I have been using G7 for a couple years now and they have been absolutely amazing in every aspect a company has. Their customer service is out of this world, and they are kind, friendly knowledgeable and have a speedy turn-around that helps us to get the job done faster for our customer. In the years I have been working with them we have only had two modules that wound up not being repairable. When it was found that the modules would not be able to be repaired, they refunded my money no questions asked and gave me some helpful information as to why it was not repairable and if it was a good idea to try another rout of repair. I will absolutely be continuing to do business with G7 for the foreseeable future.
I sent my audi BCM for repair. Sent back a few day later with nothing done to it, my mechanic said that the boards not the same and no repair was made.I contacted G7 and they claimed the repaired and did not switch, the asked if I wanted repaired or refunded, I wasn't taking any chances and asked for a refund, its been over a week and nothing. My last correspondence with them was refund completed...stay away from this place its a rip off!

G7, unlike another service I first tried to use, values customer service. They turned my computer around twice, were very communicative and gave me a refund when they were unable to fix my computer.
We sent the Ford Mustang computer there and they repaired it just as they said they would. There was a burnt capacitor they found and replaced it. My car runs great agin. Thanks

This is an excellent company to work with. They are very responsive to all inquiries. Very professional with their responses. Stand behind their work commitment.
I made the purchase, which was seamless and quick. Instructions were clear on the process and what I could expect. After they received my BCM, it was sent back out the following day, less than 24 hours, and carrier even picked it up same day. Excluding the weekend, I had it back in hand within 48hours.
Great customer service. I received communication once purchase was made, when my BCM was received, when it was shipped out, and instructions on the process should it not work.
Due to my own stupidity, I shorted the BCM. Had errors all over like fuel level, airbags, ABS, no exterior lighting, no radio, etc. I spent, collectively, about 14 hours calling dealerships in 9 states, junk yards, attempted to place orders with part websites, checked actions & action sites, called multiple repair shops, etc with absolute no availability to purchase a new one or willingness to repair my existing one. They are currently on backorder 3-4 months for my vehicle. Stressing about having a vehicle and having only 1 option, at the time, was to trade my vehicle in.
Their business model is one of a kind. All of the information needed can be found on their site and leaves nothing out on the process. From their site, to purchase, to sending in the BCM, to it being shipped back, they set the expectation and there was no surprises.

I sent my ECM from my 350Z to get repaired and while it was not repairable I did receive a prompt refund in full. You are really not risking anything to try and fix it instead of buying a new one.

I sent my body control module on January 3rd. It arrived in their shop on the 6th. I waited and waited no answer to phone calls or emails for 5 days. Finely they responded and said it was returned to their shop. They were going to send it UPS. Many days later nothing! I contacted them again. Told them again no package and no tracking number. They responded again many days later we can't find the tracking number. I'm starting to have a high speed come apart by now. Last Friday the 20th they send a tracking number from UPS. Package was not picked up on Friday the 20th. It's Monday the 23rd now and the package is still not picked up or taken to the shipper. I've been in business for 48 years and I have UPS and FedEx frequent my shop almost daily. These guys are full of it! In the business, I've called around to other service companies that repair these types of systems and they all said these guys are shady and they are a mess. I will be filing against G7 Computers if I don't see my repaired or replaced with full programming BCM for my $40,000 dollar truck. What they don't comprehend is the cost to replace, program and tow the vehicle to the dealership.

We have received the BCM unit on 12/09/2021 for our 2008 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan and we want to say that we are so thankful for your service, thank you so much. You guys have no idea how much you money you saved us, because we were planning on buying a new BCM unit for $550 plus over $300-400 to reprogram the BCM to the ECU and the keyfobs, plus we don't have an Infiniti Dealership in Erie, PA so we would of had to tow this vehicle to Infiniti in Cleveland, Ohio to get all that repaired. Furthermore, G7 Computer team has saved us over $1,000 including towing. Furthermore, thank you so much, you guys are a lifesaver. We would highly recommend this company and we would do business in the future, thank you very much again for your service.
