I have been using G7 for a couple years now and they have been absolutely amazing in every aspect a company has. Their customer service is out of this world, and they are kind, friendly knowledgeable and have a speedy turn-around that helps us to get the job done faster for our customer. In the years I have been working with them we have only had two modules that wound up not being repairable. When it was found that the modules would not be able to be repaired, they refunded my money no questions asked and gave me some helpful information as to why it was not repairable and if it was a good idea to try another rout of repair. I will absolutely be continuing to do business with G7 for the foreseeable future.

I sent my audi BCM for repair. Sent back a few day later with nothing done to it, my mechanic said that the boards not the same and no repair was made.I contacted G7 and they claimed the repaired and did not switch, the asked if I wanted repaired or refunded, I wasn't taking any chances and asked for a refund, its been over a week and nothing. My last correspondence with them was refund completed...stay away from this place its a rip off!

I followed the directions of the web site, sent my computer and got it back in 8 days even with a no mail day due to Bush dying. Unfortunately the problem was an interment and the fix did not work. A few short polite emails to determine whether or not to try and re fix we decided to refund and buy a new one. In the dialog with G7 it was decide that this problem might not be able to be fixed and they refunded me the next day. Would definitely at least try this again if needed. Thanks again to the staff at G7

G7 Computers did exactly what they said they would do. Unfortunately, my computer was broken beyond repair, however their customer service was prompt and excellent. I would highly recommend giving G7 a shot before purchasing a new computer for your vehicle.

Was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company they went out of their way to help me troubleshoot until the issue was tracked down and resolved. I would highly recommend them and will do business again in the future.

Needed my Jeep's ECM reprogrammed. Sent it out and it was returned quickly. All I had to do was explain what happened and what wasn't working. They took it from there. Sent a letter explaining what they did. Also, they packaged it so well. Really careful to eliminate static charge. Super happy with the process.

G7 Computers did a great job repairing my ECM in my 2003 Lexus LS 430. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who are experiencing issues with their ECM, ECU, or TCM. G7 Computers always keep their word and work in a speedy fashion. Outstanding job.Thank you.

I sent out a tcm to them and they sent it back repaired. I was still having issues with it and they continued to respond to my emails regarding my questions. They gave me the option of returning my unit for additional testing and reported it may not be repairable or they can issue me a refund. I received a full refund which helped me purchase a new unit. This was very kind of them and I will use them again if I have any other problems in the future. Thanks again G7!

Having been plagued with a CBR1100XX ECU failure that is a 20 year on-going issue with this motorcycle. I tried G7 because honestly no-one else on the planet can fix the issue and I expected the same from them. To my amazement and delight they were able to fix the issue in a 24 hour turnaround. Very reasonable prices, professional service and everything they claimed on their site was true- no gimmicks, no let downs. Thank you G7!

Tip for consumers:
Shipping to the company is on you they ship back for free. If they can't fix it they keep 25 dollars.

True to their word. I had an unfixable computer. They tried, but ended up not working. Not their fault though. I pretty much knew the computwr was unfixable, but gave it a shot. Refunded promptly. I will use them again if opportunity arises. My advice is give it a shot, because you have nothing to lose.

This is a worthwhile service because, if your cars computer can be repaired it will save you serious cash.
I sent in both of my cars computers. I shipped them on Monday and received them back on Friday. Hardware problems were found on the circuit boards and repaired, however, when I installed the computers back in my car the same problems occurred. When I explained to G7 that there was no change, they explained to me that some problems are intermittent and are difficult to find in the lab. They offered for me to send it back in for further testing at no charge or to refund my money. I took the refund, which I received within a few days. I believe it was definitely worthwhile to send my computers in for the chance at a relatively low cost repair for the price of shipping them one way.

Examine sensors, electrical connections, wire harnesses and replace faulty components prior to shipping your computer

I am from Ontario Canada, I sent my car computer to be fixed by G7 computer, I am telling you, it was fixed in one day, I got it back plug it in and started the car. I save a lot of money with this company, it save me from buying a new computer.

There are not many shops that are trustworthy these days, at least that I have found, but G7 is one of those places. Above and beyond where I am concerned. By the way, while I use to live in Penn Yan, I now live in Florida and If I need anything rebuilt that is computer related, it will be sent to G7.

