Alyson greeted me immediately as she approached the sales floor & checked to see if I was being help. Since no one had greeted me or helped after standing by the front desk for a few minutes. Alyson began to assist me and I explained I had an important meeting which required me to have my new pants altered and my shirt required patches for this week. Alyson had the work completed in less than an hour without any issues. Outstanding Customer Service and A+ for Alyson! Thank you Galls for having such a dedicated hard worker!
I has sent multiple requests for the package to be cancelled, no response for 3 days. Only response was oh it's to late it's ready to be shipped, that's 3 days of multiple requests to cancel it. Very very bad customer service

Placed an order from my clothing allowance. They charged me several times which depleted my allowance. I got 1 thing sent wrong item took me almost a month to get my money back they kept saying it was my banks faul. NOTHING BUT LIARS DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!

WOW!, ok, I like everyone else I have a busy work schedule, to save myself a little time and trouble I thought that I would place a simple order and have it mailed to me, keep in mind that I live in Lexington KY, where gall's has a fulfillment center, it's really a simple thing, I order they drop it in the mail, I receive it in one to two days tops, but nope, my parcel is on a road trip, and Scheduled for delivery: Saturday 12/14/2019 by end of day, And it is currently the 9th, this is so ignorant, inefficient and inexcusable, and why I will never shop their online store or their Lexington location again. I will spend my money anyplace else.
Ordered Boots from Gall's and they used FedEx Smartpost which is a joke. My package was shipped on 11/01/21 and nobody can tell me where my package is. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GALL'S AGAIN. FEDEX SMARTPOST IS A JOKE. THE FEDEX REP EVEN SAID ITS SO CHEAP THEY DONT GUARANTEE TRACKING!

I RECENTLY RETURNED A COUPLE OF ITEMS FOR A REFUND BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEY RECEIVED MY ITEMS FOR REFUND ON WEDNESDAY 12/07/2016 AT 9:18 a.m. TODAY IS SATURDAY 12/10/2016. 3 DAYS SINCE GALLS RECEIVED MY RETURN FOR REFUND ITEMS. STILL NO REFUND POSTED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.

So I order a pair of boots. They arrive. Open the box and find 2 different boots. One is the one I ordered, the other is a completely different boot. Call customer service. They say they apologize and they will send me the correct boot if I send it back. I ask if I can keep the correct boot and they can just replace the one that was wrong. They tell me no, the pair has to be returned. So I return it and the next thing I know they are telling me they don't have them in stock anymore. So they refund me. They don't offer me a better boot at the same price for their mistake. They just refund me. Then I get back online a couple of weeks later to find the exact same boot and the correct size and all listed as available on the website. But now it is double the price of what I paid. So do you have the boot or do you not? If you don't, then why is it now showing as available at a higher price? Did you make a mistake initially and lie to me to get out of having to honor it? Do not do business with Galls.
Told my order would take up to two weeks it took six, and came in wrong. Asked for refund ignored and told replacement would take up to another two weeks.
GALLEN...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...HORRID. It took over 1 1/2 months to received the bra, then I notified them that it was way to small, size 2X (ordered one size bigger than chart) I wrote them via email wanting a return label. They stated that they received my email and would contact me within 24 hrs. It took 6 days and me sending 4 emails before they responded and said return it and as soon as they received it then a refund would be done. I got it ready to mail back with the address from their return label which was east los angeles, CA. The day I was taking it to the PO I received an email from them saying I had to return it to China. Took it to the PO this morning and it would cost approx.$ 19.00 to return it PLUS I had to fill out custom papers. The bra was $24.99 I told Gallen that and they said that if I didn't send it to China I would not get a refund. CC said it came from Caifornia and the return address on the bra said California but they want the return to go to CHINA, so don't bother with them. I called me CC company and got my money refunded.

So i ordered some 5.11 boots from them with discount codes no problem earlier this year. Despite covid they came on time and fit great! I needed to order some new shoes for work since i'm on my feet quite a bit at my job. I liked the rebock shoes as someone I knew got the same ones. I order the ones on sale and used Honey for a discount code. I had to apply it a few times, and i was thinking it was just a glitch. My coupon code didn't go through and I emailed galls about it. I hear 3 different things and despite giving proof they refused to honor the discount code, then i still got charged and my order cancelled without my authorization! I don't know what happened seeing i got good service earlier this year! It's a shame!
EDIT: My shoes came too small despite being my size, and the refuse my phonecalls, and never answer my emails. I shipped the shoes to return over a week ago and no refund and nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I'm so stressed because i couldn't get shoes for work AND I'M OUT 91 DOLLARS! You know how much I need that money back?!

