Gainbridge / Group 1001 may be the next Madoff / Bankman-Fried IMHO. CEO Daniel Towriss already criminally charged & sued for $100,000,000 and his decision making may have trickled down to Gainbridge subsidiary. On November 22,2022 their Clear Spring Life subsidiary even bounced a $1,000,000.00 (1 million dollar) annuity check. Did they put the Gainbridge name on Indiana sports sites to try and hide a house of cards that will soon fall?
Gainbridge Customer Service is Excellent
My wife and I purchased a total of 17 fixed annuities aka MYGAs from Gainbridge. Of the 17 total, 13 are still active and 4 were closed after reaching the end-of-guarantee periods. I am writing this review because of the excellent customer service my wife and I have received from Gainbridge. They are worthy of my praise.
The Gainbridge products and financial ratings speak for themselves. The Gainbridge 10% free-annual-withdrawal allowance and the low surrender fees for excess withdrawals are among the very best out there.
The Gainbridge customer service for withdrawals and transfers is the best we have received from the many MYGA annuity companies we deal with. Recently, I needed (for a Nursing Home and Medicaid, and for each individual contract) official statements of the exact contract values on the specific past date that my wife went into a nursing home. I had the documents from Gainbridge in my hands in a couple of days, and well before any other company.
Gainbridge Customer Service deserves a perfect 5 stars and I rate them so most deservedly!
