I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
Ordered iphone 12 mini; phone that was delivered had damaged chip and did not work. I was told they would honor the cyber monday price if I ordered a different phone. After ordering, I got the run around from customer service- after many, many phone calls and hours on the phone, they would not honor the discount even though they had a case number. Waster of time, order from backmarket instead. Horrible company, truly horrific customer service.
I got a price on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (32 gb) which is in perfect condition. They offer $200. Which according to there reviews they always seem to find a flaw which would bring it to good condition so the offer would be $185. The phone sells for over $700 new from T-Mobile. My phone has had a otter box case on since the day I got it which I put on in the store. The phone is perfect and they think $200 is fair? I sold it for $375 just for a quick sale probably could of got much more.
I have never purchased from Gazelle but have sold multiple electronics through their website. Overall, the process was simple and quick. They gave me ( what I felt) was a fair price. Their website/customer service appears to have some issues and delays. However, once resolved, it did not diminish from the overall experience. It lived up to its excellent reputation.
I've used Gazelle several times over the years and have always found them to be easy to use, fast, and helpful. If you want to get back some cash for your old device, even if it's broken beyond use, you can do so with Gazelle and keep things simple. Recommended.
Gazelle makes it easy to sell your electronic devices and for a fair price. You can also buy electronics from them, which are in very good condition. Service was fast, they provide the shipping boxes, and they pay for your gear in a very timely fashion.

I have used Gazelle a few times and they make it very easy to send in your old equipment for cash, however... More than once, after they received my phone, they lowered the price they offered. Phones in perfect condition that had lived in a hard case were suddenly worth less once they received it. When it happened once, I was ok with it... but then it happened again. The bait and switch is alive and well at Gazelle!
The first phone we ordered came in the wrong color. The replacement phone was tagged as a "lost/stolen phone" and could not be registered with our carrier. When I tried to get another replacement phone delivered with expedited service, they gave me the run around. I was on the phone with their "customer service" for over an hour and a half. I would never buy another product from them again.

Purchased a used iPad. Gazelle asserts that they thoroughly check each device including camera, battery and operating system.
That assertion seems unlikely because I received a locked device that requires the original owner's Apple ID and password to get into the device.
Very disappointing and they say it takes 5 days to issue a refund once they receive the returned device.
This was a complete waste of time.
The process was very easy and you get a quote right away. In fact, the company decided to give me a little more than the quoted amount because they deemed that the iPad was in better shape than I had said. The payment in Amazon credit is really fast and easy. The only downside is that it encourages me to spend even more on Amazon. Prepayment of shipping is great, again very easily done with the PDF that is sent upon submitting for the quote. It also makes me feel good about recycling or the resale of the equipment.
It is so easy to use. If you are honest about the condition of your items you will get what they offer you. Payment is fast and seamless. They pay for shipping and everything. I wish I would've started using them earlier. They send you step by step instructions on everything you need to do in order to be able to receive the maximum amount with no delays.
Ive used Gazelle on at least 3 occasions. Site is easy to manage. Feedback regarding your trade is prompt and courteous. Payment comes swiftly and as promised. I will continue to do my trade in business with them! The best in my opinion!
This website is a scam and I recommend anyone considering to use it to avoid it. I made the order, input my credit card details, received a confirmation for the order, and then one day later I received notification that the order that I had placed was cancelled and the product was no longer in stock. The customer service time refused to provide any information about the reason for cancellation of my order.
Furthermore, when you go on their site and check the advertised prices, as soon as you click an item to make a purchase, they increase the price.
While perhaps you can make legitimate purchases on the site, I strongly advise against using it. It is not worth sharing your credit card details with a company that falsely advertises products that it does not have in stock, misleads customers on pricing and that refuses to compensate customers when the company has acknowledged their fault.
I will never be using this website again.
I've used Gazelle twice and it's really easy to sell. The price they gave is fair and they even higher it after having a look at the product if it's in better shape than stated. I don't like to throw away and e-waste in my area is not made easy. So this is the perfect option for me.
Gazelle recently bought an iPhone from me for more than what was quoted and to their credit discovered it was more valuable than the original quote. How many companies are willing to give a generous a boost like that.
I sold a phone to the company last month still haven't got my refund from the phone I sent in. They had to issue me another check because the first never showed up at all. This is very unacceptable...
Gazelle made me a fair offer on my iphone but then they adjusted it down almost 50% when it came time for them to pay. The original offer was $89 and then when they got the phone they said they would only pay $46. The phone was like new I feel scammed. I would never buy or sell with Gazelle again. I would try other sites. Also their good reviews on their site. Try to leave a review. Where is that link on the website?
I placed an order for a used iPhone on Gazelle. I was informed by email several days later that my account had been flagged as fraudulent, so my order had been cancelled. I called customer service (30 minute wait time) to find out what had flagged my account, he was unable to find specifics, but thought it might have been a wrong address for my cc. He assured me that the order had been reactivated.
3 days later I had not heard from them so sent an email asking them to confirm the status of my order. 18 days later I received an email from them stating they could not reinstate orders. Will not use this company again
Gazelle is a total rip off everyone they scratch my phone and stole my original box; saying phone was scratch when they received it. Which is a lie, phone was never activated an still had plastic on it. People please find someone else the will screw you every chance they get. Also they take your phone apart just imagine the shady practices are going on.

If you have about one week to sell your phone- Gazelle is the way to go. Highest price paid, very easy set up, easy shipping all done by Gazelle. Both devices i have sold through Gazelle, was paid more than any other site I looked at
I got a great price for my iPhone 7 plus ( 280.00)... Received Fed Ex Shipping label immediately... shipped the same day... got paid through PayPal within the week and to my surprise they added another 15.00 to the refund... have used you in the past and am going to continue in the future... Thanks guys
Payment for my device was fair, easy and fast. I did the option where they send you a box. Just had to erase the content off my phone, place in box, apply shipping sticker they sent and mail in. Couple days later I received my paypal email with money!
Paid for 2 day shipping on a phone. Got a phone over a week later, but sadly not the one I ordered. Now I have to jump through several hoops and wait up to a month to get a refund. They don't even list the phone they sent me on their site. So it's like they just found something and tossed it in the box. Never again.
I have ordered 2 phones from this company. Both did not work. The customer service was awful. I had to ask repeatedly for free same day shipping to reorder the phones, then they didn't send it to me. So I had to ask again.
The first time I ordered a phone it took me a month to get it. Because they sent me a phone that didn't work, then the other phones never arrived. I had to constantly call them daily. They made it extremely difficult to get the problem resolved, long wait times on the phone, and no offer to void any fees until I asked. So many issues and rude customer service reps. I decided to give them another chance and order another phone, the same exact thing happened.
They don't care about their customers and deliver products with issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Avoid these bastards. I sent them a functional iPad 2 in good condition for which they offered $55. We had a couple email exchanges on which they asked me to deactivate Find My iPhone. Fine, no mention of damage or other major concerns. Several days later, they changed the offer to $5, claiming it had a broken screen and major scratches. I asked them to just return it to me. What I just received in the mail is an iPad that was beat to $#*!. The screen was smashed and taped and the frame was so damaged that it is impossible to insert the charger cord. I suspect their employee dropped it and then tried to cover it up by claiming I sent them a broken iPad. They suck.
