of my positive feedback. After that, I do not give to withdraw ~600 euros from my account (the total amount of the turnover amounted to more than 1000 euro). I wrote about 10 letters in support of those - I can not unlock your account, do not say the reason - simply refused to unlock. My earnings are not allowed to withdraw from the system. I give their data - up to ID, many screenshots, but nothing happens.
I think just found a reason not to pay me my 600 euros. Сommunicate with me no one wants to say that the decision is not changed. If you are interested - I can provide additional screenshots from my account.

And i can't stop or delete my keys from the system.
They have zero customer support and even promote the scammers. They have no care for you and only for your money.
G2A support will not help you when you get Scammed by the sellers! I got scammed by Gamersuniverse and support did nothing to help!
Very good site - that's one of several purchases I've made here actually.
My Steam library is growing rapidly thanks to those guys.
I got my key within 3 minutes and everything worked just fine.

Great place to buy games. Of course the could be less expensive but oh well, what you won't do for a good game?
I do not advise buying from them. You lose your money and get a regional copy of the game. They have slow support.
Really folks, dont risk it!
I purchased a MS365 key (Office365) which was promptly delivered, but it never worked. Once entered into Microsoft's admin portal, none of separate products were activated, and no expiry date was shown. When I first contacted the vendor (with a screenshot of the error), they simply claimed "We have delivered everything you ordered" and suggested I contact Microsoft Support. They also claimed they were an official Microsoft partner, but no details could be found on the Partner Portal, and they refused to supply their registered partner address or partner ID number (highly suspicious, no?).
I wasted more than 21 hours (spread over several days) in online chat and remote control sessions with Microsoft Support before we collectively concluded the supplied key didn't work. [As a separate issue, you really would think Microsoft would be able to tell immediately whether a key was valid - but apparently not!]
I let the vendor know all this, and they just stayed defensive, asked for screenshots of support conversations (which of course I didn't have), and refused to assist me if I could not provide them with material I didn't have.
Judging from other comments and reviews from other buyers, this seems pretty typical behaviour.
Eventually, I just bought a licence from another company (Blue Nandu) and asked my credit card company to get a refund for me (as I held them jointly liable for the supply of defective goods). A couple of days after getting my credit card refund, G2A sent me a mail saying
"Your G2A account has been blocked due to anomalous activity that our system detected. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but this decision will not be changed. Your account will remain blocked."
I assume they were annoyed because the credit card company will have taken back the money.
Funnily enough, I now seem to be receiving extraordinary amounts of spam to my e-mail account. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.

Hello guys, I found a pretty nice site to buy games, as a steam alternative. I first knew of this site from famous youtubers like Pewdiepie whom I subscribe to since they use it as their primary games provider. They deliver pretty quickly, which is what I really like about them. Further, they have great customer service on their part, and good value compared to other sites and Steam. This certainly helped to get me buying much more games since I have certain cost constraints now that I am pursuing a PhD.
You may be wondering, why not just use steam? This site is selling actual CD-keys, so upon purchase you really own the game, instead of renting it on steam. But the main benefit is its lower prices and great customer support.
I regularly buy games there. Check out the site here, use the links for a discount pricing: http://bit.ly/1r5XtC8
Here are some great games, with great prices:
-http://bit.ly/1mPLuaS - Titanfall - $36
-http://bit.ly/1r5XztB - Diablo 3 + Reaper of souls - $61
-http://bit.ly/WdL7N2 - Diablo 3 - $27
Any prepaid card for MMO/Xbox/Psn and any steam/origin/other drms/Drm free games available for cheaper than in current market price! http://bit.ly/1t7JDi7
A live support/ chat is available should you encounter any problems, they responded to me very quickly (less than 1 min) when I inquired about payment issues I had, turned out it was a mistake on my part.
As a plus, a portion of the game revenue will be donated to charity! Hope this gets some people into buying their first game, or a game you've been really wanting to buy for a long time!
Cheers :D.
Absolutely awful experience. G2A is a total scam. They're allowing Steam accounts to be sold (probably stolen). Not only is this viciously unethical but it's also completely against Steam's Terms and Conditions. You aren't buying the game to add to your Steam library like other (actual legitimate) key suppliers. I contacted G2A and despite me providing them with excerpts from Steam's terms and conditions as well as their own terms of service, they still refuse to refund my money. Steam says the sold accounts WILL get deactivated. Steam also says the original account creator will ALWAYS be able to recover their account, yes, even if the email, password, or phone number on the account are changed. Meaning the seller (or whoever they stole the account from) can commandeer the account at any time. Meaning I purchased something from someone that a.) doesn't belong to them in the first place and is not theirs to sell and b.) I can't even keep. I have screenshots of all conversations if anyone wants the "receipts" to my claim.
Do yourself a favor and don't risk your money on G2A. It's an absolute scam.
