Enter your item(s) to sell. They send you a prepaid shipping label online and a box if you need it. Ship it and in a few days you have your money. How easy is that!
Very easy to process phone at a good price. Box with shipping label and tape are at your door in a few days. A very easy and painless overall. Great service and will use again.
How is gazelle still operating? Pretty ballsy of you guys to offer me $800 for a 2015 iMac 4K 1TB 32GB memory fully loaded computer! That's insane! You guys must think everyone is desperate for cash or something lol I bet you would have bought my iMac for $800 to turn around and sell it for $2,000, lol dirtbags.
P. S and just for kicks i got a price quote on my new iPad Pro 12.9 128GB HD that retails for over $1,000 and of course they offered me $250 LOL unvalibable
The packing material arrived quickly, and was easy to figure out. I packed it up and returned it via the post office (to use up 100 chars in the review text
Gazelle makes the whole process of selling your old phone simply and easy. I received my payment with in just a couple of days of mailing in my phone.
Service is very fast and website is easy to manage. Gazelle gets a little picky on higher value items as far as discounting for very minor issues. Money is issued very fast as well.
Again you guys amaze me! You told me I would get $65 for my broken phone and you gave me $70 because you said it was worth more than I was first quoted! Honest and fast!
Originally I agreed to sell my IPad in excellent condition at a reasonable price. Gazelle came back and increased their offer to me by $60! I was overwhelmed. I will be a Gazelle customer FOR LIFE!
It was pretty reasonable price for my iPhone. Will definitely keep bringing more phones when I need a little more cash. They also have phones for a reasonable price as well.
I bought a new iPad so I researched and Gazelle offered the most, my iPad was like new, but I sent it as good. After I sent it in they offered me almost $100 less, which would put it in the damaged category, I am glad I took pictures of it before I sent it in, I want it back, no thank you scam!
Great service. Sent product and received confirmation of receipt of product along with indication of when Payment would be sent. It was sent in 24 hours to PayPal.
Im all about quick and easy and this took no time out my busy life. Sent email received box easy instructions and sent phone in Received email on status and notified of payment!
I sent my phone to them, now no response. They dont respond to email, though they say they will within 72 hours. Nobody answers their phone. Please avoid them. I wish I had.
You can try an auction site or a retail resale route, or just make it simple and go direct via Gazelle. As a professional consultant, time is money and when I priced the offer that Gazelle gave me versus other routes and the risk of a return from a tough customer (and I worked hard to stay a 5-star seller on that major auction site), the difference was a push. So twice I have tried Gazelle. No original packaging to track down, no charger and cables needed to include (a major price calculation difference most people miss when doing an apples-to-apples comparison), no photos to take, no time waiting for bids to come in and to package up, drive to the post office, weigh the package... you get the picture. Just put it in a package I had lying around, slap on the label they emailed me with prepaid postage, drop it in the FedEx box (or call FedEx) and wait. A week later an email saying the phone I sent (iPhone 5 and recently a 6s) was as I described and a check was in the mail. One more week and the check came. Easy peasy. Glad I went Gazelle.
The phone looks great but paid for 2 day shipping Thursday night got it Monday. Went to activate and it was locked to another carrier. Had to pay another company to unlock.
They purchased my phone from me. I sent it to them, expecting the price they quoted and they increased the amount they paid me because the phone was in such perfect condition.
Have sold many items on gazelle and have always received prompt payment for my items, like the status updates on their site showing when items are received and reviewed
This is the third device I have sold to Gazelle and as with the first two this went smoothly. They have never adjusted my assessment of the condition of the device.
I was quoted a price for my iPhone 4s - perfect condition, not a scratch on it. They then told me it was worth $1. I asked for it back, and it came back HAVING BEEN OPENED AND THE SIM CARD REMOVED. It's now inoperable. Crooks! Do not do business with them.
Gazelle switch my excellent condition phone when I refused the lower offer they sent me. They sent me back and old scratch up phone save your time and your phone they bait and switch BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
Gazelle has a rating of 2.3 stars from 1,076 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Gazelle most frequently mention customer service, perfect condition and screen protector. Gazelle ranks 7th among Consignment sites.
