But over the 30-plus years I've been buying from them, any time I've needed a question answered, the person on the other end of the phone call has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and interested in making sure I got what I wanted. So, not only are their prices competitive, their products good, and their shipping department efficient, their customer service people are great.
