I doubt this company can create anything of decent quality. On top of ordering their scent duplication services, I also ordered a few fragrance concentrate samples.
Each and every fragrance concentrate sample I received from this company smells like pee or vicks vapor rub, just utterly foul. They all have different names, but the only thing that separates them is how each one is able to smell uniquely awful. They reek distinctly of rancid chemicals. Completely toxic and overpowering. The scents are memorable in a bad way.
The fragrance duplication was the worst part of my experience. I spent a month of waiting for their analysis of the perfume I sent in, just to receive a sample of such foul odor and nothing like the target perfume. They took and used the entire bottle of perfume I sent, to do what exactly? Create something completely terrible? Now I'm out my perfume, and the money I spent for the duplication.
The customer service was quick prior to ordering. When I placed my order, all the sudden the response time plummeted, and they would simply ignore my emails. Imagine waiting for something for over a month, and you get no contact, or even a simple update?
They responded after I threatened to open a case on PayPal saying that it is non returnable.
Don't buy from here. They also have some type of electronic company, and it seems like I fed into their low budget side hustle expecting good results. They couldn't have put less effort into the products I received.
