The animals (especially the big Tiger) in my front garden are continuing to attract visitors on a daily basis and with people and children returning to have another look, postmen, delivery men, callers to my house with some taking photos to show and pass on to other people, some just want to pat the tiger, even the refuge bin men today reversed their lorry back to have another look, I am very pleased with them.

I made the big mistake of thinking that this company that has been trading for years would give me a quality service pay good money receive quality sheds and service. What a big mistake this was the sheds are very cheaply made not fit for purpose. If you contact them they just give you the big run around try to blame you for their substandard sheds. Ovoid and use a more reputable garden shed maker.
Orderd a large Donkey ornament when it arrived unfortunately it had a damaged ear set an email with pictures of damage, received a call the next morning very apologetic and a replacement was with me in 48 hours. Very pleased with the service and the price.
Bought a new shed from gardensite as mine was old and falling apart. Received great customer service both over the phone and over email. Ordering process was simple and easy and received great advice over the phone. Called them up to chase up my order a few days after ordering and they emailed me back very quickly with the details - superb! Shed is proudly sitting in my garden and i'm very happy with it
I am over the moon with my greenhouse never had any problems with it ove used it right through the summer and still have things growing in it now we have had terrible storms and it hasnt moved or lost any windowss i have evern told other family members and i defo give it a 5 star reviewmembers

Bought a Basalt water feature, after few days pieces broke off /cracks showed up. Gardensite would not
Arrange a return,would of cost us £120 to return. 0 customer service

Don't use it unless you have to and be careful what you buy do not buy anything heavy.As they say
they refund you the cost knowing the shipping will be enormous , so they know you won't send it back.

Purchased a water feature and as I removed the base from the box it broke up. Contacted company but didn't want to know, no refund or exchange so now I have a water feature with a damaged plinth.

We brought a Wooden Shed what a disaster it turned out to be when it finally arived the shed was not what i ordered and it was dammaged and very poor quality we paid for fitting and was shocked by the bad quality it was a joke for the money we paid and may i add it was 1.400.00 not a cheap shed. I contacted gardensite and they was very rude to me blamed all the woo on me and called me a lier, i have had a right game which took months of emailing them trading standards citizen advice and still got now where. Money lost and waisted and gardensite D Cotton does not care a one bit, and Luke is even worse talks to you as if every one is a fool.
This place is a disgrace! Faulty products and zippo customer service. Do not buy anything from here or halls garden centres.
