Site allowed the entering of international shipping details. Ordered a Chandelier all good, didn't hear that there were any issues until I chased it up a week later, and was told they won't ship internationally. I'd already wired up for the chandelier and got a step down transformer. Extremely unhelpful in looking at options to ship internationally. Just got a few words for answers "No I can't, sorry". Terrible customer service and way to run a business.

I'm giving a two star review since they are fully refunding.
Their policy is a full refund or a "hang it and we'll determine how much we'll discount if you keep it".
They don't take into consideration how much it costs to hang it, repackage (since it's already damaged), and take down the light cost (if there is damage) to even assess damage. I'm the one at risk with this policy. If there is damage, they may discount it $50 as far as I know. It appears it fell off a truck, no thanks.
Would you take the risk looking at this photo? Zero tape job and loose components. I didn't think so.
Having given this Company plenty of time to address my concerns they were abrupt and no apology. Firstly they sent the wrong chandelier without the blue trim ordered. Secondly one of the lampholder was blown. Thirdly I was overcharged. And in Forth place no authenticity card with it.
All I eventually received from the Company was a curt email informing me blue crystals had been posted and they would send a replacement lampholder. No apology for the inconvenience or the fact that it took 4 emails from me to elicit a response at all. Very disappointed after reading reviews.
