I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
I have to say for someone that never sold anything on the internet it was simple and easy process and I've since done it again. Gazelle is a top notch company.
This is my third time using Gazelle. The gave me a reasonable price for every device I have sold them. It's a great way to make some quick cash for old devices just lying around the house!
Got a prepaid shipping label, sent my product in for evaluation, and got paid a very fair price. All took about 3 days. "It don't get any better than that"

My experience with Gazelle has always been a positive one. They always deliver as promised and sometimes you get back more than you were quoted. I highly recommend them.
Cannot get phone activated due to it being assigned to a previous owners Apple account. No matter what you try without the owners ID and password you are stuck.

On 9/20/2023 gazelle recieved my phone and emailed me promising a check in return. Never recieved one after more than 30 days and no one I speak to will help.

I sent in my S22 Ultra for an offer of about $600 and after waiting a week I get offered $130 for a barely used phone. I took pictures of the condition of the phone before sending it out so I know the condition it was in. I requested for my phone to be sent back and I really hope they don't damage it sending it back to me. The phone was also purchased unlocked from Best Buy and now they are claiming the phone is (other) instead of unlocked. AVOID GAZELLE!

This is the second time I have used Gazelle to sell my iPhone. Although it may not give the absolutely best price, you cannot beat its convenience and user-friendliness. I really love this service.
I was able to trade in my old devices for cash. I never thought the process would be very simple, fast and efficient! I got a check within days of gazelle receiving my products.
Phone sent in was in excellent condition, they downgraded it from $258 to $60. When asked they said "it was either scratched or damaged" but could not say where, after arguing they went up to $120 which was still less than half of the original quote. I took video and pictures of the phone when it was sent in too.
I had also purchased an iPhone XS from them in "excellent" condition. When it arrived battery health was at 95%. However within two weeks battery was at 70% health. Now 6 months later the phone will no longer power on, and understandably they won't do anything as I could have damaged it. However, I know I didn't. I have a feeling when I bring it in to Apple they will find non-Apple parts.
I had used gazelle 4 times before this. Twice to sell my phone, and twice for my wife's. Three of those times were flawless but also years ago now. In my opinion it seems they have gotten too big for their own good and don't seem to care about customer assurance anymore. I will choose from one of the many other options to sell a phone in the future. I will also most certainly never buy from them again.
I sent in a ipad 9.7 pro wifi 256gb for sell to them. TheY estimated I would recieve $335 + $15 BONUS. It took them a week to review my ipad then came back with a $230 offer stating the ipad was scratched and it was only a 32gb version. This is bs since I never owned a 32gb version and removed over 100gb of data from the ipad before sending it in. My only options where to accept the offer or have the crappy ipad sent back to me. This is a shame since I used them for other sells without problems since 2013. They either have turn to rip offs or they have untrustworthy employees.In any case I would avoid selling anything to them.
I had heard about Gazelle 1) from those old TV commercials, and 2) my cousin, whom is a tech guy, has purchased a few phones from there, so I trusted it. When I first typed in "gazelle" on google, I saw that it had a 3 star or so rating. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because many of the reviews were about the selling experience. (People can send their used electronics in).
I purchased a phone 13 days ago. I never once received a confirmation email, but my credit card sure did get charged. So 1) no confirmation email, 2) no further shipping or tracking info 3) no returned email when they state they will get back to you within 72 hours. I emailed them twice, and made sure to check my spam folder for emails from them 4) when I called twice during normal business hours, the company was always "closed".
I didn't even have an order number to refer to when I wanted to cancel my order so i had to go through my credit card company.
Pay attention to the fact that there are more bad reviews than good; there is a good reason for that.
I got paid almost instantly, and they did everything they said they would do. To me, that is huge from a company that takes in old electronics (since there are so many scams).
I will NEVER buy from Gazelle EVER AGAIN! They sold me a stolen phone (even though on the website they state they do not accept/sell stolen phones). When I addressed customer service with my concern, they told do not buy from them because that is a risk I'M willing to take from buying from them. I feel like my concerns about it were not heard and they just blew me off
This is the second time I used Gazelle to sell a used I Phone. I accurately described the condition as extremely good as it was used very rarely and fully protected with a heavy duty Otterbox and glass screen protector. This unit was in nearly perfect condition and I offered to sell it for $161.00 as per the site 's value. Now I realize that was too low. They responded saying it was scratched, non working speakers and a broken charge port. BS! This phone looked fine and operated perfectly, except for the crappy battery life. The last time I sold them a phone, I really didn't really look it over closely, but it was used even less than this one and protected the same way. I felt that maybe I had missed some minor scratches or something, so when they lowered their offer, I trusted them and made a mental note to closely inspect the phone if I used them again. Well here we are, feeling foolish for trusting them and having to accept the offer for I suspect that if I decline, it will probably be returned with newly inflicted issues. Paranoid much?
Time to try a new service in the future, and after searching today, there seem to be several that would have made a better offer from the start. Live and hopefully learn.
The same day I made an order I read these reviews and canceled. They said that they couldn't cancel so I had to wait for it to deliver to my house. It shouldn't be any problem at all to cancel my package especially since they just received the order, I find that strange..
PLEASE READ - before selling your iphone, macbook or other device to gazelle, check 'gazelle store' on ebay, their ebay store, and see the price for which they are currently selling similar wares. You'll be shocked at the difference between what they are paying you, and the price for which they are going to sell - your stuff. I wish i checked before selling to them.
I have sold 3 phones to Gazelle over the past 4 years and have had a great experience every time. They are fair with their pricing and the money arrives almost instantly.
I ordered an "excellent" iphone 8, THEY SHIPPED MY DEVICE 7 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT. They kept making the excuse that they were still inspecting it, DON'T LIST THE PHONE ON THE SITE IF ITS NOT INSPECTED THEN. 2 weeks later, my device came and everything seemed fine EXCEPT the speakers at the bottom. They were absolutely FRIED. And this was the "EXCELLENT" model. Unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from apple directly. I need to return this phone asap, its unfair that they made me wait such a long time for a phone that isn't even worth it. Please don't buy from them. They seem to be deleting reviews because ALL the reviews om their site are positive. They have a bad reputation, and I realized too late. They SCAM innocent people and damage their sent devices. They also lower the quote they give you so they can essentially STEAL your phone. Make sure you call them directly to get ANYTHING through to them, THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT DAYS IF YOU EMAIL THEM. Terrible.
Things went very smooth and I like the option of getting an Amazon gift card. Very handy to have that. Working towards 100 characters. Having to write a 100 character review is a bit blah :)
This is the fourth time I've used Gazelle and the process literally could not be easier. They give you EVERYTHING you need to send your old device in and your payment is processed in less than a week. You would be wasting money not to use this service.
