I ordered a plant from this website and realised it was the wrong one. There was no email contact address or phone number. To get in touch you have to register and then issue a support ticket. There is no info about how to raise a support ticket on the website and doing so is heavily concealed. However I managed to do this and asked them to cancel my order. No reply to the support ticket despite my lanelling it urgent, no reply to my next four urgent support tickets either. Then I get a notification from them (18 hours after I contacted them to cancel my order) to say that its now been sent out.

All emails from them are labelled no reply so you can't get in touch with them.

I suspect that their policy is intentional as they don't want people cancelling their orders.

They have never got back to me - I think the website is totally unmanned - don't use it!
