RUN! Gate Pros took our money and left. Just one more unethical business owner. They were paid a $3500. Deposit for a gate that was layed out incorrectly leaving 1/2 of our driveway inaccessible. The keypad was mis-placed in such a way that it could not be reached by car. Rather than correcting the mistakes, Chad Knight the owner, recommended that we move the driveway into what was essentially the middle of the yard. He also said that in order for guests to use the keypad, we would just have to tell them that they would have to get out of their cars and walk over to it. When we told him that would not work for us, and we needed it to function normally, he lost his temper, and angrily told us that this was exactly why he hates doing residential work. When we told him what we would need in order to consider the job complete, he texted us a "thumbs up"... then came unannounced and took all of the electronic parts, disassembled the pieces of the gate and left it in our yard with the 2 posts un finished by the road and kept the deposit.If its not easy, he'll switch off the charm act, take your money and wont stand by his word.
