Alyson greeted me immediately as she approached the sales floor & checked to see if I was being help. Since no one had greeted me or helped after standing by the front desk for a few minutes. Alyson began to assist me and I explained I had an important meeting which required me to have my new pants altered and my shirt required patches for this week. Alyson had the work completed in less than an hour without any issues. Outstanding Customer Service and A+ for Alyson! Thank you Galls for having such a dedicated hard worker!
I has sent multiple requests for the package to be cancelled, no response for 3 days. Only response was oh it's to late it's ready to be shipped, that's 3 days of multiple requests to cancel it. Very very bad customer service
I have ordered from Galls approximately 5 times because I live in a rural area and it seemed easier than going to the nearest city with a uniform shop. Never again. Galls quality and pricing is no better or worse than any other place, but their shipping is so slow, and customer service so poor, that it's not worth the frustration. From now on, I'll make the drive.

I've been a buyer of first responder gear from this Company for over 5 years. I have been happy with all my purchases except one. I purchased a pair of Galls duty boots and wore them twice and they were always kept in my airconditioned closet. I went to put them on after only 2 days of use and the sole fell of and after inspection the other was coming off. Customer service denied my request to replace them. I'm making this review so as no other first responder has to suffer with the poor customer service I received as I will NEVER purchase another product from this company. One pair of boots and the lack of class in the phone conversation resulting in a refusal to replace the boots that I would send to them so they could see they had only 2 days of use and were perfect except for the poor construction and rubber. You LOST a long-term customer.
THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I placed and order on 4/3/18. I finally get an email that the order won't leave until 4/22/18. I write back to find out if they're making these boots as orders are placed, & why it's going to take so long to deliver.
The response from their customer service: "I have contacted the vendor and they advised that they had to cancel this order on their end as they will not be getting this style any more."
If I didn't write to them to check the status, I would still be sitting here thinking my order was forthcoming. I suggest to anyone that is considering ordering from these people to call just to confirm if you're actually going to get the order because they will not willingly reach out to their customers & act professionally. Worst experience I've ever had shopping online.
I ordered a jacket and paid an a outage pi's price for three day shipping. The item was "in stock-usually ships within 24 hours." After I filled out the credit card form and my purchase was complete, only THEN did Galls inform me that COVID had caused a 7 day delay out of that warehouse. I would not have ordered this jacket if I had known. It has been a week now and my item just got "shipped" and Galls marked my order complete. But... drum roll please... tracking says that USPS is still WAITING for the package. This is all garbage. Buy elsewhere.
This company is the worst of the worse. I ordered a jacket from Galls on 11-4-2021 and was told seven different times by the reps that my jacket would get to me in 7-10 days. It has been almost 7 weeks and no jacket. They even told me that FedEx would overnight the jacket, No jacket still in warehouse. This company is horrible and I do not recommend anyone to order anything from Galls. I was told a different lie each time I called. Account reps do not return calls and if they do they are slow in doing so. If I could rate them a -0 I would.

Ordered XL shirts and was shipped size large, my order had already been postponed because they said they were out of chevrons. I called and they looked at the order, lady said "Well I don't understand why they sent large the order says XL." I asked when the would send me the correct size and she said the order would be reprocessed once they received the shirts back. Even though they messed up, I still have to wait. The original order was placed last week of October and didn't receive it until December 1. So who knows when I will receive the correct items. The department buys our uniforms but if it was up to me, I would buy somewhere else.
Provided payment (my own gold Amex), provided the billing address, provided the shipping address. Galls refused to honor my order because the shipping address is a "freight forwarder." Not only is it totally not Galls' business who receives the merchandise - why on earth should it matter if the credit card is legitimate?!? - but apparently the company routinely snoops around and investigates customers' residences. They did offer to ship to an international address, but at the cost of $55 (the whole order was $80!). They must think I fell off a turnip truck. Such price gouging is unconscionable and unethical. I hope they go the way of U.S. Cavalry, which used to be an awesome store until their customer service went down the can.
P.S. Don't bother emailing them; their response to every message is "Call customer service." Why do they provide email contacts if they do not use it to solve even simple issues?!?

If I could give Galls no stars I would. I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of uniform clothes on 10/4/2020. It is currently 12/27/2020 and I STILL have not received all my items. Two of the items I did receive are the size and colors I ordered but DO NOT fit the description of size measurements. I have called numerous times only to get the answer of "we don't know what's going on, it should have arrived by now". I will never order again and I do not recommend ordering.

I ordered a cap stun nylon holder and the wrong one was sent. I contacted customer service and advised them of the situation. They stated that I ordered the wrong one. I explained that in the item description there were no measurement's. They did not care. They told me that they would send me a shipping label but I would be charged $10.00 for the return. I only paid $14.00 for the item to begin with. I asked if I could exchange for a different nylon holder and they told me I could but I would have to pay for the difference and pay for shipping again. I felt like Galls did not want to help me. I will no longer order from this company. They used to really good.
Order placed 5/4. Lexington Ky to North Central OH. Typically a 2-3 day transit via Fed-Ex. Instead they use Fed-Ex Smartpost. As of 5/8 my package is in Bellville Mi. Monday 5/11 package is in Cleveland. By the time USPS delivers it will be 5/13. If shipping were free I could see using this method, but charging for this type of shipping is ridiculous. I will be sure never to order from Galls ever again, this delivery method is not acceptable for any type of business.
On December 15 I placed an order for two pairs of boots because it said online that The estimated shipping date would be on December 16. On December 30 I contacted customer support to check on my order. I was told that it was boxed and was ready to be shipped out it should be shipped out today on the 30th. I was told the delay was because of the holidays. It is now January 5 and I called customer support once again to check on my order. I was told again that my boots were packaged and ready to be shipped and all it needs is a shipping label. I was told that I should get an email today with a tracking number. If I don't get an email today I'll probably just cancel my order. Definitely will not be buying anything from Gall's again.
Their customer service is the worst. I ordered 2 pairs of pants, and they have to have stripping put on them. It has been 3 months now and they still do not have the stripping. They claim it was lost in shipping, the first time. So they reordered it, and guess what it was lost in shipping again. Now it will not be in until the end of September. The best part of this is I was told by the customer service supervisor James, that the customers that come into the store are more important that the ones on the phone. So since this is a special order and I cannot order it on the computer, and I can only order it on the phone, my business is not important. Thank you very much Galls.
I purchased a pair of tactical boots, wore it twice, my feet was wet, I called they instructed me to send it back. I send it back they said I had it for 35 days and they only guarantee it for 30 days. So they are sending it back to me i can dispose of it. Stay away from this company they specialize in ripping off the law enforcement community.