I had a bad CEM unit on a 2006 Volvo. The dealer was obviously going to be expensive. Pulled the unit, sent to G7, repaired, returned and installed. Electrical issues were fixed. Thank you for the service you provide and your professional expertise.

We sent in our Kia computer and they sent it back quickly. Great customer service! We put in the repaired computer, but we don't know if it's fixed because we can't start the car because of an issue with the keys. The dealer said we have to bring my car in to sync the key to the computer. The G7 technician that we talked to said that if the key sync doesn't end up solving the problem that we could send the computer back in and if something is wrong with it they would fix it free of charge since it's still under warranty. Great company and great customer service! Thanks so much!

Sent them my bcm for my mini they repaired it and sent it back really fast I was amazed. The computer failed to work correctly they over looked the lighting circuit, they went all out to refund my money the next day I was shocked. These guys went all out to make this right even refunded my shipping costs. I will definitely send it back to them for repair. Thanks so much.

Great experience! Prompt Repair with detailed explanation for what was found and repaired. Prompt efficient service and very good communication. Repair did not fix problem. Good communication and offered options to resolve. Total was promptly and fully refunded. Very professional operation.

I sent my TCU in for repair.
They replaced a component.
The turn around was one day!
It did not cure the problem.
I emailed them, they responded very quickly!
They explained why sometimes repairs are very difficult.
They gave me the option of sending it back or a full refund. I opted for the refund. They refunded me the full amount.
I will not hesitate to use them again!

My Mini had an engine problem for the last few years, a mis-fire that happened at cold start but was fine otherwise. I went through each system and replaced a lot of parts. We live a long way from a Mini Dealer and no local garage would even look at the car. I even bought a Schwaben professional scanner for BMW Mini and Rolls Royce and that did not narrow down the problem. After spending a small fortune and replacing a lot of parts. I sent you my ECU to be tested. Your turn around was very fast and you repaird the ECU and that solved the problem so thank you for your help. You provide a great service.

Sent my Jeeps PCM in for repair (code P0205). Reinstalled and code P0205 was still present. Contacted G7 and within a few hours I received a full refund. Will definitely be using G7 again & would recommend this company to others.

I bought a used vehicle and was devastated when i found out the computer wasnt operating correctly because it was nearly 1,000$ for a new one. My mechanic knew a place that reprogrammed them but they went out of business recently so i thought i had to buy a new one. After doing a little research i found this company with alot of good reviews, so i gave them a shot. Thank god i did because now my computer works perfectly and i only paid 225, a fraction of what i was about to pay. If youre on the fence of trusting this service or not, and believe me i was, dont hesitate. Send them the computer and prepare to be amazed. Cant thank them enough, 10/10 service.

This is the place to get your vehicle computers fixed, no hassle and they communicate with you completely, I wasn't sure about doing it online without knowing the company, I totaly trust them do do all my stuff and anybody the asks me what to do about theirs

I sent in my Mercedes Benz E350 computer for repair and it was returned to me "no fault found". I was fully reimbursed! My car dealer was the one who advised me that the computer was faulty and they were wrong as it turned out. I completely recommend G7!

I sent G7 computers my ECU for a 2007 Hyundai Accent after being told that all the sensors on my car associated with the trouble code P0497 were in perfect working order, and that the only explanation could be a bad ECU. After they received my ECU, they had it ready to ship back to me within 1 day with an explanation of the work they did. Unfortunately, it did not fix the issue (the trouble code persisted), but they were very receptive to me as their customer and issued be a refund. I would definitely consider them first if I ever needed their services again. Excellent experience, I could not recommend more highly.

I have a Saturn Vue 2002, my TCM failed and left me having to shift from the lowest gear to the drive, just to drive down to the garage. I sent in my TCM, and received it a week later due to a power outage at G7. ( That was understandable) Unfortunately, it was not fixed, they said it was a software program. I got in contact with them and sent it back in.
They did a more through exam of the component just to find out that the problem was not fixable due a main chip malfunction.
They refunded my charge, without even being asked.
That is integrity, and I appreciate it!
That is why I would happily use this company again!
I highly recommend this company!

I sent them my Honda's ecu. And the malfunction was still occurring. They offered to resend it to them, or give me a refund. And I was refunded. So they are a company that keeps their word. Though I am sad they weren't able to help this time, I will use there services again in the future.
