Steven Schmitt is the worst Adjuster. He promises that he'll call back and never does. Completely ignores communication period. It's frustrating for me and my HR at my job by his incompetence. I don't recommend Gallagher/ Bassett

Why would a company originally mail your payments to the correct address and then suddenly begin to mail your payments to the wrong address? Such a simple task made difficult due to the bad business practices used at Gallagher Bassett Services. Uggggggh!

Gallagher Bassett dragged their feet on my car repair, the accident happened late March and my car wasn't repaired until NOVEMBER 6. I just got billed by the car rental agency for $2500 because GB failed to follow up in extending and upgrading my rental. THEY SUCK!

They only delay not reslove the problem.do not trust what they say. Bla bla bla. Even their process of letting you write a review is delay not action.
Must hire an attorney to get action.

It should not be this difficult on someone who is already going through something due to a work place injury! As soon as Gallagher Bassett got involved my medical treatment was effected, and not for the better! They are not even an insurance company, simply an administrator for self insured companies. Or in other words, they seem to be the company that companies use to get people kicked off of worker compensation! I received a call from my case manager (Chelsea) after giving all my medical providers the new billing information which was to go to them from that point forward. About two weeks after sending in all the information they asked for, Chelsea called and left a message while i was in Physical Therapy. Then again shortly after that while I was driving to work. She said more information was needed on my incident and she had questions about bills they were receiving. I have been calling back multiple times a day trying to reach Chelsea. I have left my name, company, and direct contact information multiple times daily with no response for more than a week a week and a half! I can now see why this company has such bad reviews! No wonder companies bring them in to help themselves, not the injured party! Unfortunately you can't give less than one star, because they don't deserve a full star!

Lisa Adams was so rude and disrespectful I called and left several messages in regards to my workers comp case she never returned my call until one day she got so vile and vulgar over the phone after saying what she said she hung up in my ear my claim has been approved since April it is now September and I haven't received any form of payment…when I call the automated system they are sending checks to my doctors but not me

This business is striving on workmen claim denials. They are treacherous and deceptive and will do everything possible including intimidation to deny claims

Do not use this insurance company! I was assured that this insurance company would cover a claim for me from the Elks Lodge. My claims contact at Gallagher Basset, Gabriela Dzib-Diaz, called me. I was busy at work and caller her back within one hour. From that time, I have called her for 5 weeks straight (sometimes calling twice a day) with NO call back. She finally emailed me and I responded quickly. She sent two emails, both saying she would call me back and never did. Finally I got in touch with her and she responded to that they would not be covering my claim (after 5 weeks). The Elks Club owns a golf course, The Three River's Gold Course, and a golf ball went through a hole in their driving range net and hit my car and shattered the windshield. Fortunately, I have a great insurance company, USAA, who will be covering the claim even though it was the Elks Club in Kelso, WA that caused the damage. Why didn't she call me immediately to let me know that they would not cover it? If I did this at my job, I would be fired immediately. Gallagher Bassett provides the worst customer service I have ever seen! Please do not use them or Gabriela, a Senior Resolution Manger.

Working with this company has been a nightmare! I need a simple MRI and they have hired a 3rd company to do their scheduling it's taken 3 weeks to a month to get a MRI they don't call they hardly schedule n continue to place blame elsewhere. I am DISGUSTED!

I'm on comp due to an injury on the job, I work part time from home and am supposed to be compensated for the 20 hours I miss each week. I submit my paystub and schedule to my claims rep and she NEVER gets back to me. I have been waiting for 2 weeks, sent 4 emails and still no pay and no return email. I reported this to my work rep and was told I am not the only one complaining about them. It's stressful enough being injured, going through PT and multiple appointments on top of not knowing when you're getting paid!? I may have to consult an attorney at this point, WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!

Since Dec. 22,22 My case manager Jennifer Bell has NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH ME AT ALL! NOT one email, not one phone call, not one single communication! I had been waiting for her to approve my pain clinic appt since 7/20 with NO LUCK SO FAR (no surprise there)
I absolutely have NEVER EVER SEEN ANY BUSINESS EVER NOT COMMUNICATE IN A
8 MONTH PERIOD!
It's LUDACRIS!
IF you call & request a return call it's "MANDATORY" that they MUST CALL YOU BACK IN 48 hours, I have over 13 requests & received ONE call back from her supervisor ONE TIME.
I PRAY your NOT READING THIS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOW YOUR WC company because YOU WILL BE THE NEXT TO COMMENT HERE ALSO!
I read these reviews in Jan. & thought "that's just the reviews of mad people that didn't get what they wanted-WRONG! I misjudged these people so badly & im so sorry for that cuz IM NOW ONE OF THESE PEOPLE MYSELF!
I pray you will NOT be a victim on GB…

My adjuster Lisette is a total moron.
I have files several complaints against this woman who does not know how to do her job. I went to an MRI appointment on a Saturday and she failed to send the paperwork over then scheduled transportation and she sent them to the wrong address without providing my phone number approval for physical therapy takes a month or so between sessions I saw an orthopedic doctor a month ago and they are still waiting for approval for injections and have reached out to her four times my mileage and toll reimbursement took 7 months and upon reimbursement it was incorrect simple math lol... My 8-year-old grandson could figure out the reimbursement amount... Dealing with Gallagher Bassett is a nightmare and they make it that way for people so they give up... Well I get news for you Gallagher Bassett... You have met your match with me because I will ride this to the end and will not be defeated to get the correct treatment to walk again without a back brace and knee brace and a cane... So dig deep... And you can keep issuing my check late I have 100% support from my family to take this to the end due to the ignorance and negligence of Gallagher Bassett... And just so you know when this month's between approval for physical therapy or doctor's appointments or whatever is needed... You might as well start all over again and keep dishing out the money... I will not be defeated by stupid people that don't do their job! Trust me on that and if you take a look at the reviews you don't even deserve one star... There is not one star and this God forsaken planet that would represent you people... Rude arrogant ignorant dysfunctional all should be fired! Game on Gallagher Bassett... my injuries are due to negligence and should have never happened if people did their job instead of numbers and figures and how much are sales reports are... What a joke... I don't care if your numbers are up and your sales are up and your stock sales are up... I care about me and getting my physical well-being back to what it was before before the negligent accident... And if that's not going to happen for me pay up... Again I will not be defeated...by anyone when they have already declared they are at fault...

They are the ABSOLUTE WORST! If you are dealing with this company call your states Dept. of Labor and Industries! They will help you put fire under their $#*!! I was in the same boat at the beginning and I'm Union so I called L&I and what they're doing is ILLEGAL! They HAVE to pay you…once I contacted my rep at L&I it got moving rather quickly! But honestly I can't say ANYTHING different than what EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. Has stated in ALLLL these reviews! They are super awful to work with! I honestly feel for each and every person who has to deal with these weasels! I'm actually "waiting" for a call back right now and it's been almost the "48" hour mark and I expect NO call back….they've stopped my payments 3 times since February….it's absolute bull sh*t! There has been no reason…no change in care, drs, income so therefore I feel it's a game to them….being overdrafted and wondering how late your landlord will allow is really an awful feeling and they seem not to care! Sooo RUN, HOP, OR CRAWL away from this company!
