I have been using G7 for a couple years now and they have been absolutely amazing in every aspect a company has. Their customer service is out of this world, and they are kind, friendly knowledgeable and have a speedy turn-around that helps us to get the job done faster for our customer. In the years I have been working with them we have only had two modules that wound up not being repairable. When it was found that the modules would not be able to be repaired, they refunded my money no questions asked and gave me some helpful information as to why it was not repairable and if it was a good idea to try another rout of repair. I will absolutely be continuing to do business with G7 for the foreseeable future.
I sent my audi BCM for repair. Sent back a few day later with nothing done to it, my mechanic said that the boards not the same and no repair was made.I contacted G7 and they claimed the repaired and did not switch, the asked if I wanted repaired or refunded, I wasn't taking any chances and asked for a refund, its been over a week and nothing. My last correspondence with them was refund completed...stay away from this place its a rip off!
We send them 10 to 20 computers a month, and they always deliver perfect results! Do not hesitate to send your computer there.

I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD WRIGHT A REVIEW ABOUT ANYTHING BUT I HAVE CHANGED MY THINKING AFTER WORKING WITH G7.
I HAD SENT MY COMPUTER ( ECM) TO THEM AND AFTER A QUICK TURN AROUND I INSTALLED IT INTO MY CAR AND STILL HAD SOME PROBLEMS. I THEN LET G7 KNOW THIS AND THEY SAID JUST TO SEND IT BACK. I DID AND THEY SAID THERE WERE OTHER PROBLEMS SO HEY REPAIRED I AGAIN... THIS HAPPENED FIVE TIMES, I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH G7, THEY ALWAYS JUST TOOK IT BACK AND DID WHAT THEY DO TO THE COMPUTER WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
AFTER THE LAST TIME I DECIDED TO BUY A REPLACEMENT COMPUTER AND ALL WAS FIXED. I LE G7 KNOW AND THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT A PROBLEM.
G7 DID A GREAT JOB AND WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED BETTER.
I MUST SAY, IT WAS GREAT TO SEE A COMPANY THAT KEEPS ITS WORD AND DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT WILL DO WITHOUT QUESTION.
CORVETTE OWNERS THAT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR CAR COMPUTERS... THIS IS THE PLACE TO HAVE THEM REPAIRED WITHOUT WORRY.

Did not fix my Computer was told it had a software problem. Got it back same result With no refund will not do business with them again.

They are the best company to deal with. They fixed my computer for a great price and a lifetime warranty.
I have repeatedly called & emailed this company, before sending ECU & after sending it. No one has ever answered the phone. I left msgs that have never been returned. I have tried the chat feature. No one answers. Sometimes a day or two later, I'll get response on chat that says how may we help you. I leave phone number & ask for a call. Nothing. It asked me to download chat app Tideo or similar, I did still only 1 answer which was how can we help you. Then after a few days, so said my free trial was over & I'd have to pay to use it! I'm sure it was a bot answering. I began to get really scared because I thought I was scammed. I went onto maps, saw photo of the place & looked up the police precinct for that area because I was going to have the police see if this was a closed or legal business. Well today my ECU arrives at my house. Good turnaround speed. However, this is beyond weird! The part is all shrink wrapped so sure it must be fixed or why bother with that, but there's no ticket, no receipt, no letter telling me anything! I thought surely I'd get a letter like another customer posted photo of, but zero, nothing, nada! They may be legit, but they truly suck at communication! I want a receipt & info about the repair, please! Don't tell me to email you because you don't answer. My name is Carol Teal & I sent a $275 money order, I'm sick I didn't use my bank card in case there is an issue. I received the ECU today, Tues Dec 7 shipped to Hudson, FL. I will call you in a few minutes & leave another message with my phone number & address in Hudson. I want a phone call back. If I don't answer, leave a message about what you did to fix it & mail me a receipt. I drive a school bus so can't answer if I'm driving but you can leave a 2 min message. That they do not answer calls or emails, chat service does not work, and there's no communication with business. I'm totally shocked to receive no letter explaining what my problem was, if it's fixed, & definitely a receipt! I'm only guessing it was fixed due to it being all wrapped up & there was no refund included. But this is just a guess

Was unable to repair my ECU. Offered me a refund immediately. The customer service was responsive and easy to talk to.

I took my Sentra to a auto shop for diagnostic service. I had a recurring P0101 error. The shop couldn't find any problems except the ECM needed to be re-programmed. I sent the ECM to G7 for diagnostic and repair. G7 said they couldn't find anything wrong with the ECM and needed to be re-programmed so went ahead with the reprogramming. After receiving the ECM from G7, i connected my diagnostic tool to the vehicle and had a permanent P0101 error in memory. Thought this was strange as a re-program should have cleared everything. After driving for 2 days, i got another P0101 error. On the receipt G7 stated that I might get the P0101 error again unless i fix the hardware causing the problem and warantee would be void. I took my car to a Nissan dealer to be diagnosed and they also told me the problem is the ECM and couldn't find a problem with other hardware. Authorized the reprogram, and was completed. I checked for the P0101 error and the permanent code was gone and haven't got any check engine lights for 2 weeks now.
Bottom line, I don't believe G7 did anything to my computer and said if i get an another error, it would be my fault for not fixing the cause of the error somewhere in the vehicle. I did get a refund, I believe because the evidence I had proved they were in the wrong by 2 garages that said hardware was good and need a reprogram.
