The dress fit perfectly and looked absolutely stunning! The details were more intricate than any of the other dresses I looked at in my local dress shops. I'm also really glad I sent my measurements in beforehand, the customer service was wonderful and they gave me good advice regarding which size to purchase. I felt like a princess all night and thoroughly enjoyed twirling my way into the night.
My daughter ordered a prom dress from GemGrace. It came quickly but, despite our using their size chart, was clearly a size too big. We purchased another right away and it got here quickly--giving us time to alter it before prom. Although it was difficult to find the info even after multiple emails we sent the first dress back for a refund. This was March. We just received our rejected, unopened first dress--so we now own a dress that is useless to us. I would not purchase from GemGrace again.
I bought a pink tulle fairytale dress with lots of appliqué and it is exactly as advertised! The waiting period was not long at all, and it was very carefully wrapped. It fit perfectly, and even came with a coupon and earrings! It is extremely comfortable and easy to move in. I was scared that the website might be a scam or something, but I was very wrong! This dress is perfect for prom, and I'm so glad it came in So quickly! Also the website emailed me with a tracking number and helpful updates with my dress, thank you so much Elia!

The dress I purchased was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The quality was even better than pictured. The size 6 runs on the smaller side but the bride lost weight so it did not make a difference. Notwithstanding the quality of the dress, I have to say that Elia, the representative I dealt with, was the most professional, helpful, accommodating, courteous, outstanding customer's service representative I have ever dealt with. She went out of her way in more ways than I could have expected to ensure that the order was correct and that it was shipped in a timely fashion. I recommend using and will use Gem Grace again due to their professionalservice and exceptional quality. Thank you!
Tip for consumers:
Items run small for the US market and are based on smaller frames. The dresses are beautiful and made to order so it is best to take the time to measure your self and send rather than choosing your normal US size.

I got so many compliments wearing on my dress! I got it a few days ago, I was very excited to tried it on in the meantime I was a little nervous, coz I got one before from Amazon it was way too big and too long for me. So I gave this we take try! It fits so perfectly! I almost cried out! It was so difficult for me to buy a dress being an extra small! But the service I got from this website were excellent! Thank you so much! I am so happy with my dress. The color is beautiful. The fit is great. I asked the company to change the design of the dress in which they did. I only had minor alterations to the dress probably because of the changes I asked them to make.
I had ordered a dress for my daughter from another company that cost more than my my dress. The fit was horrible! The material was itchy AND it was supposed to be a custom dress like mine. I had to spend almost another $100 to have it taken in so she could wear it.
Gem Grace's was far superior to the other dressmaker. No comparison!

I order my dress and two days later I received an email from Elia asking me everything she needed to know about how I wanted the dress. Delivery was done before I expected, and after I received the dress, I got contacted again to find out if it was what I expected. In reality I love the dress it fits perfect, the material, detail, everything just how I wanted it. The customer service was excellent. I will recommend it to anyone.

The dress was more beautiful than in the picture. The color is soft baby pink, just fitting for my 1.5year old granddaughter. It came with 2 big ribbon sashes and a headband. The material is soft and velvety feel, and the dress is well made and sewed. The dress length is just right. I cannot say enough words for this dress.

A HUGE "thank you" to Ella & the shipping company for re-delivering my wedding dress after the local post office goofed up by returning my dress because my post office box number wasn't on the shipping label! Shame on them! But, I now have my wedding dress, and I love it! Although the sleeves are tight, the rest of the dress is absolutely perfect! Thanks again, Ella, for all your help!
I ordered a dress that I liked but it was short and I wanted it long. Also wanted it to have an empire waistline which it did not. I sent in my measurements and hoped for the best. When the dress arrived I was so happy. The quality was great and it fit me perfectly. I couldn't be happier. The communication during the whole process was excellent. Elia was wonderful. I ordered one of the most expensive dresses on thier list. I sent custom measurements. They sent me a dress too big! When i asked about it they showed me a picture of it on a size 8 maniquin but I am not a size 8. My chest is 2 inches smaller then a size 8. Now I have a dress I cant wear and cant afford to get fixed here in USA. They told me I can send it back to them and they will fix it but they are in China and shipping would kill me. If they would have just sewn the dress to MY measurements. I took pictures showing thier measurements were bigger then the ones i sent them. I am so sad and didnt feel like they aplogized or anything. Now, I dont have enough money to buy another dress. I shouldnt have bought a dress online. Silly me. So, only use this company if you are a PERFECT size and dont need it sized smaller.

As you had placed the order of a US-08 dress that's why we will show you a picture of the model wearing the dress. Sometimes, measurements measured by yourself might not be correct, especially for styles with sleeves or bodycon silhouette. After I checked our conversion via former emails, seems it fits better now. Hope everything will be fine. Thank you for sharing us your experience with us.
This is my second time buying from gemgrace. I loved the entire experience shopping with them. The dresses where so lovely and my nieces who will be my flower girls in my upcoming wedding all love their flower girls dresses. They feel like princesses in them and that was all I wanted for them. The customer service was excellent too. Elia was very prompt in replying all my queries. If you follow their size chart and match it to the measurements you have it always works out and even when it doesn't match you can provide them with your kid's measurement for a custom-made one and they'll still deliver an excellent job but of course you have to pay extra for the custom-made. I did that with one of the dresses I ordered so I can attest to that. I can only speak for the kids clothes for now as that is all i've bought from them but I'm considering buying an adult outfit soon.
I must add that the delivery is also pretty fast. I look forward to having my babies walk down the aisle with me in their princess dresses

I bought a dress from GemGrace and initially I was really skeptical, so many beautiful dresses that didn't break the bank seemed impossible. But in the end I went for it and not only was the dress just as described but it was STUNNING and so well made, it also arrived sooner than expected, I am beyond pleased! My only constructive criticism would be that on the website, the listing price on the listing page was higher then of you clicked on the item, and of does charge you the higher price (the price difference for the dress I went for was about £25), so that does need some work on the website.

Be aware that they only offer partial refunds (on items that are not broken etc) , always check they're refund policy first.