Waiting for months for shirts, pants everything! The are absolutely horrible! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in a while.
I have been dealing with this company for over 15 years and always had great people taking my orders until last week. I called and placed a order with Peter a real gentleman after placing my order i received a e mail with the invoice and found the price was higher than on their web site, I called back and got very rude young lady that told me if i wanted her to change the price I needed to give her a code I tried to ask her to open the site ansd put the item number in and she would see the problem, She if you don't have code that what YOU ARE GOING TO PAY., I sk to speak to her supervisor, She put me on hold for 10 minutes than a different lady answered I ask if she was a supervisor and she said but can i try to help you, She outstanding apologize for the way I was treated and corrected the invoice she said we will issue you a credit and someone will call you about the previous call. Four days later the full amount was taken off my credit card and my order was canceled. No phone call ever came. One bad apple can cause a business to lose a customer
Unable to start return without calling via phone. Lines are always busy. There should be a way to return an item without having to talk on phone.
I ordered a gun safe that said it was ready to ship and arrive within a week. Due to the fact that this is Corona Virus time I knew on July 31st when I ordered it I would most likely have to wait more than that so when i got my first email (about my order, got literally 14 in between for promotions) from them saying it was delayed on August 28th I didn't even mind. Skip past 9 more promo emails including one with the subject line "I have good news and bad news..." And on Sept 5th I got my email saying "order delayed indefinitely." Who in the hell in their marketing decided that was a good thing to put? Two more emails throughout September reminding me my order is still delayed mixed among over TWENTY promos for their business and I finally got my product shipped to me which I found had arrived between 7 and 8oclock at night because i opened my garage to go to work (I work nights) and in the middle of my damn driveway there it was. I sigh knowing this was going to make me late as things always seem to go wrong on the same day and got out to bring it inside. When i went to finally move it inside the f*ckin thing shot out the bottom of the box that i realized had zero tape on it after it came crashing out scraping and denting it and blowing up $#*!tily stuffed in styrofoam all over my driveway and lawn- styrofoam which protected only the sides not even the bottom where it fell! It wasn't a case of the tape ripped or got wet waiting out there, there was no tape to begin with! If you're reading this then F*ck you Galls, congrats on being the first company to irritate me enough to bother to write a review. Only wish I read the others first. Jerks. (Site wont let me upload the dent photos or mess before I cleaned some for some reason).

Sorry Galls gets no stars... horrible service. I place my order for a bunch of gear that i need for work, i get an email saying eveything is in stock but 1 item, so i like ok no biggie, i log on to see my order info, and it shows that 2 item are back ordered and wont ship until 12/26
Which for me didnt work cause it was my duty belt that cane with holder for my cuffs, oc spray, flashlight, that was more important that i had that and not so much the gear, cause i cant use the gear without the belt. So anyway i call so i can either cancel my order or swap it out for the item individually, when i speak to the person they said oh no your item is in stock and will be shipping out this friday, so i was like ok, but on my side on website it shows its back ordered, so she again says nooe its in stock, so i was ok great.
Then next day i get an email saying that bith item 1-baton and shealth and duty belt are on back order, so i call again, and they say oh no that on there end the duty belt will ship friday and only the baton is back ordered, so again i asked are you sure and her reply was yes. So im like ok cool. The next day i get an email saying baton has shipped. I call back 3rd time, and they said nope everything is shipped. So i click on tracking number and it says duty belt on back order til 12/26
So i call again, then they confirm duty belt is back ordered. So i said why now after 3 days of telling me its was instock, so i cancel that and just order the holders, they said because of the hassle they would free ship over night, so i get tracking code and received the holders yesterday, then another shipping codes and says ill get my gear today, so at 11:02 i get a delivery i open it up and there is only 1 item, i go to computer and click on my ordered and it says it was delivered, the packing slip shows all the items and box only had 1. So i call again, and she tells me it will be delived monday, so i asked why does it say all items delivered today. She couldnt give me an answer...,, stay away from this place horrible company
I went into the Galls location in Houston, Texas on Greens Road on 1/13/22 to order a outer vest carrier. I provided the serial number of the exact carrier I wanted (I already had this carrier in a different color) and advised I wanted it in tan. The vest carrier was paid for and I also gave my ballistic panel serial numbers to the employee at the store. Several weeks later the employee called me again asking for the panel numbers which I provided again. I ask the employee why she wanted the numbers again and ask if she was just now placing the order to which she replied that the order was already placed but that the system had deleted the numbers (I now suspect that this was a lie). The vest carrier order stated that the item would be arriving in March. I did not receive any updates on my order so on May 25,2022 I again went to the store to inquire about my order and was told that there was no order, and that the Galls system had deleted my order somehow. I asked for a manager and was referred to Chelsea who said she was sorry and that she would address the issue with the employee. The manager Chelsea said she would see where I had placed the order in January and simply did a re-order. The re-order was scheduled to arrive in July. I did not receive any updates on my re-order so on August 1,2022 I again went to the store to inquire and was told that my carrier had came in (however I was never notified). I met with Assistant Branch Manager Cassandra Alvarez who delivered the re-ordered vest. When I opened the box I found that the store had ordered the wrong item and it was a tactical version and not the uniform version. Alvarez stated that the manager Chelsea had simply did a re-order of the order that was deleted from the system which was apparently initially ordered wrong. Alvarez offered to order the correct carrier and ask for a rush. On September 21,2022 I checked the status of the order and found that it had been shipped and received at the store on 9/1/22, however I was never notified. I called the store and spoke to an employee who advised that she could not find the vest but that she would do some checking and call me back. I called and spoke to the manager Alvarez who advised that she would call me right back. It has been over 2 hours and I have yet to receive a call back from either employee.
I have attempted to escalate this issue higher by calling several upper management staff members with the company but they have failed to return my call.
I has been over 8 months and I am still waiting on this carrier. I would advise to not do business with this company if you have a choice.
