The website itself which sells everything from computer hard drives to laptops is not as well designed as other pc part websites such as newegg or cdw but they do offer lower prices and I believe somewhat better customer service if you need help in selecting a part. They have really cool and fun gadgets as well. Worth looking at this site before hitting up newegg and others to see if their prices compare.
I did not realize this company was overseas when I ordered which is fine but you have to factor in more wait time. I still ordered two weeks in advance of when I would need this item. I thought since I ordered from a father's day ad it would be here by at least father's day. When a week went by without a shipping notice I contacted customer support for an estimated time of arrival. They said to be patient it takes up too 5 days processing time (it had already been 5 business days so lie number 1). When I pointed this out, they promised they would rush my order when they had materials to make it. I waited two more days. No shipping notification. I contacted them to cancel my order and requested a refund. They completely ignored my request (didn't even acknowledge it) and repeated much of what the first and second email said (confirming they still hadn't even made it). There should have been no problem canceling my order then. Two days later I get an update my order has been shipped. I still have no more updates where it is. Thinking this may be fraud. So disappointed. I had several other things picked out to order. Will not be dealing with them again though and May have to make a fraud report.

This site in my experience sell nicely displayed crap. I made a costly mistake of ordering a few items right of the bat. In hindsight, I should have bought one item, seen what rubbish it is and stopped right there.
Don't concern yourself either with customer support, its non existent.
Stick with amazon or eBay, is my advice. Tons of bad reviews here tell you all you need to know

Have been trying to 2 days to talk to customer service. REALLY 120 minute wait time! Ordered an item on Dec 1 and got charged for it Dec 17 and still not here or any notification of it or if it has even been shipped. NEVER again stay away from this company. Also tried to search purchase thru their site claims they can't find my account.
Had to send the item back at my own expense when it was faulty and waited nearly 2 weeks for a refund so i could order somewhere else :( really dissapointed. Won't be using them again, that's for sure!
I have been using these guys for years. Their prices are great and because I am in southern California orders get to me within 2 shipping days sometimes next day! I have never had a mistake in my order or a problem. I also like the site because of how simple and easy to use it is.
I notice some bad reviews here and am sorry to see that this has been one of my favorites and I go looking for weekly deals all the time from here. I have also had a couple of friends get refurbished laptops and haven't had problems so I am glad that they didn't have the experience the other reviewer had. I hadn't known they don't test that would make me think twice about suggesting those products to friends or getting one myself. Since my experiences have always been good I have to give these guys a 5 star!
I've ordered from geeks half a dozen times. Always paid way less than I would have elsewhere and enjoyed the products. But I have not ordered from them since they moved the online to eBay. About to try that out!
geeks.com is a great shopping source for discount computer and electronics. I have been using them for years, at least 7, and love it. They sell new and used gear, but tell it like it is in the item descriptions. Same site as computergeeks.com

00 to ship, without giving me a shipping cost toral... only showed the 1.00 shipping fees!

This company is nothing, but a con.Stealing man's money with never any intentions of repairing of theirrcompany. Do not use this fraudulent. Company. Total scam, total fraud, They have no intentions of helping man and their computer's repair.

They processed my expensive order twice. I asked them to cancel duplicate order within 12 hours. They said they couldn't because order was in transit. I contacted customer service 10 times after I received both items. Can't even request refund because they demand a picture which will not upload on phone, iPad or website. I keep telling them this. 8 more "questions" to Customer service. MThey just keep playing games with me. This company is a ripoff. Do not buy from them.
I am lost for words, and I don't mean that in a good way! A month and a half of disappointment. I cannot stress how I went from completely excited to utter jaw drop with their business practice!
Not the greatest selection, prices are a bit high for re-certified products. Occasionally you can find new stuff at good prices. I've had my eye on a re-certified 17" monitor for $78 for a while now.
Horrible website, horrible business practice.
They sell junks and you will have to pay the cost to ship it back when it is defective.
Avoid it like disease!
Don't order refurbished items if you expect them to be in working order. They even told me testing woud increase the product costs so they don't do it.
