I got my first gaming rig built from Gear-up and it was very important that everything is spot on. These guys made it possible by matching my requirements and specifications. James was very patient and helpful with his suggestions. Delivery was on time and well managed. There's nothing more I could ask for, oh and they offer great after sales service as well.
Very bad customer service. They promised to send a charger compatible to UAE but nothing received. Their terms and conditions for the return and refund have extensive constraints (e.g. They charge 20% of the product price if you return it even sealed). Take home lesson: Do not buy again from this company.
Mining Rig: delivered on time and at the same day I was mining. The Machine was assembled and tested in the best professional way... no complaints at all!

So far everything that they mentioned they delivered, and were honest at every point. I had the pleasure of visiting them and must admit that they tried to help at every point and were honestly trying to make things even better if possible.
I use their site as a reference for any build that i suggest to my friends and so far none of them complained about any of the gear they got, or service they received.

Even after the product is being sold, GEARUP provides highly effective and efficient after sales services. When i had an issue on my pc, their customer service team helped me over the mail and solved the issue. Until and unless the problem is solved, they will be there for the help. For sure!
I have received the item damaged and till now, i didn't receive any replacement of my product. I have already sent pictures and contacted the customer support and no responses till now.
I do not recommend purchasing from this supplier.

Made an order on 9 October 2023 and today is 16 October 2023 and no delivery yet eventhough its mentioned in website its a 2-3 shipping period. When i made first order i suppose to award gear up point but i didnt even when i made the next order i asked them to update my gear up point and use it but no action and didnt accept it. When i made the second order ( payment at delivery) + order not yet shipped,, asked them politely to modify my order since its not yet shipped but they refused. Customer service is replying to you but based on my personal experience i had bad one.
Tip for consumers:
when i made cash on delivery order, i found a product way cheaper ( 595aed to 390aed ) i asked them i want to modify the order but didnt accept even order not yet shipped. so disappointed

The first thing I want to say is the prompt technical support. Tech rep is ready to advise in a very short period.
I tried some other sites in UAE, but their response was very poor.
I dont think their pricing is economical especially for a customer like me (I'm in Oman) that I have to give nearly AED 70 for delivery and AED 70 for the tax, so that paying a minimum of AED 140 for every package.
In total the pricing wont be good compared to local market but their collection is excellent.

Bought a quite expensive monitor - but on arrival the bezel was wonky and the picture had a dark shadow in the centre. Contacted them but they wont simply replace - they want to claim on the manufacturer warranty! What after a few days?! They have NO RETURNS POLICY - if its broken when delivered its YOUR PROBLEM and not theirs. Dont buy anything from these guys that is expensive. They want pictures and videos and then they decide and then they will contact the warranty people etc... a good company should simply replace within a week of delivery. Really shoddy... considering that the things they sell are high priced items AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Gear-up has the most computer peripherals that you will not find in local market. Even the latest ones... they also have great customer service and always on time upon delivery.

For anyone ordering from Saudi Arabia be careful there are big difference in prices from currency to currency also they have a ton of hidden fee they will not tell you until your package arrived also they make you pay the VAT twice.
To check my word go and change the store currency and see the prices will go up and the (VAT Inclusive) mark will disappear be careful

Let me explain you step by step the pricing so you better understand and to clarify your confusion.
1) Yes, there are differences in between the values to pay if you select different currency as not all currencies are the same. In your case 1AED is not equal to 1SAR. That is why the values change when you switch the currency.
2) There are no hidden fees and we charge you only for the price of the item (without VAT as we are not KSA based company and we can’t collect KSA VAT) and for shipping. The VAT is collected by courier on behalf of your government as well as the import fees (if any are imposed by customs in your country).
3) As you said, all customers can check the prices on our website in their preferred currencies and the “VAT inclusive” sign appears only for AED as we collect the VAT from UAE customers.
4) We are very open about our T&C’s and every customer can check them on our website or ask about them our customer service. We highly doubt that you paid “double” and if that is the true you should rise a complaint with KSA customs.

100% satisfied. From shopping experience to delivery. They helped me put my PC together, helped with configuration and build it for me. Will shop there again soon.
My 1st and only experience (so far), i bought a 5.25" internal card reader for my PC from them and what i have to say or i have noticed is:
(a) They sent the item in it's original box ONLY, it just arrived as it is so there were no protection packaging for the cases of falling or bumping or poor handling (Definitely a mistake from them), it's a small item and it was only put in the courier/shipper plastic bag!
(b) The box itself had signs of wear, tears and bumps (courier's fault) even though they were relatively minor however, luckily the item inside was in perfect brand new condition.
(c) The shipping of the item was actually slow considering that it's from a neighboring country (Emirates), it took around 20 days to arrive from a neighboring country while items from Amazon take 10-14 days to arrive from the US which is located i other continent!
Would i buy from them again in the near future? I probably would, but i hope this kind of negligence and these silly mistakes never happen again because it won't be tolerated.
The main reasons I recommend Gear-up.me is because:
1) Their Prices are much lower than other Stores in UAE, also less than Amazon UAE.
2) There is much more items available, and you don't have to look for other expensive stores.
3) Their customer support agent ZEE is very friendly, he will assist you via an Email and Whatsapp on almost everything.