My Law Enforcement family has collectively spent thousands of dollars with purchases from Galls over the last several years. Recently we attempted to purchase an item that was advertized at a sale price. My wife was having problems ordering the item and sent an email trying to get the item at the sale price. On a telephone conversation today with Galls they said they could no longer honor the sale price. As a previously loyal customer of Galls it is obvious that they no longer care about customer service. We will be shopping elsewhere. I also found it to be extremely odd that there is no place on Galls website to leave a company review.
I ordered 2 shirts in October. In late December the shirts arrived, without patches sewn on. I contacted customer service and received an email addressed to me and their labeling department to email me a shipping label so the shirts could be returned and patches applied. It has been about a week and a half and still no email with a shipping label. I don't expect there ever will be one sent to me. Galls is the worst company I have ever dealt with as this is not the first time items for our department have been messed up. We have even received shirts with the incorrect patches sewn on. I believe a change in management is required to fix what is wrong with this company.

I have had the worse experience coming to this location recently a woman named Ashley is the most unpleasant employee there. She has the worst attitude ever I am not sure if the working environment is not cut out for her, but I do all I can to avoid this woman and location at times I did go in one day to get pants hemmed and patches on shirts and she turned me away informing me that there were no waits and about 2 weeks behind. Which I was fine with I had no rush she insisted that I go to one of the other Galls locations. Extremely unsatisfied with her reaction and attitude I have found a better establishment that actually is concerned about the customers needs rather than wants. I in no way ever claimed I needed my items ASAP it's sad that Galls allows to have such a terrible customer service experience when they use to be my one stop shop. This is the Houston, TX location on Houston Ave.
It has now been over a week since I ordered several items from Galls. I received an email three days later stating that my order had been filled and shipped the previous day via fedex smartpost. However, when I tried to check the tracking number, it said it did not exist. I called Customer Service and was told that it had not been shipped yet, and that it would not be going out fedex, but rather USPS. Here we are two days later and 8 days after I ordered, and according to USPS they still have not even received the package yet. Absolutely ridiculous. Why send me a confirmation email 5 days ago telling me everything had been shipped via fedex, when in fact, here we are 5 days later and it STILL has not shipped!
Order my boots on November 28th and still havent received them. Was first told that they would ship in 24 hours, but it took them a whole 3 days to ship. Then I was told that they would be here December 8th, went to track them this morning & now i am being told December 13th. The place they are shipping from is 40 minutes away, so why it will take another 5 days for the shoes to reach me is beyond me. Listen to myself as well as others and save your money. You are better off buying them in store, at least you will have them in your hands once you pay. This place is horrible and i will never buy from their site again.

I just received size 38 Workrite pants in a different style than what I previously bought. I washed these 38 and they did not shrink at all, and were way too big. Were they expected to shrink? I did not know how this fabric handles. I just know a 38 has always been the size for me for years. Well, they said they would not exchange them and I am stuck with 38's that are not 38's. Mislabeled or manufactured wrong. I am stuck with them. I would highly suggest you buy them elsewhere. Find a place that has good service. It will go along way to your satisfaction, even if it costs more. I'll look elsewhere for supplies and clothing. Not a Galls fan anymore as I do not like losing money. My employer supplied the pants but the new pants will come out of my pocket.
Ordered pants on July 1st. Said that they had shipped and charged My credit card a $199. Then they sent me another email telling me that the pants were back ordered but would not credit my credit card back on $199. Have tried several times to cancel my order and they refuse and they will not credit my credit card back. They said that it was at the warehouse and that there was nothing they could do about it and now it is gonna be August 18th before they estimate that the order will be shipped out. Do not do business with these people they are a total scam. Now I have to go to the Better Business Bureau and hire a lawyer in order to rectify the situation.

Used to be a really good company that excelled in customer service and prompt delivery. Over the last couple of years they have gone downhill. Made an order in novermber, it was two weeks later and incomplete. Called them back and they said items were backordered. Two weeks after that, I got another partial order and two things that were wrong, called again and they said they would fix it. Aft er two months of cat and mouse and screwups, I finally got everything, thenot they wanted to charge me for fixing everything. Made another order a month ago hoping that maybe it was just a fluke. A mo the later, I've paid, received nothing, called customer service twice and they've said they will get back to me. Save your ti. Email and money, Go somewhere else.
I ordered a Jumpsuit for work on March 7,2016 and was told I would receive it in 10-14 days it is now March 31st and I have yet to receive it. I contacted them on March 28th and was told they were out of some of the patches I needed for my order and I should receive my order by mid April. I told there customer service representative I wanted a refund because that is far to long to get my order. He said he would talk to the people that are in there distribution department and see if it could be any faster and he would contact me the next day either via telephone or email, I agreed to wait. It has been 4 days and I have not heard from anyone. I am very unhappy with there costumer service and business practices, and I will never use this company again. I recommend that no one give this company your business.
