I could/should have known...a website with only a phone number and an email address. No visiting address. This is a dropshipping website. You will receive fake track and trace and endless fake updates on the wherabouts of your order. I conclude that gardpro.nl has no clue about the transport status, but keeps sending updates to create the intention that something is happening. In my case nothing was actually delivered, not even after a month. So I tried to get a response from gardpro.nl via email. Postnl was blamed for getting the item lost. Most answers are standard format, not providing answers to my specific questions, probably an AI chatbot. The service desk cannot trace back your order info with your order number. They keep asking questions about information that should be already available in their order system, if they have any...After 14 emails they promised to send the item again, but could only provide outdated track and trace info, no new order information. The next day, service desk had forgotten everything and restarted again with 'Thank you or doing business with gardpro...' Unbelievable. Then refund was promised. Could take some time depending on my bank... Can you guess, correct; nothing received. Don't do business with this website, stay away. All they are looking for is your money. Check the internet for other reviews and read closely. The positive reviews are mostly scripted and fake, the negative reviews all report scam. And somebody at gardpro is resonding always to these negative reviews to express their understanding and accuse someone else for their mistakes. Use google lens with the pictures from the website and you will find the products on cheap Chinese websites...
